Put a $1500 down payment for a $3000 job to change the computer in my car. After two weeks of the car in the shop, the car still was not ready, picked it up and took it somewhere else and they got the job done in a day. DO NOT RECOMMEND. If I could give them no stars I would. I had to get a whole new car because of them. I was lied to by the brother of the shop named Raheem. He told me that the problem was fixed. But the car was in worse shape when I got the car back. My car driving slow because of a transmission problem. The amount to fix was $2500. They definitely got the money up front. So I didn't owe anything. The problem was not fixed. I took it back to them and I strongly believe that they just let my car sit there instead of fixing the problem because my car felt the same way when I went back to pick it up the second time. I talked to Raheem who with another mechanic fix on it. But the car was a complete mess. This happened in September 2024. I was hesitant to write this because I didn't want to bash them. But the fact that I had to get a whole new vehicle that I have to pay a new note on still bothers me. I will not allow them to get away with this unscathed. An inspector needs to come and investigate them. They promote bad business and don't fix the problem. Don't take people's money if you can't fix the problem and you're not really sure how to fix it. I will never trust them again even if they offered to fix it for free. My car was in horrible shape after they got it. I went to another mechanic up north in Mannheim, and all they did was put a transmission tube on my car and my car was driving smoothly like I just got it. my back wheel fell off and they had to rebuild the back end of my vehicle, but I asked can you get all of the lights off which is ABS brakes and traction control. I took my car there to be repaired he told me I needed a new radiator and engine oil filter housing which was going to cost me 1600. I paid to have the work done and left to go home. Got half way home and my car started overheating so I'm took it back to him, once he looks it over again he tells me I need a new engine after charging me 1600 . This place will scam you and take your money and not fix your car!!! BEWARE. They are thieves and not a ligament establishment!!! read more

I came in to get my headlight tested and came out with a battery light, engine light, and airbag sensor showing on my computer. I asked the guy before I pulled out the parking lot was my car suppose to be showing all these lights and he stated the scanner made the light come on. He told me to bring my car back that evening to reset battery. I did bring the car back and the lights were still on. The guy told me to bring it back in the morning and they would do a hard reset. When I came back the next morning I was treated like an animal because I wanted answers for what happened to my vehicle. Never was offered a report from the scan until I asked that morning. The mechanic Ron said he replaced fuses and these the lights that popped up. Mind you he never told me he had to replace fuses. I asked him which fuses he replaced and he couldn't tell me An answer. He refused to give me any further information. The other mechanic asked me what you want me to do! I told him fix my car back the way it came to your shop. The guy just drove my vehicle from the back and parked it refusing to even help or explain what happened to my car. It's sad that your treated like this by your own race. I would not recommend no one to take your car here. They do not value their customers. They speak to you like you are nothing. They just left me figuring out how I'm going to fix my car with no help. Only reason I came to the shop is cause their prices are cheaper. All I needed was a headlight assembly and being cheap caused me all these problems. I received a quote from Stacy's for a new motor install on my 2013 Venza and I paid in full the day after. Two months later when I got my car back there were motor oil stains in the upholstery and paw prints, and I do not own a dog. There was an extra 100 miles on my car and the sent on cigarette smoke was so overwhelming it triggered my asthma. I had the car for two days and noticed the heat no longer worked when I took it back their employee said the brand new water pump malfunctioned and they would eat the cost and put a new one in. The next day their employee said I needed a new radiator that they would give me $700.00. When I said I would take my car home until I could pay that their employee insisted he could not let me take my car off the lot like it was because he would be forced to cancel the warranty because the motor blew out in the first place because the radiator overheated. When I asked why that had not been replaced in the first place he said because they didn't know it had to be replaced because the car was not drivable. I barged into the back and witnessed the mechanic trying to remove a new looking radiator from my car when I returned to the front their employee admitted they had indeed put in a new radiator and they would eat the cost because he felt as if I was trying to villainize them. Later on that night I found out they still had not put my car back correctly as things were falling off from under the car as I drove. Had I not barged into the back and caught the mechanic in the act of removing the brand new radiator from my car they would have taken it. I am still very afraid they have somehow sabotaged my car. I want my money refunded as I was not dealt with in good faith and they tried to defraud concerning the the repairs, used my car for personal uses, smoked in a non-smoking car, and they did not secure the protective shields back underneath my car causing the pieces to fall off or drag underneath my car almost causing a collision on the expressway. read more

do not take your vehicle here go else where no communication... it has almost been a year it has been 7 months since they had my vehicle every week the same thing check back next week .... called my warranty company they have been paid for the work and im still waiting for my vehicle to be fixed this place is horrible go some where else this is the worst customer service i trusted this company due to reviews at the time and it black owned (so i was told) i put my trust into stacy repair shop i will never trust this company customers come at your own risk!! for im still waiting... if you weren't able to fix the vehicle you should have told me! read more
