You go in, order the food, find a seat, and wait for the food to come to your table. The BBQ Chicken Wings were delicious so was the home team pizza. You can ask for chilli pepper and parmesan cheese but it comes in a small individual packets and the cheese was a PAIN to open. Unless you have scissors or a sharp object to open the packet. Like the pizza BUT that there is NO separate line for picking up and you wait 15 min in a line to pick up something you ordered and paid for already is kind of a bad experience. Then you get to the register, after you have been staring at your pizzas that been on top of the oven from the back of the line, and find out that the app you used doesn't go directly to Stadium and that's why one of the pizzas you ordered is missing items on it and if you want those items on it you have to pay for a new pizza to be made and have the one pizza that is right sit on top of the oven getting colder while that other one is cooking. Not a good experience AT ALL and the manager that told me this, well he was too busy to even care. Never again on a Friday night and maybe never again..ever for us. My dad swears by this place. Whenever my kids want pizza and their papa is craving it too, we order from here. We love supporting a local business vs a franchise, especially since the price is so similar, but the quality is better. We haven't been disappointed by their combinations, especially since we pick them. My only issue is that they don't update you on when your pizza is ready. It's a good thing that my man and I just assume the amount of time it takes to make a pizza in general and consider the drive time. Ok, let's talk about what comp pizza really means. Came in on Wednesday to pick up an order I called in on my way home from Disneyland. Medium Pepporini, jalapeño, and pineapple. I get home, and I open up a chicken bar b que. Nothing against bar b que just not my thing on pizza. Called the manager, and he tells me I can come in for a refund and he will comp my pizza. I told him I won't be going back same night. Come back today to get my comp pizza and my refund, but he said it's either or. Pizza or refund, plus they don't give next day refunds on cash. There is always good seating, lots of tv's to watch sports and even have a small area kids can play in the back. Their beers are made right there and they offer military/veterans discount.
