As a business owner and local resident, I am completely disappointed in the management and the owners response to a simple mistake that could've been avoided. After our entire football team and volleyball team placed their orders one of the players accidentally received the wrong pizza, so another player was left without her food. In an effort to correct the mistake, I asked the cashier for the second pizza and was rudely cut off by the manager who was very clear in defending the server and unwilling to provide a solution. Instead she was sarcastic and rude, in addition the owner was unwilling to compromise and I was prepared to place a second order until they raised their voices and continued to be sarcastic, rude and condescending. read more

We were once a week customers for years. Several months ago, something changed. Now, when we call and we're told our pizza will be ready in "25-30" minutes, I get there at least 30 minutes after ordering. Tonight, I arrived 35 min after ordering. When I paid, I was told it would be "just a few more minutes." I waited 10 minutes before going back up. I was told it would be "a few more minutes." I explained that I was told that already when I paid. The person told me it takes 12-14 minutes once it goes in the oven. I finally received my order 15 minutes after I paid and 50 minutes after calling and being told "25-30 minutes." I am convinced my order wasn't prepped and put in the oven until I came in and paid. Poor, poor service. Looking for a replacement for a lot of business. read more

Community Advocate! Love this place, and they have gluten, corn free pizza for us crazy folks that don't eat gluten. Also, everyone is so helpful - Excellent service. My personal fav is the coke machine that has a million (okay a slight exaggeration) flavors. Wow. This place is packed tonight. Ordered my carry out pizza 20 mins ago, drove up here and they're saying it will be another 20 mins. Normally, I probably wouldn't wait -- but this has never happened before and the pizza is worth the wait. Looks like the crew is doing their best to keep the pizzas coming - no one just standing around tonight - everyone is working. It looks like the manager is helping out in the kitchen. If I could give no stars I would. Let me start with customer service the atmosphere is not welcoming and the mini pizza was undercooked and the so called game area more then half are not working and there isn't many games there, but they have a sign that says play at your own risk. They should post signs on the games not working. Let broken games take your customers money, but its at their own risk. Come on!! I know I will never come back. Pizza undercooked broken games and you don't feel welcomed. Totally not a family place at all. Sad environment!! read more

We love supporting our local business' but everytime we order here it is so wrong. Missing items and just completely wrong items time after time gets frustrating. Been coming here and the old location for 20 years. That ends now. i have noticed the MVP pizza i usually get becoming less and less good. My daughter wanted to try chicken BBQ so I said lets do it. She brought us the pizza home and it was late almost 10pm very bad pizza with way too much BBQ sauce. None of us could finish our slices. I would have called that night but it was late. Busy the next day so I called into a mgr the next night to let them know and maybe get a replacement as I still had half of the large left. She informed me that no replacement or discount. Guess what no more Stadium for us. Visited for the first time last night. I was looking forward to the food since the reviews seemed pretty good. They don't have a large menu so I couldn't see what to order prior to getting to the cashier. I felt rushed to make a choice. The staff isn't the friendliest. I think they assume you have been there before. The pizza isn't as great as the posts said it was. The crust is thin and there isn't much flavor on the pizza. The salad bar was disappointing. This establishment has great food but the management was hostile and unreasonable. I went here to eat and take a photo for my travel diary. The management approached me and said I couldn't photograph the inside. The prices are somewhat high and the all around atmosphere was stuffy for a less than 5 star atmosphere. By far one the best breweries in town and there pizza I great too! I would recommend the meatball sandwich served on a French roll with Parmesan cheese melted & baked in the oven. Serve it up next to their double IPA the "Blindside" and you got a winner for sure!!! Take the team after a big win or take the family for a night. Stadium Pizza is family owned and operated. Stadium pizza was my first California pizza experience when I moved to Murrieta from the east coast. Flooded in boxes, my hubby ordered something like a meat lovers pizza, pepperoni, and an appetizer sampler. He picked it up and while there he found out they delivered. When he came back everything was hot and really fresh. My daughters crushed the pepperoni pizza and said we definitely had to order from them again. Meat lovers pizza was well topped not overtaken by any single ingredient the way my hubby and I like our pie. The wings in the appetizer sample had us rock, paper, scissor battling for the last one; stuffed jalapeño poppers were definitely poppin' and the mozzarella sticks were perfectly gooey not a hunk of fried cheese.
