Dr. Stafford and Nanette are extremely wonderful people. I got into a car accident with my boyfriend (drunk driver rear ended us at a stoplight) that completely took a toll on my mental and physical health. I lost my car for a few months and had very little to no money due to not being able to work. The only thing that kept me going and helped me wake up in the mornings with motivation was going to Dr Stafford. I couldn't even turn my neck at all due to suffering from terrible whiplash. Thankfully, Dr Stafford got my neck moving again! He helped me also reduce my horrible migraines. I forgot the name of the massage therapist, but she also was extremely wonderful. Her hands are like magic. She also makes you feel extremely comfortable. I cannot thank Dr Stafford and Nanette enough for helping me during the roughest time in my life. Dr Stafford is quick, efficient and very reasonable. Nanette at the front desk is always on top of scheduling and always sends a reminder about upcoming appointments. If you're in a hurry it's a good idea to reach out in advance as they sometimes get slammed. Chris gives a good, strong massage. Came in for an adjustment after pinching a nerve in my back and the first appointment was great. I felt a lot better and rescheduled a follow-up. However, the second appointment was just a sales pitch for an expensive treatment plan that included massages, laser treatment, etc. in addition to adjustments which is the only thing my insurance covers. I explained that I was only interested in adjustments and was REFUSED to be treated at that point. I left without getting any adjustments that day and felt duped. They seemed like nice people but I felt the first appointment had been a facade. I have been to 5+ different chiropractors in the past and never experienced anything like this. I had the worst experience of lifetime!!! My first appointment the doctor didn't show up, so the front desk lady said don't worry, since the doctor is not here you can get massage, to be honest the massage , when I saw the person who is going to massage me I refused to takeoff my clothes!!!! Shame on me to give them second chance to go for second appointment, the chiropractor was 45 minutes late!!!! He had raw onion for lunch and burped on my face the whole time he was fixing my neck !!! This was not the end of story..... his office called me so many times that I need to get fixed and my insurance doesn't cover it but it won't be expensive!!! I have an amazing insurance that covers 20 times a year going to chiropractor!!! I rarely feel the need to write a review that gives a merchant a bad rep, however my experience here was so bad that I got a refund on my voucher and have to let others know how Dr. Stafford treated me. I bought my voucher on livingsocial.com for a 50 min. massage, chiropractic exam, posture exam and x-rays. My massage was great, done by another therapist, very experienced and helpful. The only issue was that while I was getting the massage the front desk clerk was hounding another patient to sign up for future exams and pay $400. After she couldnt take no for an answer 5 min later, the patient left unhappy. When my massage was over I saw Dr. Stafford. He spent about 2 min examining me then told me I would be x-rayed and adjusted. I told him that I was nervous since I hadn't done an adjustment before. I asked him if he would crack my neck, which he replied by saying "I didnt go to school to 'crack'" "I dont crack", I told him that I didnt mean that literally, just as an saying. He then walked quickly out of the room and went into his little office, slamming the door behind him. The front desk clerk came over to me and led me out to pay. I told her that there must of been confusion as I wanted to redeem my x-rays and get the adjustment. She seemed confused as well, and went back to see the doctor. Several min. later she comes back and says I need to make another appointment for the adjustment. I explained that my voucher states that I need to redeem all purchases on one visit and that the doctor was going to give me the adjustment about 5 min earlier, so what happened? She then says the same thing. At this point she is so nervous and unprofessional that I felt bad for her. She then lies to me and tells me the x-ray machine is broken. To have to work for a business that runs this way and for a doctor to be this unprofessional is amazing to me. Luckily Living Social agrees that this is an embarrassment to represent this merchant and gave me a full refund. read more

This man should be put out of business. Several years ago I was in a car accident and I went to Dr. Stafford for treatment of my injuries. I saw him several times where he "adjusted" me and stuck some electrodes onto my back that hurt tremendously (to the extent that once I even had to tell him to turn it down). I hadn't realized how bad he was making me feel - worse than before I saw him - until he was out of the office one day because his wife was giving birth and the replacement chiropractor who adjusted me that day made me feel a gazillion times better than I'd ever felt. I tried to get that replacement chiropractor's name and contact information, but Dr. Stafford literally screamed at me in his refusal. In the end, I had to ditch Stafford Chiropractic and find a new doctor on my own...who actually DID heal me! Full disclosure: This all happened many years ago...before Yelp existed, in fact! I found some old Stafford Chiropractic paperwork while cleaning my house today and, as you can see, this was such a bitter experience I had to drop everything and write a rotten review. Rod E. This business reaks of shadiness. I had trouble finding it because I was expecting a professional looking office, but instead it looks like a bail bonds agency from the outside. I bought a groupon deal for a chiropractic adjustment and two massages for $40. I had to make an appointment 3 months ahead of time because they were so booked. I didn't mind that, since I realize this is fairly common among popular groupon deals. When I went into my appointment (which was around 5pm, supposedly when they close), it turns out there were 3-4 people there with an appointment at the same time. I waited 45 minutes to be seen, and even then, they just shuffled everyone in and out to buy more time and they don't have much room to keep people waiting. I started off with my massage, which is very different from a spa massage (which they inform you before). They really beat you up to relax your muscles. I did feel a little more relaxed afterwards, but was incredibly bruised the next two days. I have only seen one chiropractor in the past, and he's a friend of the family. He very carefully examined my spine by feeling each disc, and was able to tell which discs were out of alignment. He then proceeded to adjust them and check again after cracking them. However, Dr. Stafford pretty much just came into the room, had me lay down, did a couple cracks and was done. There was no assessment to check my spinal position or anything. Which I'm not sure is typical of most chiropractors, but it made me a little uneasy. It was a pleasant surprise though that he does TMJ adjustments. I have been living with TMJ for a couple years and it's pretty painful. He popped my jaw back into place. It hasn't relieved the pain, but I guess it pops a lot less when I open my jaw. This may work for some people, but I am probably going to go with dental work to fix my TMJ rather than chiropractic care. I think this practice is a little on the unprofessional side and won't be coming back for any future adjustments. read more

Went in for a pinched nerve on my neck. I was pretty much unable to turn my head and was in extreme pain. I showed up first thing in the morning; the only time spent waiting was while I was filling out all the medical forms. I was treated immediately and went home with a significant reduction in pain and restored mobility. I was actually able to check traffic while driving, which is a big deal. I continued visiting Dr. Stafford for additional treatments to not only fully heal my neck but also to prevent this from happening again. I've also improved my posture. I learned several stretches to keep my neck in good shape. I'm more conscious of how I sit at my desk at work and how I sleep. I haven't had any reoccurrence of pain; not even a slightly stiff neck. read more

I had bought the living social deal for xrays, massage, and adjustment, because i was having a looot of back pain and discomfort. turns out i have some form of scoliosis, and getting regular adjustments has definitely helped (not completely gone, which is why i gave it 4 instead of 5 stars,but def helped). also, because im a student and really broke, they were nice enough to give me a "student rate," and lowered my co pay for the appointments. i was always able to get appointments when it was convenient for me, and never had to wait very long at them. read more

I injured my lower back over three years ago, I had a lumbar strain and have problems with the sciatic nerve. I have learned to accept the fact that I will always have back pain and to just deal with it. I started going to Dr Stafford's office around 6 months ago and have seen major improvement. He has shown me what exercises I need to do to get my back strong and maintain a healthy back. His staff is very friendly and considerate. I've been coming here since 2010. I've received a lot of chiropractic care over my life and have been treated by a lot of different chiropractors. All with subtle and not so subtle differences in technique. Doc Stafford is effective, knowledgable and empathetic towards your pain. Which sounds crazy but I have been to others who seemed not as concerned about my pain as I was. Need a chiropractor? Don't waste your time on other clinics and see Doctor Stafford. Best TMJ Dr ever. It is easy to schedule appointment and Dr shows professionalism and high level of care. He listens and knows what to do to relive my pain. On top of that, he also let me know what are the on going treatment I will need to fix my other issues. I visited another oral surgeon for the same issue and was paying for 4 injections which delayed my treatment with Dr Stafford and doing no other good. I highly recommend to go with him instead of listening to others for oral surgeon. The oral surgeon cannot fix the alignment nor the issue. read more

One of the best Chiropractors I have seen. He has a lot of experience and knowledge. His differentiator is that he is an expert in Jaw issues.
