I had probably one of the best espresso martinis I have ever had. I'm not even joking when I say that. It was delicious. The apps were nothing less than perfect too that we shared for the table. The duck rolls were pretty spot on and that's saying a lot for not being a big fan of duck. We also shared the cauliflower. My main entree was the octopus. I've been wanting to come here for a while. Made a reservation for Friday night. Wasn't sure what to expect and Stage exceeded all expectations. Located in the new restaurant row in front of Boca Town Center and in between El Camino and Motek. There's free parking in the lot, it can get crowded but there's always a spot. As soon as I walked up to the hostess stand I was impressed. We had a nice table outside. Service was better than excellent. Our server John took good care of us and didn't miss a beat. As a matter of fact, the entire staff was amazing and attentive. Ambience as nice and the food was special Each dish was better than the one before. The menus is creative inspired Indian with some Asian fusion mixed in. A little something for everyone. We ordered 2 entrees. The Wood Grilled Spanish Octopus and the Chicken Masala. We were sharing both and started with the Octopus. It was so tender and served on top of crispy potato and with a green apple nuoc cham - a vibrant tart dipping sauce. They had me here, it was so good. The the Chicken Masala came out. This was one of the best Chicken Tikka dishes, I've had. Not too spicy and so flavorful. I was so impressed. This place keeps getting better and better. After dining a few times ourselves, took my family here and was skeptical if they would enjoy it as much as we do. The hostess was sweet and allowed us to choose where we wanted to sit for happy hour. I will say that every time we have eaten here we've been told different things as to happy hour. Our first visit they told us there was happy hour but you could only sit at the bar area to get happy hour bites meanwhile you could order drinks wherever you sat. The second time we were told happy hour was offered throughout the restaurant, inside or outside. This visit they told us it was only at the bar area and high tops. We sat at the high tops and ordered a few drinks. Our server, Jon, was great and reassured us of our order. I want to express my sincerest appropriation of him to tell us the lunch menu would be changing to their dinner menu by 4pm and he allowed us the opportunity to graze over both menus while we decided (thank you again so much Jon!) we ordered the green chickpea hummus to share along with the oysters which were decent. As far as main dishes I have been eager to try the butter chicken and it did not disappoint! My other family members ordered the Korean BBQ ribs which were spicy but delicious. And 2 of my other family members ordered the happy hour smash burger which they said was incredible. For dessert ordered an espresso martini which was blended so well by the bartender, Enrique. Overall, I love this place because you can truly seem to get a diverse food experience. We had American, Mediterranean, Indian and Asian. The drinks are phenomenal (which I didn't take too many photos this time around since on by previous reviews contained majority of them). The staff here are really pleasant and feel like they value their customers. Another perk is that they're on InKind (please, please, please keep on there!) Food: Wow. Wow wow wow. Also, wow. The flavors were, in a word, intense... one dish (the Plantain Chaat) was too delicious for words. There are simply not enough Indian restaurants in Boca and it's great to have a new goto. I've noticed people discover Stage when they come to the area to enjoy one of the other spots, and it's so crowded that they gravitate to the excellent ambiance of this fantastic place. While I do like the other eateries in this small complex, this place has the most impressive chow. Stopped by a couple of times the past few weeks, craving the Spicy Cheese Naan at the bar with a glass of Tempranillo... a match made in heaven! The restaurant encourages a sort of tapas style of ordering so that you can try as much as possible with different flavors and combinations. The servers are all very attentive and sitting outside or inside is definitely the move. Definitely check out their happy hour and their specials such as the roll the die special. I'm not sure I can suggest this place, as the service does not match the high prices. Came for dinner and 15 minutes after arriving the place was packed. We were sat promptly and then waited and waited. The manager came over and asked if we were waiting for water, I said we were waiting for menus. He brought them over and a man appeared who said he was our waiter. A few minutes later a woman appeared and said she was our waiter. Ok?! She took the order and suggested two apps that go well together. The Spicy Naan arrived which was great, and really is spicy, but the Plantain Chaat which complemented it did not arrive. I was really excited hearing about Stage's Boca location since I've only been to the one in Palm Beach Gardens. I literally had only had the Spicy Tuna Bomb and the memory of it made me drive an hour to have them again. I took a group of a my chef friends solely off that appetizer and just as I'd hoped every was Amazing! It's nestled between Mediterranean Motek & Mexican El Camino. Michelin Chef Pushkar Marathe is a nominated James Beard chef from Nagpur, India, he was trained in Switzerland. In 2020, he opened Stage Kitchen in Palm Beach Gardens with partner Andy Dugard. Andy was a hospitality major from Liverpool who worked for Disney before joining Stage. Then came Ela Curry & Cocktails serving Indian street food & regional dishes, then Mango Mercado, a grab-and-go market with ready made breakfast & lunch sandwiches, soups, salads, and more. There were outdoor tables as well as seating inside. The small-plates menu, offers international & fusion flavors with fresh & local ingredients that come together in vital, new & very flavorful way. The dinner menu was broken up into hot & cold snacks, vegetables & grains, meats & fish, breads & chutneys and two cuts of steak. I started with Palm Beach Problems a refreshing gin cocktail with blood orange, watermelon, grapefruit, ginger, rosemary & club soda. We began by sharing the smoked fish dip with tortilla chips. Our 4 spicy tuna bombs were interesting with spicy soy green goddess avocado, semolina puri & spicy soy sauces. The bang bang cauliflower had some interesting flavors; mushrooms, paneer, mint & cilantro. We were wowed by the grilled oysters with chorizo butter, grilled lemon, and herbed Panko. Food was delicious! My table shared a bunch of appetizers and everything had a very unique flavor combinations and everything tasted excellent. I can tell a lot of thought and care went into this menu and the chefs were great at their job. I went during happy hour and they had a great selection of both drinks and bites offered for a reasonable price. We had a number of wait staff take care of us, some better than others, but overall our food was served timely and they were all accommodating and assistive with questions. Only complaint is we ordered a spicy appetizer (which was delicious) but we were without water for a good amount of time and had to flag down a wait staff to serve us water. I understand restaurants and staff get busy, but we went during slow hours before happy hour got very busy . But the guest services manager, Yanelle, made our experience amazing! Great place for a large group! The staff was knowledgeable on vegetarian options (rare for south florida!) Our Order: (1) Great Pretender Mocktail - described as light and refreshing but was overly sweet due to the hibiscus, therefore did not enjoy (2) Black Gold Fashioned - their spin on an old fashion, but was overly sweet due to the housemade syrup (3) Plantain Chaat - I've never seen this before, and was delicious! The sweetness of the plantains balances the tangy yogurt. (4) Bang Bang Cauliflower - crispy and tangy! Really liked the variation that it included other vegetables than just cauliflower. (5) Truffle Brie Grilled Cheese - crispy and gooey, however the mango sauce was too sweet with the brie. Truffle flavor is mid but muted between the brie and mango sauce. (6) Spicy Cheese Naan - indian spin on a cheese quesadilla, excellent spice flavor but was too cheesy for our taste. It needs a dipping sauce. (7) Pistachio and Saffron Gelato - the gelato is made in house and the flavors rotate. You can taste the pistachio (doesn't have an artificial flavor) but couldn't taste saffron. The owner of Stage stoped by to let us know that there were tables at Stage and it had been a place I've been wanting to try so we forfeited our spot to come here! My drink was fantastic and light, and the sushi ball app was so delicious, I could have eaten them all night. I got a tikka chicken masala which was so good and such a big portion for me I was able to eat the next day as well. The naan was delicious and the service was great, we sat outside and it was perfect for us and the baby, even with all the commotion. Tucked away in the new Restaurant Row across from Town Center Mall, Stage is the new branch of the Palm Beach Gardens restaurant by Chef Pushkar Marathe nominated "Best Chef: South" semifinalist by the James Beard Foundation. He showcases his Indian roots in the cuisine but also infuses different cultures in the dishes which I loved. We started with the Spicy Tuna Bomb displayed so cute as little crunchy nests made of semolina puri stuffed with spicy soy marinated tuna topped with green goddess sauce and avocado. Definitely an explosion of flavor in your mouth. I normally don't like beets but the Local Beets app here was delightful. Light and refreshing, the yogurt sauce takes away any strong beet taste. The vegetable PACHADI salad was also a favorite. Very unique flavors and mix of textures with carrots, tomatoes, peanuts, and turmeric. The duck confit rolls were packed with curry flavor and fried with a crispy flaky shell. The peanut sauce was a nice compliment to the spicy rich flavors of the filling. A group of us went to Stage in Boca Raton for dinner, and rather than each ordering separate entrees, we decided to have an evening of shared tapas. It was a great way to taste several items on the menu. The food was consistently delicious, and the service was excellent. I was initially reluctant to go to Stage because I am not a fan of Indian food, but Stage is so much more than this. The menu has a strong Mediterranean influence, yet it is eclectic enough to satisfy everyone's tastes. We started with some drinks, including a bottle of Sancerre wine. The server allowed me to taste a small sample of the wine before we bought a bottle, which I very much appreciated. It was smooth and light. Delightful! We then ordered a variety of hot and cold "snacks" (aka appetizers) and breads, including: - Korean BBQ ribs with pineapple slaw... tender with a nice kick! - Duck confit rolls with a spicy peanut chutney -Spicy tuna bombs ... as pretty to look at as to eat! -Street corn ... off the cob and perfect for sharing -Bang bang cauliflower ... crunchy and spicy -Spicy grilled cheese naan and garlic naan Without realizing it, almost every item we ordered was spicy. And each of the spices was different. None were overpowering though. The spiciness enhanced the overall flavor of the dishes. Our favorite bite? We couldn't decide as we enjoyed everything and would order each of them again. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of the bang bang cauliflower as the pungent sauce combined with the crunch of the cauliflower was delicious. When walking in, there is a hostess stand to the right side at the front. I almost missed it! We were seated right away as we had a reservation. The music was great, the space is very open and airy. I got the cucumber martini with Tito's and it was delicious. For bites we ordered the ribs, green hummus, bang bang cauliflower, cheesy naan, ricotta, spicy tuna bombs, and eggplant. It was all really tasteful and fresh. My standouts were the hummus, cauliflower, cheesy naan, and the tuna bombs. There were so many vegetarian options which was great because one person in our party was. We were pretty full but for the entrees we ordered the chicken tikki masala, steak, and the twice baked potato. I loved the concept of the twice baked potato. It had a nice texture and was so cheesy! For dessert we got the sticky date cake (our favorite), the banoffee pie, and the cheesecake ice cream. We were not fans of the cheesecake ice cream. The cauliflower/paneer appetizer was great. My friend had the pork chop and said it was perfect. The naan bread was also upscale. When they first opened here in Boca it was sooo good. The first time we went it was for dinner and the food and service were very good. The place was noisy, but it's to be expected due to the layout. After that we were going for happy hour on a regular basis. The food at happy hour was just as delicious as dinner and the drinks specials were good too esp with making minimal substitutions. But a few months later everything turned, and the food at HH was just okay and the sliders which were once very, very good were just bad; then they stopped allowing the subs in the drinks (tequila for vodka or viceaversa). It's a shame bc we always brought an entourage with us. After one more try, we moved on. We didn't want poor food and rude comments. There are so many places to eat in Boca that substandard just won't cut it. read more

I have been to Stage in PGA and was excited to check out this new location that opened in Boca! Would highly recommend the spicy tuna bombs! Such a unique dish and unlike anything you will find at other restaurants! The C.A.B. burger was also I am a little bit disappointed in the service. While dining Saturday afternoon for lunch, I asked the waitress if Stage was participating in Flavors of SoFl where various different restaurants offer prefix menus for a set price during the month of September since I remember spotting Stage on the list but wasn't 100% sure. She said she wasn't sure but would inquire, shortly later did come back and said they were NOT but went on to mention they were getting a Michelin star. I trusted that the information she gave me was correct but once I got home, I double checked myself regarding if Stage is participating in Flavor and they ARE! Its on their actual website as well with the menu listed stating promotion end September 30th and its a $29 per person for lunch! To add to my frustration the appetizer and entree we ordered were on the prefix menu but we were charged FULL PRICE (which came out to around $50 per person) instead of the promo they ARE offering but server neglected to have knowledge of. I totally got ripped off/ so disappointed and would not have expected that from this establishment! Stage please make sure all staff are aware of promos you have especially if its highlighted on your website- would help ensure consistency in the guest experience. read more

Welcome to the neighborhood, Stage (pronounced Stahhhhge) Kitchen & Bar. We waited, and waited and alas you arrived. So beautiful, so elegant, so sophisticated in your design. Your wait staff and host are well-trained, polite and inviting. We felt so welcome, honored and comfortable sitting in 'table 40/The Mafia table' an upfront-booth that can accommodate 4. Rich navy, browns and gold touches feel sexy alongside the gorgeous lighting choices the designer of the restaurant chose. It is apparent that a lot of thought went into the decor. The menu is eclectic with a balance of shareable Indian-fusion dishes and obligatory condiments and chutney's. We started with cocktails. We both chose Stage's Hot & Bothered; a ghost pepper tequila, guava, lime, agave ($18). It packed the perfect punch of alcohol to spicy/sour ratio. Excellent sipping drink. We then order the SPICY CHEESE NAAN ($14) with ricotta (it was recommended but just ok and nothing special) and cucumber raita, a nice cooling condiment that complimented our spicy drinks. A recommendation for truffle honey was delicious but came out in a ramekin that made it hard to scoop and serve. For our shareable mains we tried and enjoyed the Lamb Kebab that comes with red onion and mint cilantro chutney ($21). The lamb was formed from mince and blended with delicate, warm spices such as coriander and cumin. I wish we had ordered more naan so that we could assemble a little 'sandwich' ourselves. Next time. We then also ordered a recommendation from our server a Wood Grilled Chicken PERI PERI that came with butternut squash, curry vinaigrette, onions and cilantro ($39). The moist chicken had a grilled/smokey quality that really shined through their marinade without being over powering as some wood oven dishes can get. For us, the butternut squash suffered from not being peeled rendering an off-putting hard bite. That's an easy fix for the chefs that I hope they do. We had the truffle honey on the table from our apps so we dipped the squash in that. For a vegetable we opted for their turnips. Unfortunately, they were bitter and somewhat burnt and we would not order them again. There are so many dishes we wanted to try but we were only 2 this time.
