We broke down on the side of the road on Easter night stayed at a hotel. They referred them and it went very well. They got me in assured me they'd get me fixed on the road tonight. They did just that, but we're very professional kind and asked about my experience with the car a couple of times. They found all the things that they would address with the car but no pressure. I took three of the four suggestions. I would highly recommend them.

I'm like there's no way. So maybe that's just me but then their price for new axles was double what Gateway in Columbia charged. Gateway did the axles for $480 per side in this place wanted over $1800 maybe that's tax included but it was ridiculous. But didn't they tell you you get that three-year 36,000 mile warranty but who cares when it's double. A water pump on the RAV4 also cost $1000+. I would drive south to Columbia. I never leave negative reviews, but after this experience with Cave Auto, people should know what…read morehappened. Last year, we took my son's Jeep here, paid over $1,000, and two days later had to take it to the Jeep dealership and spend approximately another $4,000. Despite that, we gave Cave Auto another chance. We dropped the Jeep off Monday and were very clear: it was running hot and my son HAD to have it back by Friday to drive to Knoxville for school. We were told the water pump and gauge were repaired and paid another $1,600. We picked it up and it was STILL running hot. We took it back yesterday, they kept it for hours, and we were told nothing was wrong with it. Today, the temperature gauge was approximately 3/4 of the way toward hot again. When I called, instead of simply saying, "Bring it back, we'll make it right," I got excuse after excuse. I was told to take it to a NAPA Auto Care Center and that apparently they have to "fix it in parts" to diagnose it. On top of that, he repeatedly brought up the fact that we had discussed possibly trading the Jeep in and said he thought we were going to trade it immediately. That honestly makes me question why that matters. Whether we trade it tomorrow or keep it another five years, if we paid $1,600 to repair it, the work should be done properly and the vehicle should be safe to drive. If there wasn't enough time to properly diagnose and repair it before my son had to return to Knoxville, SAY THAT. We would have made other arrangements. Don't squeeze the repair in, charge us $1,600, and then use the limited timeframe as an excuse when the original problem still exists. After all the excuses, I finally said keep the money, I'll leave a bad review and be done with it. His (Clint's response) response to me on the phone? "FUCK YOU, BITCH." Then he sent me a lengthy text accusing me of threatening his shop, his employees and their families because I said I would leave a negative review. I threatened NO ONE. Saying I will publicly share my experience as a paying customer is not threatening anyone. At the end of the day, we paid $1,600 to fix a Jeep that was running hot. It is still running hot. We brought it back and were told nothing was wrong. And when I became frustrated and said I would leave a bad review, the owner told me, "fuck you, bitch." You can defend your diagnosis. You can explain your warranty. You can disagree with me. But a business owner speaking to a customer that way is completely unacceptable. We will not be back and you shouldn't either.

When I arrived at the Spring Hill store, I was discouraged to see the waiting room packed. I explained my situation to Joseph, and he immediately came outside to assess the tire. With a screw lodged in a difficult spot, there was no guarantee it could even be repaired, and I wasn't sure if they had a replacement tire in stock. I honestly thought I'd be stranded for hours. Less than 45 minutes later, Joseph handed me my keys and told me they had successfully repaired the tire. I was back on the road and able to get where I needed to be. Joseph's calm professionalism, urgency, and willingness to help turned a stressful situation into one with a great outcome. He truly saved the day. Thank you to Joseph and the entire Spring Hill team for the outstanding service.

Most places we're going to charge me 200 just for a diagnostics fee. Firestone was about $10. So I took it there and they were very thorough, not pushy, and answered all of my questions. I spoke with Brady and Bailey, which were both super helpful. We decided to go elsewhere to get the car fixed (as we have a personal mechanic that can work on this sort of matter), but it was my first time dealing with them and in the future, I would probably go back because of they're seemingly honest work and opinion on my car.
