Shortly after, I received very different messaging by text including a dismissive tone and a completely different narrative. Policies changing is fine. Inconsistency, poor communication, and condescension are not. This interaction left a bad taste in my mouth and an immediate ick. I'm sharing this so others can make informed decisions. They purposely hung up the phone multiple times and they forced me to go in. Another manager flat out told be that I won't be racing a refund and it's "not about the contract". I was told that I had to use the training session or the money would just stay on my account if I ever owed anything. This is completely ridiculous especially since I did cancel within the 3 days. The manager (Brooke) even denied my request for a partial refund. Please do yourself a favor, do not sign up. Read the other reviews of other people saying the same thing. I canceled within the terms of the contract and they're still refusing my $108 refund or a PayPal refund for an unused session. Don't say you weren't warned. Oh, you also are not allowed to bring a guest at this location.

It has the equipment that you would get at a large gym, yet a boutique style feel and the best part is I never have to wait for any equipment. In addition, the trainer Geoff has been so helpful in assisting me set and obtain goals. He is very knowledgeable on proper training and most importantly makes his clients feel comfortable at any lifting level. Whereas, in most large gym environments if you are not as knowledgeable it can be very overwhelming and make you feel insecure at times. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

Management lied about almost every policy Freezing: I was promised I could freeze my membership for $10 for an upcoming trip. When I tried, they denied it completely. Cancellation: I was told I could cancel via the app with a standard 30-day notice. This was a lie. The app didn't support it, and they forced me to come in person just to process it. Furthermore, their "30-day notice" policy is a scam! instead of pro-rating 30 days from my request, they just hit me with a full month's charge on the next billing cycle 3 weeks later. This forced me to pay for nearly two full months of an unused membership. On top of the awful service, the facilities are disgusting. The showers and restrooms are filthy daily. The sauna smells like mold, and the pool/jacuzzi area is covered in rust, black stains, and dirty foam (see pictures). Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects its members and basic cleanliness.

I mentioned that I'm going to have my bank reverse the charges and he started calling me a jack ass and saying why don't I come and say this to his face because he felt "threatened" and will sue me if I do it.
