Upon arriving, he helped me diagnose that it wasn't a battery but a fuel pump, he waited with me an extra 15-20 minutes while I contacted Sennott auto brothers who were amazing at helping. He even towed me the extra 10 miles down the road. Together, Shawn and the brothers determined it was in fact my fuel pump and Sean took off. When I got there, they also mentioned the side mirror on the car was broken and needed to be replaced--something that was never disclosed in the listing or mentioned ahead of time. To make things worse, they tried to show me other cars with double the mileage or way outside of the price range I originally came in for. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable and a complete waste of my time and effort. If I had the option to 0 rate stars I would.
