It was a smooth and seamless process. They never skipped a beat. As I was dealing with the process of losing my father, they were tender. I was easily able to pick up his meds the same day they were needed, and there was much to do. I never worried; Lisa, the pharmacist, and all staff treated me so well. Recently, my father passed. I was not able to get my meds. That very day, out of the kindness of their hearts, the OWNER went out of his way to deliver them himself on a Saturday with a couple of hours' notice. SPECTACULAR. When you depend on a pharmacy for medication, you should be able to rely on them to have prescriptions ready when promised or at the very least be able to reach someone by phone to find out what is going on. Having to repeatedly call, wait, and still not get an answer is incredibly frustrating. I understand pharmacies can get busy and delays sometimes happen, but when the same problems keep happening over and over, something needs to change. This location seriously needs to improve its pharmacy staffing, communication, and prescription turnaround times. I would not recommend this pharmacy if you need your medication filled reliably and on time.
