Excellent Dealership! Shaun Donahue sold me the car of my dreams. After spending 6 hours at 2 different dealers (grapevine ford, 5 star ford carrollton) I was about to give up on Ford. I talked with 4 salesman and 2 finance guys, all of them treated me like crap. When I talked to Shaunhe was a completely different type of person. He is a high quality man with great morals, kind, and patient. He cares about customer service. I saved over 2K going to Stanley Ford compared to 5 star ford, and also the customer experience was perfect. Shaundid his research to explain all of the tech options on the new ford fusion. He also showed me some tips and tricks that I had never heard of. After talking with Shawn the sales man, Andrew the finance guy came over and sold me an amazing warranty. 120K for 96 month for under 1K! Andrew was very helpful and kind as well. All other ford dealers were trying to sell me 100K 72 month for 2.5K, and after an hour of negotiation they told me they were giving me an amazing deal at 1.6K. HA hahah, such a scam. Purchased a pre-owned 2017 F250 this past week and enjoyed the experience. Stanley has the best Deal from Austin to OKC and Alfredo helped me close the deal. I wasn't fighting the salesman at Stanley, I felt like the salesman was fighting for me! I'm a pretty stern negotiator, I gave them hell but they took it in stride and acted very professional. We came to a deal over text messaging and when I came to pick it up I was in and out in 30 minutes. Finance guy didn't give me the run around on every upgrade, he matched my best offer on the Ford Premium service plan and I was out in no time. Driving A Hyundai in 105° weather my car decides to quit running right in front of the Stanley Ford house. Service manager is Ron he was so nice they were getting ready to close he had AJ a tech to come out and give me a diagnostics. He didn't charge me they brought me home gave me the information to have my car towed to the Hyundai dealership Denton... these people are wonderful and I give them 10 stars what do you call it were the people work at the Ford dealership I'm giving them a good review you know not in sales but what is it say it again thank you service and repairs read more
