Our slider glass door was installed by glass pros in our new home by Taylor morrison in folsom…read moreranch. It is very difficult to open and doesn't even lock. We have made several attempts to work with their office to get glass pros to fix but they barely return emails and phone calls. I would not recommend buying a home from them unless you want to be paying another vendor to come fix it. Be very careful of thinking of buying the new homes they are building in folsom. I may have to resort to legal action as a lawyer if this isn't resolved immediately. Wish I had went with another builder for my new home.

We hired them for 2 separate jobs so far and have another one planned for the future. They replaced 2 broken window panes (cracked on one pane in each different window). One window was an outside pane and the other one was an interior pane. Then they replaced our side kitchen French door with a new one with a doggie door installed... which is heaven sent because I will no longer be their personal door (wo)man The ladies in the office were always friendly and helpful.
