After the initial botched visit, I was assured that the manager would contact me to resolve the issue. However, to my dismay, I never received any communication. It was only after multiple attempts that the branch manager, Mike, finally showed up. Unfortunately, his presence only added to my disappointment. Mike proved to be utterly useless, unable to fix the problem or offer a solution. Instead, he suggested that I seek assistance elsewhere, leaving me stranded without a resolution.
The complete lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by your company throughout this entire ordeal is truly beyond belief. Moreover, during Mike's visit, his phone was incessantly ringing, which was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to me as a customer. It further added to the feeling that my concerns were not being taken seriously.
As if that were not enough, Mike also promised to remove the UV light and fix the duct system to ensure a smooth process when it could be reinstalled. Regrettably, he failed to deliver on these promises and simply left without addressing the situation.
I had such high hopes for Stanley Steamer, but my experience has shattered any confidence I had in your company's ability to provide reliable and competent services. I strongly advise anyone against using your services and will be sharing my ordeal with friends, family, and anyone who considers hiring your company.
