Stanley Steemer came to my home on Sat. morning 7-22-18. I had an eight AM to twelve noon window. Boy was I glad when Chad showed up at eight. Chad was well groomed and very nice. I had all my carpets cleaned and my kitchen tile cleaned. Chad recommend that I have my tile color coated. I'm going to take his advice. Chad has excellent communication skills and is very knowledgeable about carpet and tile cleaning and maintenance. Chad will be the guy I ask for in future carpet cleaning / tile maintenance. The service described was not the service received. Only one person showed up and my dining room furniture was not moved and area was not cleaned. I was charged for this area but tech said because there was an area rug under table and chairs and buffet, it was not necessary to clean this area. I won't be using them again and do not recommend. read more

This is the first time we used this company, we contacted the office in Rancho Cucamonga for service. Getting prices for cleaning furniture and carpet was easy, the person was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We were notified of the name of the technician and time of arrival. Justin was our service tech, he was very professional, courteous, informative, through and efficient. Fransisco quoted me $468.00 for the downstairs only. I told him this was too high and to just clean the kitchen and living room plus the rug. He said I would get a discount and that the price for the powder room would only be $25 extra. Before he left he stated the total would be $268 so I sign the ipad, which did not list my total and he left. I later realized I was charged the full $468 and the dining room tile never got cleaned, although I was charged. That was an extra $75.00 bucks. Plus the powder room was $45. I still had dirty tile along the edges of my kitchen and I thought the job could have been better. I spoke to the Manager to ask for a partial refund with no luck. They did offer to come back out and give me a $100 off towards my next service. I do appreciate the gesture, but the truth is I dont want to do business with this company again. My advice, find a small local business. This is what I usually do but I was impatient to have my tile clean that day. Lesson learned. read more

I had Stanley Steemer come today to clean my leather furniture. Furniture looks fine. However, all my back cushions zip at the top. The tech took them off but couldn't be bothered to zip them back together. He also borrowed my vacumn and left it lying on the floor, plugged in with the attachments still on it and he didn't move any of the furniture back. when I called this office the said, "We'll have a talk with him." Then she offered a 15% discount on future work. Word yo the wise. If someone is complaining about a service, chances are good there won't be any 'future work'. read more

These guys are great. I recently moved into a home in Corona to find out hidden under where furniture was nasty fifth. I was planning on moving in next day and was worried that I would not be able to do so and that we needed to re-carpet the place. I looked online around 11pm to see if I could get the carpets cleaned next morning. Sure enough I was able to book it online and all of their pricing was visible and very straight forward. Next morning Edward showed up around 8:15 very professional, clean wearing a mask and was ready to do the job. I had four rooms a hallway and stairs cleaned for under $300 tip included. I really liked the fact that when he went over the upgrades he did not throw a fit and make me feel bad for not upgrading. He just went over the benefits to getting the carpets scotch guarded odor removed as well as steam cleaning the tile in the bathrooms. I can definitely say that I will likely be requesting this service again in a year or so. This is something that I've never done before but was very impressed with the service. read more

Aaron cam out to my home and did a great job ,I'm so very happy with him and his service, but the company sent out another person some time last year and he didn't do a great job at all ,when I try to get a discount unfortunately the gave me a hard time about it. I just had Stanley Steamer clean our tile floors and our tech did a fabulous job !! He explained the whole process to us and the floors came out looking like new!!! Our only complaint was I was given a estimate over the phone and I gave them my quote by square footage! When the tech came to start his cleaning he told me my restrooms would be a additional $40 each and they do not give estimates by square footage but by rooms what could i do but say yes since they need to cleaned!! My total ended up being $200 more then the estimate! I was a little upset that I was not told at the time of my estimate that any restrooms would be $40 or $80 depending on size!! I could have went with any of the other 3 companies I called if I knew I was gonna spend as much as I did. So for anyone calling this company make sure you specify each room that needs tile cleaning including all the restrooms and any hall that is longer then usual like mine! I actually had to tell him not to clean a 3x3 restroom because there was no way I was gonna pay $40 for him to clean it! Just ask a lot of question before making your appointment! read more

I called in the morning and by that afternoon they sent a technician. They were on time and very nice. Once the cleaning was started he checked with me to see if it was satisfactory. He spent some extra time on the high traffic stained areas and it showed. Great customer service from beginning to end. The worker spoke with my mate and told him the quote which he had given me. My mate says, the same company did my neighbor's house for less amount w/ a promotion. This was the best carpet cleaning service I've ever used. I have used various ones in the past because I had some construction done and there was dust everywhere. I needed a good cleaning done to the house. The representative named Vaddana Leng, was very careful with all my furniture. He placed pads underneath all the furniture, moved what was necessary and left the carpet almost dry. I really appreciated his careful work and the respect that he showed for my home. read more

Terrible. Guy charged me 208 for a 1400 sq foot home (vacant rental) and then said he "forgot" to charge me for the living room which cost another 25. High priced. Then, he wanted to charge me over $500 to clean tile in kitchen with carpets. The kitchen is tiny!! Carpets looked average.... not that much better after cleaning. don't ever get your carpets cleaned by this place. they had my carpet for 12 days so they could clean it and have it smelling good and stain free. i got it back this morning upon opening up the bag i knew then hadn't even tried to clean it my room smells so bad. i spent good money for them to just reroll my carpet and have it not cleaned i'm so disappointed right now. i called to get it sorted out and all that was done was a note was written about my complaint. this carpet is one of the last things that i have of my grandfather's and they ruined it. do not trust this place you'll probably have better luck cleaning your carpets yourself. read more

I'm very disappointed with Stanley Steemer, not for the carpet cleaning but for the fraudulent series of charges they issued to my account. They charged my account 3 times 3 different amounts. When I initially made the reservation I mentioned I needed 2 sets of stairs cleaned and I was quoted $134. I even received an e-mail confirmation with this total. When the technician arrived to do the job he said i only have down one set of stairs. I informed him of my initial conversation with the reservation agent and he transferred me to a dispatch person. After speaking with the dispatch person i noticed the multiple charges on my account. Be ware of the additional fraudulent charges they slip in. read more

He moved anything I asked him to. Arrived on time. He took very good care of my home and furnishings. He was there 2 1/2 hours. Exactly what he had estimated. And he did a wonderful job. I had Stanley Steemer come out today to clean a couple rooms of tile. Its been about 20 years since this tile has been placed down and not once has it been professionally cleaned. The technician that came out was Richard. I had asked for him because I had heard amazing things about him and his cleaning from a few of my friends. He came out and examined my floor and set some expectations. He let me know since it's about 20 years and never been cleaned that there might be a chance of having some permanent spots. I kinda expected that so I was not to worried. After he informed me about everything he went to work. He spent nearly 3 hours cleaning my tile. I didn't expect it to take that long so I kept checking up on him and every time I saw him he was hard at work doing the best he can. Now my tile looks just about brand new. I could never have expected a result like that. After he was done cleaning he explained to me about the different sealants they offer for my tile. One was a color seal that let me say if I wasn't on a tight budget I would have told him to apply it. He did a demonstration on a little part with a different color and it looked so amazing. I know now that next time I have him come out to clean my tile I am going to make sure he does the color seal. So I just want to say thank you so much Richard for all your hard work and making sure I was completely satisfied before you left.
