Stanley Steemer of Rancho Cucamonga came to our house over the weekend. I like how they are local to the area and we love supporting local businesses. Before they came, we received both a text and phone call that they were on their way. Upon arrival, our tech asked us to show him around and point out some trouble spots. He explained the difference between wear and tear and what stains he would be able to get out versus what areas that were already beyond what they could fix but again it would at least be clean! The carpet we have is original to the house (I think) so we just wanted it cleaned as we are having guests over. The last time it was professionally cleaned was in 2013 before we moved in LOL. We have a home carpet cleaner so we've been using that all these years. We got a new puppy at the end of May so she's had several accidents on the carpet while we're house training her. I noticed that safety is at the top of their list as they put out caution signs on our floor to ensure we are careful while walking on the tile where it may have gotten wet. He also reminded us to watch out for his equipment and hoses so we did not trip if we were walking around. He explained all the steps he was doing and the purpose of them. He showed us the Dry Soil Test by putting a white towel between the hose on the vacuum to see all the dirt left behind on our carpet even though we vacuumed the day before and even have our own carpet shampooer. After he did each section he'd ask us to take a look and if we had any questions along the way. We mentioned that we wanted to replace all the carpet in the house eventually and he even gave us recommendations on carpet that would best suit our needs as we have dogs. Although I was previously warned that Stanley Steamer pulls some kind of bait and switch nonsense, especially when they run cleaning specials, I elected to use them anyway and scheduled an appointment for July 8. Unfortunately we never got far enough to establish how good or bad their service is. I received a call letting me know that the tech was on his way, but was going to be 30 minutes or more late. When I explained the tech was scheduled to arrive between 10-12, the young lady was very rude, with a really nasty tone saying "well that's what it is." I began speaking to her and got no response. After about 30 seconds, I hung up because I assumed that the call dropped or she hung up on me. She called back and I answered the phone. Had the same issue again where I couldn't hear her. I hung up and she called again but this time we could hear each other fine. The first thing she said was "I called because I needed to get more info from you before the tech arrives but you slammed the phone down all up in my face." Pretty hard to slam a telephone handset down when you have an iPhone. The rest of the call didn't go well either and I don't need some rude jerk talking to me that way. She then hung up on me then promptly canceled the appointment out from under me. Few minutes later I received a text from Stanley Steamer saying they're sorry I missed my appointment and offered a 15 percent coupon. I called back and spoke to someone else in the scheduling dept, but apparently the tech had already been re-routed. What a garbage company. I don't care what kind of "special" they are running. I'll pay extra to another company who will probably do the job right anyway. I also requested to speak to a manager and it just so happened none happened to be around. No management or oversight is probably the reason the customer service folks mistreat customers. Horrible customer relations in my opinion and I won't hire these clowns to clean a toilet. read more

Stanley, Steemer, and Omar M. were transparent throughout the whole process. Omar, upon his arrival was kind, and greeted me with a smile and a handshake. Most importantly, Omar, while cleaning my porcelain tiles, he kept me informed by asking me if I was satisfied with the cleaning of each room that he did. I greatly appreciate it, Omar, because he displayed a high attention to detail to all the heavily dirty spots like in the kitchen. Omar did a great job! I was so busy with work that I forgot to take pics. But I was impressed with his hard quality work! I will definitely recommend Stanley Steemer specifically Omar to friends and family. We had them come out to clean our downstairs carpeted areas. The areas they cleaned were great, but even though they advertised that they move furniture in order to clean the carpets, they only moved our dining room chairs. I don't blame our technician for this - he was the only person they sent and did his best with the situation. After lengthy and messy remodeling of the building for our business, to say we had a dust problem was an understatement. We hired a cleaning company to wipe everything down, but the area rugs and AC vents were holding onto so much of the dust it was impossible to escape it. Stanley Steemer sent out a Nate & Jonah to clean out our ducts and deep vacuum our area rugs. They were prompt, professional, and thorough. I was so impressed! I scheduled an A/C duct cleaning for the first time in 24 years. Appointment making was easy, text messages kept me informed and on the day of the cleaning Brenden H worked professionally and efficiently throughout the household. He showed my wife and I before and after pictures of the ducts and we were pleased with the results. The price seemed a little steep, but since we hadn't had them cleaned since we've been in the house we chose to pay the price. This cleaning was not worth the $119 it cost me. Took less than 15 mins to do 3 rugs, i had him redo one of them. I shouldn't have to, a professional should know when job is good or not. The others didn't look as I expected them to either. This is not what i expect from a so called professional company. Also, I Paid cash and didn't get a receipt (paper or email). Jason was the technician who came out and cleaned and colored/sealed my tile. They responded right away via phone. I was able to have them come a day later. My tile, which is probably 10 or 15 years old, looks new again thanks to Jason. Jason was so friendly and a hard worker. I posted the before and after photos. One guy was his mask but the other guy wasn't wearing a mask at all! Y'all... I'm high risk for COVID... and another witness was there with me at the time. I had some disposable masks, so she (the other witness) grabbed one for the guy that didn't have a mask. When she offered the mask to him, he straight up refused! In MY HOME. Are you kidding? I've never used the Stanley Steemer service before but that damn jingle on the commercials is so catchy. I needed a sectional couch cleaned and figured I'd give them a try. The booking process was very easy. I went online made an appointment and got to use a coupon too. They sent Drew out to my house to take care of the job while Sam kept in contact with me over text message. Drew was professional and knew exactly what he was talking about. During the walk-through he pointed out the difference between a dirty mark and a wear mark from long time use. Which was important cause someone could mistake it for dirty. Drew got right to work, was polite, and efficient. He was mindful of my other furniture, always asking if he could move something before touching it. Couch came out great, remember after they clean it, it needs to dry, so if you are cleaning it before a party you should plan ahead a day or so.
