We had them come out to clean our downstairs carpeted areas. The areas they cleaned were great, but even though they advertised that they move furniture in order to clean the carpets, they only moved our dining room chairs. I don't blame our technician for this - he was the only person they sent and did his best with the situation. After lengthy and messy remodeling of the building for our business, to say we had a dust problem was an understatement. We hired a cleaning company to wipe everything down, but the area rugs and AC vents were holding onto so much of the dust it was impossible to escape it. This cleaning was not worth the $119 it cost me. Took less than 15 mins to do 3 rugs, i had him redo one of them. I shouldn't have to, a professional should know when job is good or not. The others didn't look as I expected them to either. This is not what i expect from a so called professional company. Also, I Paid cash and didn't get a receipt (paper or email). Jason was the technician who came out and cleaned and colored/sealed my tile. They responded right away via phone. I was able to have them come a day later. My tile, which is probably 10 or 15 years old, looks new again thanks to Jason. Jason was so friendly and a hard worker. I posted the before and after photos. I've never used the Stanley Steemer service before but that damn jingle on the commercials is so catchy. I needed a sectional couch cleaned and figured I'd give them a try. The booking process was very easy. I went online made an appointment and got to use a coupon too. They sent Drew out to my house to take care of the job while Sam kept in contact with me over text message. Drew was professional and knew exactly what he was talking about. During the walk-through he pointed out the difference between a dirty mark and a wear mark from long time use. Which was important cause someone could mistake it for dirty. Drew got right to work, was polite, and efficient. He was mindful of my other furniture, always asking if he could move something before touching it. Couch came out great, remember after they clean it, it needs to dry, so if you are cleaning it before a party you should plan ahead a day or so. We were not satisfied by the outcome of our couch cleaning. We had visible stains that we hoped would be diminished by the cleaning and despite the nearly $200 we paid we were told that it would cost an additional $80 for some enzyme type cleaner to address our concerns. The only indicator that something was completed was that our cushions were wet, the couch did not appear refreshed and had the same areas of concern still visible. We recently got our carpets cleaned at Stanley Steemers. Last Thursday Omar came out to our house to clean our rugs. He was very courtesy and professional, he explained that the rugs could not be cleaned in the house do to our wood floors and explained that the rugs would need to be cleaned outside. It was too windy. And he suggested that we let him take the rugs with him and he would have them cleaned at the shop for an extra fee. We informed that we need to have the rugs back before thanksgiving as we have family coming over, he assured us that we would have them back in enough time. He was awesome.
