We had a lovely lunch at Stanley's bar & grill. What a beautiful patio overlooking the park. Our waitress was very nice and the food was great. But that view!!! It is a nice walk to and from. My tip is take different routes.

Try the fish and chips! So fresh and tasty!

What a find! As a tourist doing all the things that a tourist does in Vancouver we visited Stanley Park and found this Bar and Grill right in the middle! The food is outstanding! The service is efficient and friendly and the price was reasonable. A beautiful setting in the middle of the day!

Stanley's Bar & Grill What a magical spot! Dining here feels like being in the middle of a botanical garden -- the flowers are beyond gorgeous! Our server Katherine is phenomenal -- so energetic, joyful, and truly loves being here. She made our visit extra special . We're enjoying a crisp glass of Chardonnay while soaking in the enchanting atmosphere. Katherine said it's even more magical at Christmas (they put up 13 Christmas trees and a roaring fire in the fireplace ). This place feels like stepping back in time to a romantic château . Absolutely unforgettable and highly recommend!

It was such an awesome experience eating here! It was cool to find out the same name of Stanley Park in where this restaurant is located, it is named after the same person of this restaurant, Stanley's Bar & Grill, which is also who the Stanley Cup trophy is named after!!! This beautiful location has a lovely garden in front of it. The restaurant, which looks like a big house, is nestled in the back. The flower garden is so colorful, the surrounding trees as we ate outside was so green, and the restaurant building was big and cool. My family was a party of six of us. We were seated pretty quickly in the patio area. It was so beautiful outside that we wanted the outside seating. To start off, I had a Maple Old Fashioned. It was a beautifully made whiskey drink, best one I have ever had. We all shared a tortilla chips & spinach Artichoke dip as an appetizer. For my main course, I had the Royal Huntsman Bison burger. This burger won an award in 2023, and I understand why! It was such a great, mouth-watering burger!!! The French fries also came with my burger. They were off the chart good too! Other items ordered in out party was Lord Stanley's burger, Butter chicken, and the Chicken tenders & Fries for my two granddaughters. Everyone seemed very happy as we all tried each other's food. The service here was great! Ashling was the best server! She fulfilled all our requests and with a smile! I definitely would come back here again. I highly recommend you make this part of your Vancouver visit!!!

Came here with a friend on a Friday around 4:30pm. The garden outside was beautiful and we got to spend time taking pictures of the flowers before going in - we were seated immediately when we entered as well! We only wanted some appetizers as we were just stopping for a small bite so we split 3 appetizers as pictured below. I LOVED the Caesar salad and the spinach artichoke dip sooooo much. The salad had the perfect amount of dressing on it and was so refreshing. The dip came with seasoned tortilla chips and I think I could've ate a pint of that dip for real. DELICIOUS! I wasn't in LOVE with the poutine. This was my second time ever having poutine so I'd still love to give that a try next time I'm in town. It was very rich and heavy, so I think paired with our other appetizers, it was just too much. Would definitely get just that plus the salad next time for better balance for us :) For 3 appetizers, no drinks, we spent about 62 CAD (including tip) and left feeling very full and content. I also just REALLY loved the location, such a gorgeous garden outside to enjoy, it is so worth it.

Came here with two children. The options from the children's menu we chose were a hotdog (on a toasted and stale bun that was hard to bite thru) and the chicken strips which were approved and shared since the hotdog was a fail. Parents ordered fish 'and chips to split. Not impressed but edible. The fries were the best part of all the options.

Cute little bar and grill centrally located in Stanley Park! Stopped in on a perfect day after a trip to the aquarium and around the park via horse drawn carriage! Sunny and 75 with NO RAIN!!! Got the chicken dish and a burger and both were yummy! Great place to kick up your feet after walking miles along the sea wall! Service was great after a bit of a wait to get in but was faster to be seated than anticipated; only waited about 15 min and our seat was ready. Would definitely stop thru again on my travels back to Vancouver!

We were visiting Stanley Park and our tour bus dropped us off just feet away from this restaurant. My husband and I were hungry so we decided to eat before venturing through the park. It was a beautiful day (May 3rd), the sun was shining and we sat on their beautiful covered outdoor patio. Our server was so sweet (unfortunately can't remember her name) and attentive. We started with a beer for my husband and Iced Tea for me. The view of the grounds is lovely. We both ordered the House Burger and it didn't disappoint. It was large, so flavorful and cooked to perfection and the fries were equally as good. Our server also pointed us in the right direction of the "totem poles" since there wasn't much signage. We both highly recommend this restaurant while visiting the park.

We were pleasantly surprised having a delicious lunch after spending time at the aquarium. It's a nice hike to get here but well worth it. We had the beet salad, poutine fries with duck, burger with salad and fish and chips. Everything came out fast and it was really good. Highly recommend --- also had a beautiful view of the garden.

we went here before theatre under the stars and they were quick to serve us. the food is mediocre i was a bit disappointed with the artichoke dip as it was mostly just cream and not so much artichoke. the poutine however was pretty good! it's also right by a garden so id recommend sitting outside.

The food is surprising here. You don't expect something creative when you hear bar and grill in a tourist area like Stanley Park. The service was fast and friendly. We ordered the poutine as a starter based on the fact it had won a Vancouver Foodster challenge. The gravy was very good, as was the cheese curd, however the duck was a little strong to my taste. The Huntsman burger also won a challenge.it was a good burger. The highlight for me was the bacon. In addition we tried the oxtail mac and cheese, which was very good. The meat fell off the bone and was seasoned very well. I liked the flavor mix of the cheeses on the pasta as well. We also had the farmers harvest salad with chicken. It had a nice array of nuts, seeds, apple crisps and pickled radishes on a bed of mixed greens with a slightly creamy vinaigrette dressing. Sophisticated flavor mix. It was light yet filling with the well seasoned chicken.

They have indoor and outside seating. The service was good and ambiance was nice. The truffle fries were good.

Service was good, friendly. The restaurant is the same as I recall, clean enough. A little cramped and the seating isnt too comfortable. Its really not a good place to hang out for a long time, but rather sit down, eat, and get out type of place. I had the lavender latte and the Tagine this time. Ive had it before and at least its pretty consistent. Ive tried several other things on their menu in the past too, all pretty solid 4/5. Nothing standout as so amazing to deserve 5 stars, but consistent and tasty. I did have a reservation which they charge $10/person for, purely for donation to a charity and does not contribute to your meal at all, and also nonrefundable. While I find this somewhat annoying, I dont blame them for doing this from a business standpoint. They always have a lineup so there is no shortage of customers for them. There is no reason they need to deal with the headache of a ton of reservations. On the flip side, they honoured my reservation in a very timely fashion and I bypassed the line, so props to them for doing that part right. If you have to park, then you may find street metered parking or use one of the nearby paid lots.

The location itself is beautiful, situated right on the water with a modern, stylish design. We chose to sit outside, and despite it being a cool Vancouver evening, we were perfectly comfortable thanks to the outdoor heaters. The seating was especially nice, with cushioned lounge-style chairs that felt clean, comfortable, and inviting. Between the waterfront setting, cozy seating, and heaters, it was a wonderful atmosphere. To start, I ordered a frozen sangria, which is one of my favorite drinks. It was absolutely delicious, perfectly frozen, smooth, and refreshing without being overly sweet. It was garnished with a slice of orange and was one of the better sangrias I've had. We also ordered the crab dip, and it was outstanding. Honestly, it was chef's kiss perfect. I devoured almost all of it and was actually a little disappointed that my son had eaten some of the chips because I still had dip left at the end and wanted every last bite. It was creamy, flavorful, and easily one of the highlights of the meal. For my entrée, I ordered the blackened chicken, and I was genuinely blown away. I've eaten chicken dishes all over the world, and this was some of the best chicken I've ever had. It was incredibly moist, juicy, and packed with flavor. The seasoning was excellent, and it was grilled to perfection. I wasn't expecting such a simple dish to be so memorable. The roasted potatoes underneath were delicious, and even the asparagus which I wasn't initially excited about, it worked perfectly with the dish. In fact, I ordered a side kale salad because I wasn't sure I'd enjoy the asparagus, but the entire plate came together beautifully. Every component complemented the others, creating a meal that was both flavorful and satisfying. My son ordered a burger and said it was very good as well. The restaurant does get busy, and there was a short wait when we arrived, but it was only about 10 minutes. We timed it well and were seated fairly quickly. Once seated, the service was excellent. The staff was attentive, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly despite how busy the restaurant was. Between the waterfront location, comfortable atmosphere, excellent service, and truly exceptional food, this was easily one of the highlights of our Vancouver trip.
