Nico, waste of time calling the number. Your rep still wanted to charge me $89, which I stated in my review, unacceptable for me to pay anything when these lenses didn't even last a year. I been wearing glasses for over 30 years, never had lenses peel.

Both Carissa and Ty are professional, knowledgable, and will go the extra mile even "after hours" with a smile.

They also welcome walk-ins when availability allows, which was really helpful since my usual optometrist was booked out four weeks and I needed an updated prescription quickly. The staff was friendly, and the check-in process was quick and easy. I saw Dr. Anhthu Do, and she was warm, professional, and had such a welcoming vibe that made me feel comfortable right away. She was very thorough during the exam, took her time, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and never made me feel rushed. She answered all of my questions with patience and made sure I understood my prescription and overall eye health. I felt well cared for and confident in her expertise. She's someone I'd go back to for future eye exams. I recommend this place if you're looking for quality eye care without a long wait.

This is in the Costco of Elk Grove. It is called Elk Grove Vision Center. I already had a…read moreprescription and needed it filled. I had surgery on one eye and my vision changed. I didn't see the eye doctor. Only the techs at the counter. It's really convenient location right inside Costco. Make sure you take a number from the dispenser so you get a place. No line here. As you wait they have several cases of frames lining the wall. The 3 or for section to the right are Men's frames the middle is sunglasses and the left are for women. It was busy so I had ample time to pick out some frames that my wife and I liked. The tech asked for the primary card holder. I did see online that you don't need to be a Costco member to use this location but I didn't ask. The tech also asked if we had insurance which we did and they covered some of the glasses. I decided to get two pair since the insurance was almost paying for one and since we are Costco members we get an additional 50 bucks off two pair. He asked if I wanted Progressive lenses which I have never heard of. It's what they call bifocals now. It takes getting use to so with two sets of glasses I could bet one of both and use the Progressive when I get used to them. He said they would be done by two weeks. Great . Update. The lenses were done in just over a week. They texted me just a bit before they closed on a Saturday and they are not open on Sunday so kind of a bummer. I ended up going on Tuesday to get them The worker was very professional and fitted my two pair of glasses nicely. Very friendly and said if there are any problems to come in and they would fix them. No rush and spent the time to make sure I was happy. She said I should use the progressive lenses first for two weeks to get used to them and then I could use the regular ones for driving if I wanted to later.

Update: I wanted to…read morecome back and update my experience with Eye Optics after picking up my glasses. After wearing them for a bit, something felt off, and I'm glad I trusted that feeling because I ended up going back in. They took the time to recheck everything and offered me another exam, which I really appreciated. It turns out the issue wasn't my prescription changing, but that the original lenses weren't aligned correctly to my pupil placement. Basically, the measurement itself was right, but it hadn't been marked properly on the lenses, which caused a prism effect in one eye. The staff was extremely kind throughout the whole process and explained everything in a way that made sense. Once they identified the issue, they immediately offered to redo the lenses. Now I'm waiting on the new pair again, and hoping this resolves everything, but I really appreciated that they took the concern seriously and worked to fix it. Helpful tip: If something feels off with new lenses, trust your instincts and go back. It's worth having them double check the alignment.

However, this is changing…read more First the good male doctor Ly left I think 2 years ago and the other doctor is ok in my opinion I have seen the other 3 doctors here. The glasses and frames are so overcharging, more than a half, you can check online. I was late for my appointment exactly 10 minutes. They said they have 10 minutes grace period at the front desk but still ask me to reschedule. I drove all the way from Roseville hospital and ran into traffic but show up and inside of their "grace period " the doctor won't see me. I think they are too busy to care their patients. I am done with them also taking my whole family to somewhere else.
