Since it was an eye contact exam, they also taught me to take out the eye contacts and put it back in. I was having difficulty and it took me nearly an hour to put them in, but the girl at front was so patient with me and encouraging. I was given a trial pair of contacts for a week and a follow up appointment. I will definitely be coming back due to the knowledge and kindness!

The first person who answered didn't seem to understand my question and hung up on me. I later received a call back and asked the same question. The staff member told me they "do eyeglasses." When I clarified whether they provided optometry rather than ophthalmology, she eventually said yes. What concerns me most is that the front-office staff should understand the difference between these services and be able to clearly explain what type of care the office provides. These are patients' eyes and their vision, we should be able to trust that the people answering the phones understand the services they are scheduling.
