I took it another tire shop for a second opinion, and they also confirmed there were no issues. 1 star for wasting two days of my time -- one day at 714 and another for making me drive out to Sensei6 in West Covina -- only to be told by them and another tire shop that there was no issue.

Jeff, as the owner, I would expect better transparency and professionalism--especially toward a repeat customer.
