I really satisfied with the way Byron and his crews fix the creaking sound of my car. The dealer which replace the rear brake pads turned out didn't put the brake hose correctly. Called about 10 minutes ahead to see if they were available, we showed up and they were actually quite busy but they were so fast and helpful. In fact the gentleman named David came out to us outside of the actual shop. He was so friendly and honestly a beast. He didn't even take the tire off, I was still sitting in the car; my boyfriend just rolled the car forward and back so he could spot the leak. He patched our tire up fast and topped all our tires off with air. Great customer service, fast service. So I took my car in because it was leaking power steering fluid and they said they could fix it, when I picked up my car I notice that they had only put a rag underneath the power steering fluid his as to hold in the oil! I came to Wheel Service Anaheim a few weeks ago for a "front" tire replacement. I forgot his name but the older Mexican dude that looks like Luigi from Mario Bros tried to sell me two different used tired with nails inside of them. He then got me one without a nail and sold it to me for $30 which was cool. As soon as I drove off I started to hear a noise from under my car like something was being dragged. I came back the next day to Wheel Service Anaheim and the same dude told me that the noise was coming from my "rear" driver side wheel/rim since it was bent. Odd, why hasn't it made noise in the last two years? So I ended up buying a brand new Hyundai wheel which cost me $300 I then came to a different tire shop and had them put on my new wheel to replace the bent one. A different guy told me that if the noise continued it could be because the tire was driving on a bent rim or something else. So i drove off and the noise continued. So then I came back to Wheel Service Anaheim a third time and talked to the same Luigi looking guy and let him know I bought a new wheel and the noise continued. He didn't even look at my car and just said the tire was lopsided from the bent rim. So I paid for a rear tire replacement no big deal since I was told the bent rim could have damaged it. And as soon as I drove off. IT STILL MADE THE DAMN DRAGGING NOISE. So I made a U turn and brought it back. The same dude that's been "helping me" from day one decided "maybe I should take a test drive" and figured out that the wheel bearing is the problem!!! I legit just dropped $410 total when I didn't even need too. I came here to replace a flat tire and somehow my wheel bearings got damaged while they were working on it because the noise was to loud to ignore. I ended up having to buy a whole new wheel plus labor at another shop to switch them out plus a second tire because "it could've been" damaged from the bent wheel. In total I've spent $410 and this guy along with the owner (older guy with white hair) quoted me $240 to replace the wheel bearings. If I did business with them, it puts me at a grand total of $650. These guys suck!!! They're lazy, dishonest, and don't care about helping people. Something as simple as taking a looking at my car more thoroughly would've saved me a lot of time and money. read more

I've driven passed this shop almost every day for the last 2 years and have never been in need of their services until today. I only needed my sad balding "spare" tire to be removed and my newer tire to be mounted in it's place. After wasting my time at a "big brand" tire place that wanted 2x the price and a minimum of 2 hours to complete the job, I stopped here before heading home. I was greeted by Byron and asked him how much it would cost ($15) sold! I asked how long...he handled it right away. Only reason for 2 stars is kindness of people and employees at this place, only went in to change 2 old for 2 new tires, when called in to reserve time slot, charge was $25, when got there went up to $40 and that was same day, but thats fine as $40 is not much (I rounded to $50), BUT one of my rims god damaged in process wile in same time i was talking to person in charge that tires need balance on what i got replay no they are perfect( ended up paying balance 2 days later in another place). All in all peps are cool at this spot but service is terrible in best possible way. They won't see me again. read more

Just to start, they are extremely unprofessional. I simply went for a tire replacement or to patch the tire itself. I opted for the patch because of the overpricing for a used tire. In patching the tire, he tells his coworker it's quick money and doesn't care if it works or not. He simpler put wool in the tire and sprayed it, with I assume to be glue. The worst service! I came over if they can replace or change the dented rim I have. They said no but have to call the junk yard and order the part for my Toyota Yaris '08. And I've asked how long would it take for the order part to come inn? The old man employee argue with me saying "No, you have to put inn a deposit of $150 first and then I will find out when I call." Went in and changed my brakes. They got the job done which is the important part. They were very helpful and did not make me wait too long. Only thing keeping me from providing a 5th star is that they do not have set prices. Some older guy that seemed to be the owner had given me a pretty good deal after I told him I needed my brakes replaced. I went in a few days after and an employee gave me a much higher price and unfortunately the owner wasn't there so I had to just pay what was asked for.
