My hubby had an emergency after work (late) yesterday and needed his tire fixed. Usually go the place a cross the street from here...... but today everyone was closed. I looked up a place that would still be open and came to yelp. That's when we noticed this place.... Never had before and we have lived here in cypress for years lol. It was close to closing for them and Luis still took my husband in. He said it was a 45min wait , we had no choice but wait. He did see us way faster than 45min. Super kind and friendly. One of the worst tire shop experiences I've ever had. I went to this tire shop because my TPMS warning light was on. They initially told me that three of the TPMS sensors were bad. I agreed to have them replaced, and they told me to drive for about 20 minutes and that the warning light would go away. It didn't. The light remained on, so I had to return the next day. There was no apology or real attempt to take responsibility for the issue. Instead, they told me that the fourth TPMS sensor also needed to be replaced. The customer service was extremely disappointing throughout the entire experience. I also would not recommend purchasing tires from this location. I was uncomfortable with the way payment and the tire service were handled, including being asked for cash and the lack of proper attention to balancing and wheel-related service. Overall, this place felt very unprofessional and amateur. I expected much better service and workmanship from a tire shop. I would not recommend this location. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. read more

Avoid this place. Bait-and-switch pricing. I called ahead to have four wheels serviced, including a TPMS swap and wheel balancing. I was clearly quoted $140 total over the phone: $80 for the TPMS swap, $60 for balancing, and $20 for labor. He then discounted it to $140 total. When I arrived, they took the wheels apart and then told me the price was actually $180. At that point, the work had already started, making it difficult to simply walk away. They also added an additional $4 credit card fee. My issue isn't just the price--it's the fact that I was given one price over the phone and then charged a higher price after the wheels had already been taken apart. I would strongly recommend getting the total price in writing before allowing them to start any work. Personally, I would avoid this business. The experience felt like a bait-and-switch, and I don't believe customers should be put in a position where the price changes after the work has already begun. read more

I am upset this does not have the option for zero stars. I went in to get my 2 rear tires changed. Can someone explain to me why changing 2 tires takes over 2 hours???? There were 4 workers standing in front of a tv, laughing when I showed up so I figured it was a down time so it would be done swiftly. I thought wrong. God forbid I speak up and ask what's taking so long, things escalated and the situation turned nearly hostile. read more

They overcharge, lie to you and drain your battery. Came in for brake's, next day, car won't start. Battery completely dead. They said oh your battery probably needs replacement, yeah it does now. It didn't before we went there. I never been to a shop where the next day my car won't start now. When I jumped it and went back there all we got was the run around about how the battery must have been old. These people suck. They owe me a battery but I'm good. If I have them replace my battery maybe my tires will fall off. read more

Don't go to this tire shop they will misquote you on the phone and charge you higher price in person. I wasted my time driving over to this shop from another after being quoted over the phone $15 and then $35 a tire to mount and balance once I got there in person. The worker said no way we're doing that and called their boss who told me he "misheard" me when I repeated to him twice on the phone I need a mount and balance for two tires. Charging people $35/tire to mount and balance is robbery. If you want cheaper prices and deals go literally across the street to Fast Tires. read more

I had a tire installed on my car. 2 months later it came up with a bubble on the side I went to the store without the car as I was working on it, and I noticed the tire was having a bubble. I drove by with another car and asked him if he remembered me. He did . I told him about the tire problem, and without hesitation he said it was because I probably hit a curb. Without asking me to come by and show what it looked like. My tire had a bubble without any damage or scratches. Without the willingness to see what really happened, telling your customer there is no warranty tells me you just in it for a quick buck. Do not trust this place. All he is concerned is about making quick money and no customers services. read more
