The manager she was sat in front of the computer in the copy center when I asked for help. 3 other staffs chatting in the cashier. She tell me will ask them to help while she's there whelping no customer. I Waited 10 minutes No one can help. Then I asked again she say we're busy. And she couldn't leave the chair to help . I had a question so I asked the girl working in printing center. she wasn't help full at all (She didn't help me) I had to leave and go somewhere else and get the printing done. after that I called and ask for Manager and explain him that what happened. Any unsubscribe from their emails and have tried multiple times. Every time I click on the unsubscribe link from their email, it continually loads and times out. I have done this from numerous different computers and from my phone and it never works. Plus they don't match online pricing. read more

Tried to get help to buy a simple stamp with my business name on it. WASTE OF TIME! They cannot deal with a simple business stamp in the print dept. Abby the girl behind the print counter tried to sell me business cards instead?? She rationalized it would be better for me after she questioned why I needed a stamp. I wanted a stamp. I walked out because she wasn't offering to help me get a stamp. I left and came back when passing by to find the print dept. head, Ashley. She took my information and what I wanted and sent me away. She said she would call me the next day when she found a comparable stamp to the one I had with me. I said I would chose one she had on the counter right in front of me but she said she might find something better and would call me back. I left scratching my head as I told her one of those would work and she should make it for me. Two weeks later no call. Called and went through a rotation for 15 minutes on hold. Got hung up on. Stayed on hold forever after having to back. When they finally answer they tell you they are too busy to talk to you. You ask someone to call back as you are going through hell on the phone system and they don't call back as promised. I called and went through it again and spoke to a female manager on duty. She said she would call Ashley the dept head while I was on hold and get back to me. She said ashley knew nothing about my stamp even though I wrote down all information on what I needed along with my business name and phone number and left it with her. Long story short I dropped in another week later to make a complaint with the general manager while I was in the area. His name is Amro. Told him everything about my experience at Staples with the print dept. and wrote down my name phone number and information on what I needed. I told him I want the stamp. He never called me back. A huge thank you to Wayne at Staples! Last Thursday, he turned my disastrous day into a productive one! My printer had broken in the middle of an important business project; and the warranty company was giving me the "run-around". I went into the store, explained my issues, and Wayne exchanged my broken printer with a new, comparable model -- no muss, no fuss -- just understanding and professionalism! I truly appreciate Wayne and the folks at Staples for taking care of my business needs! read more

As a woman I have the unfortunate reality of dealing with other women who may hate women. I don't love to link a one star in here because there are two women who work in the Print Department of this location of Staples, and one of them (Yaritza) is an absolute gem. The other, however, has made entering this environment of necessity for my local business purposes one of absolute grief and terror, even when I have my baby in my carrier and two older children alongside. Some folks hate their lives, others love their leisure time and merely hate their jobs. I would wager than the woman (again, not Yaritza) who runs (or acts like she does) the print department fits the former description. She ensures that you are emotionally punished for asking a question, for requesting a moment of attention or assistance, and, ultimately, for even coming into the store or towards her pained and disgusted face. I will need to continue to come to this location because it is necessary, but I can ascertain that until this women is removed many MANY potential clients are avoiding this place and find other locations and print/shipping centers due to something that exceeds the most abhorrent customer care. C'mon women... let's at least give each other a hint of patience and goodness. Let's at least do our jobs. read more

If you have ever used the bathroom at the Port Authority in New York City, i can guarantee your experience there was better than the one you would experience in their two-stall bathroom here. Needed to make copies. Dawn, in the copy center was not in a very good moods. The credit card machine wasn't working and I asked if I needed to do anything different. She had another customer and snapped that she had had problems with it today and I would just have to wait. I wasn't expecting her to drop every thing to help me and I was very polite. Don't anticipate being able to print by email here quickly. I've tried on two separate occasions, and it was so slow/buggy that I just left. My suggestion: Bring a flash drive, that might be a better experience. read more

Horrible customer service. Went in to return a router that I bought. The cashier had no idea how to do the return. She used the phone to reach the manager and realized that she needed the manager to do the return. But the manager is in the back room and "busy" so he wouldn't be able to come out for 3 minutes and process my return. Cashier then proceeded to tell me that I can either wait 30 minutes or come back another time. Awesome work guys. Pretty obvious from the interaction that customer service is not a concern of theirs. read more

This store is a nightmare. Undoubtedly the worst of all our local Staples locations. They have some of the rudest, most apathetic staff members I've ever encountered. I long ago stopped doing my personal shopping there, but my office is right around the corner and they have an account there so, unfortunately, sometimes I have to venture over for company needs. They only ever have one person working at the register and if that person needs help their request goes largely ignored until there's a long line. Ask for help finding something and it will become obvious that you're an annoyance. Don't even bother calling the store. The one person working is too busy dealing with the eight people waiting in line to answer the phone. On a recent occasion when someone did answer the phone, I had such a hard time trying to make him understand what I needed that it actually occurred to me he might be doing it on purpose. "That was easy" my foot. Go to Office Depot in Dorneyville. They greet you immediately, find out what you need, and show you where it is. Done deal. read more
