Came in a few weeks ago to print a poem I was traveling to see my Dad to give him for his 95th birthday. Hannah was amazing! I wasn't sure exactly on the size I needed to frame and if I had done the document right for that. Well, she took the project out of my hands and in seconds she knew just what it needed and adjusted it perfectly for printing correctly. Hannah was kind, professional, courtesy, speedy, and is generally a really special human being to have gone above and beyond for me. You're lucky to have such an employee. Thanks Hannah and Staples! Just dreadful. An associate who was demeaning and obnoxious. I generally like Staples, but I will make a point of avoiding this particular store in the future. That said, the person I had the misfortune to interact with will probably not be employed at this particular store very long. Forget ADA compliance. He has either never heard of it or simply does not care. read more

Really like to come here. Never had a bad experience here. Unlike some other stores I could shop at. There's another store I can get groceries at but the checkout lines are Always crazy. A bunch of people that look like that want to fight with everyone in Line. But here at Staples is perfect, never ever a bad experience. It's really neat and clean. The Checkout lines are sometimes busy but it's not like some other stores I have shopped at before. The only bad thing is prices are going higher, and Not Lower :((. Service sucked. Guy at register had no personality whatsoever. My card didn't work trying to do debit as a credit card. He looked at me like I was poor. I said yeah not sure why it did that when I try to use it as a credit vs debit. He didn't answer. I was FU dude in my head walk out thinking a douche bag he is since I go there a lot . read more

Staples in Newington has all of my office needs and solutions! The crew over at Print and Marketing (Wanda & Tara) are a powerful duo who do the best job with Photo printing, Business cards, etc. I also need to mention (Erin & Matt) over at the tech department. If you need help fixing your PC or looking to buy a new laptop, I definitely recommend going over to see them! Overall, the customer service provided by (Julia & Kelly) is like no other. If you have a question for them, they have all the answers and try to help out the customers to the best of their ability! read more

Pretty complete store for stationary. I have been there twice, one time for print paper, another time for ink. Ink is so expensive! Staff is nice and price is fair. read more

I've been to this location several times to have shipping, print and copy work done and the customer service has always been excellent. The staff is always welcoming, helpful and courteous. I needed some print work done today shortly before closing and the woman working the counter couldn't have been more helpful. She could have asked me to pick up my job tomorrow but she didn't. Thank you so much for helping me to get my documents copied, printed and assembled. You are a lifesaver!! read more

I placed an order this week by which I have had to call back numerous times due to receiving emails that the "items are not available." After I have called and they have looked into it, they confirm that the items are indeed available. This has occurred two days in a row which has caused me to have to cancel the order and re order. This has also caused many pending items on my bank account which I now have to monitor closely to make sure that I will receive a refund. I have a folder in my email with multiple Staples emails in order to track my "case". I am extremely unhappy with the service and the time it has taken out of my day each day, to call and figure out why I am receiving false emails. I will no longer be using Staples to order items due to all of the confusion day after day. read more

My wife did business with location for years and went in today for help with some signs. The associate had no time or interest in helping her, said she didn't have time. Even if she didn't have time, there's other things she could have said to appease her or suggest another store. She ended up going to Fed Ex in Portsmouth and they went above and beyond to help her even though they were busy too. To bad that the customer service at Staples has dropped that bad in just a few years. Never will go there again, to bad. read more

I had a poor experience with an EASY TECH computer repair. First, They earned one star for being pleasant and trying to accommodate my needs - the General Manager let me check the state of the repair in the store, and helped me schedule a face-to-face with Skip, the tech. Skip, also, was nice and tried to explain computery things to me for me to better understand what the issue was. However, I had a sound card issue and even after Skip installed a new driver, I could still not video conference and Skip's best advice was to re-start the computer whenever the problem occured which a) I had tried and b) didn't help. So...I'm $70 lighter, with no better performance from my computer, and only a vague idea of what may be wrong. I think my issue taxed the limits of Skip's abilities. I did what I should have done in the beginning, which was to take my computer to Botnay Bay, and they fixed it. read more

Good lord, I am never setting foot in this store ever again. This is the second time I came in to buy just ONE item that I needed tonight, and only two cash registers were open. The girl closed the line when I was up next. Again, only one item, I just wanted to buy it and leave. The other line, they were trying to figure out who knows what. So I just put the item back and stormed out. It's outrageous. Literally, Best Buy is right across the street, which I'll be doing my shopping there instead from now on, or just buy stuff online elsewhere. Not saying all Staples are bad, just this one in particular. Stay away. read more

My experience at the local staples has been emotionally debilitating. The environment was chaotic as soon as I walked into the franchise. I received no customer service for 30 minutes even though I was standing in the middle of the store. Note, those printing my order appeared to be sexually invested and interested in my product. As a paying customer, i do not appreciate the judgmental reaction from the employees. read more
