Dirty toilet with buildup and lack of cleaning Trash overflowing and used paper products on the floor Empty or improperly stocked toilet paper dispensers General lack of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the restroom This level of hygiene is concerning, especially in a public retail environment where customers expect basic cleanliness standards. We usually get all of our printing paper from here. The Staples brand is more than the Hammermill. We tend to buy paper from here for printing invoices and receipts, doesn't require high quality or thick paper. It's convenient and a reasonable size box. I bought 2,500 sheets for $39.99 ($42.39 with tax) from Hammermill. The box was compact and something I could carry as well. read more

Tori and her team in the print & marketing department were extremely professional, helpful, and kind. I was under a time-crunch and panicking because my poster file was too large in memory to upload to the site. So as my deadline loomed, I called the store asking if they had any suggestions. They were able to help me get my order done on time, and went above and beyond. Tori even stayed a few minutes longer to get me the poster before the store closed when I got stuck at work and didn't make it to the store until five minutes or so after 7pm. I had already switched to Staples from Office Depot because Staples has a more extensive recycling program including markers, and my kindergarten classroom goes through a lot of markers! But they have cemented my custom "for good," because I KNOW the change was "for the better." :D read more

Don't return your Amazon returns here with the front end manager guy with glasses. I frequently return items here and he doesn't process them correctly and is extremely rude in correcting HIS mistakes. He has done it multiple times and needs to find a different job. This means you dropped the item off but won't get the refund because Amazon does not see it was dropped off. Make sure your receipt has a unique RMA code for each return and don't let them "bundle" it. Also wait a few mins in store and check you Amazon app that Return In Transit shows up for each item! read more

Really disappointed in the copy center. With the way that technology is right now having a passcode protected flash drive is not at all unusual yet they did not know how to be able to retrieve files from it. I had no issue whatsoever using the self copying portion of the copy center as a matter fact I prefer it but the individual working there seemed to throw a fit when thinking that he was the one that needed to make the copies which wasn't the case at all. If you need anything done at the copy center at this location I suggest you look elsewhere otherwise Customer Service is going to be terrible. read more

I think I agree with other Yelpers who seriously question the processes this chain uses. For me, my online order was ready for pickup this past Monday, 3 days ago. They can't find it, and their system says it was still being delivered. Then they finally found it, and my order information want on it. Pretty terrible. read more

Most of the time when I'm at this Staples, there is literally nobody around. Maybe I go at weird times? Prices at this Staples are a lot higher than other stores. I was able to find my toner for half the price online. I can understand some prices for convenience, but half? I was hopeful that the copy center would be able to run some orders when I didn't have time to do one through an online company, but they really don't seem to care. I guess Staples hasn't figured out how email works yet, because they don't respond to emails with graphics or orders. You have to bring in a jump drive with your files. read more

In my 20th minute trying to return an online order...people here are kind and considerate...but I'm interpreting that the processes and systems in place at the organization as a whole are just very cumbersome...no more shopping online with thoughts it's easier because there's a store front!! My daughter and I went to Staples to buy her school supplies. One item she got had a tag of $1.00. When it rang up, it rang up incorrectly. So I addressed to the manager. The manager was not there at that time which is why the asst. manager was the one who assisted me. I couldn't believe how this asst manager handled the situation. This asst manager did not know what customer service is .I'm not sure if he was just unaware of what customer service is or just plainly racist! I certainly did not appreciate the rudeness of this asst. manager. I had to file a complaint to the higher management; but unfortunately, I have not received any calls back from upper management which made me think that STAPLES really do not practice good customer service at all. Managers and employees need to be trained about customer service after all, without customers a business will not survive. Due to our negative frustrating experience, I will never ever go back to that location even if I live 5 minutes from there. I don't mind driving father for a better customer service where you are treated with respect. This asst. manager was arrogant and don't know what respect is! I do hope that Staples management would take comments seriously for majority of the reviews were negative. read more

Don't go to this store ,the sales person and manager does not even know their own store,a policy.Once I went to buy a tablet from them and the product was in stock but once I showed them coupon to apply they both went inside and then said product not in stock.this is seriously ridiculous when they don't know about their own company's policies and coupons and refuse to honor them. read more

The most awesome clerks at staples right now figured out how to get me the sale price on folders and notebooks for the whole school. There's a limit and the price goes way up, so they figured out to do 16 separate transactions, and they are so fired up about making it work. (We're on #5 fifteen minutes in). Notebooks are $0.17!!!! Then they just gave me a bunch of Teacher Appreciation Day kits! They have my business. read more

Went in for an item the site said was in stock. I was told the last of the item was placed on hold. However over the phone staples told me they don't allow holds on items. I drove 13 miles to go get my item. So obviously the sales person I talked to (a male) was keeping the item for himself due to it being on sale for a very low desirable price. Not only that but the whole staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. read more
