The staff are professional, attentive, and very helpful. I've never had any issues with the items I've purchased and they've always been of good quality and worth the price I paid. Very disappointed. I went in person to a staples near my house, looking to print four pieces of paper in size A3, one in A4. I communicated which paper would be which size and ended up paying 10 bucks for the entire thing. I was told it would be done within an HOUR. My printer takes literally less than a minute to print paper. The image I was printing wasn't even complex. It was several lines in black and white. Why the hell does the printer take an hour? I get that the paper is bigger than regular sized paper but what the frick. I ended up coming back the next day because I had forgotten about it, which was my bad but they ensured that they held onto paper for around a month for pick up. The thing that disappointed me the most was that literally several days after getting it and starting to cut out some of the paper, I realized that the paper I specifically asked to be size A4 . . was the largest out of the rest of them. It literally says A4 ON THE PAPER. IT WAS ALREADY WRITTEN ON THERE IN CASE THEY FORGOT WHICH PAPER SIZE TO PRINT EACH PAPER I ASKED FOR. I won't tolerate this after I payed TEN DOLARS for four papers. Please do better. I get i should have realized in the moment that it was bigger than the others and corrected them but cmon man. Ok, this is a local spot. And to be honest, they staff always delivers! The have awesome Customer service, and have always been so friendly and helpful...especially the printing center!!! Ashley, came through for my daughter and I on a Saturday night one hour before closing. This mama lion was stressing, because of course I feel like I am tech savvy and this frustrated me so much! but Ashley kept her patience with me and totally walked me though step by step of how to print the files from my daughters chrome book. Purchased a high end printer on line from Staples Advantage, to the tune of $1200. For starters , the unit was left at the curb, and luckily not stolen . During startup and use of the unit , we immediately noticed issues with it's scan to computer ability . Contacted Brother and was repeatedly given misleading support. We then contacted Staples for the return , after several phone calls , was finally told to leave the unit outside for pickup, no concerns or advice on the unit being lifted or just being stolen when left outside , mind you no information or window as well. Driver shows up late afternoon 4PM , I proceeded to get the unit from the foyer - still at the office preparing to leave, driver shows me a tablet and says he's from Staples - no marked vehicle or ID or hand truck. Long story short , no refund since pickup , 3 weeks later and (6) phone calls only to be told the refund is still processing . The moral of this long note is, they just Don't care from day of delivery to day of return - Staples really dropped to the bottom !!! read more

The girl Natathalie was super rude. I just needed a word dox converted into a pdf and she said we don't do that.. which is weird cause I work at staples and the one in brea and we CAN DO THAT. I'm so disappointed. I called in advance to see if there was any hidden charges. So I asked the woman over the phone in the print and copy dept to see how much it is to PRINT. She then asks in color or black and white? I told her black and white. She states .16 cents self service. I asked if there was a minimum? She says what do you mean? I explained that office depot charges a minimum of about 2 something to print and that's the minimum even with one page. She then laughs and says no. Got to the store, waited in line when there wasn't even a line(respecting the covid rules) only to be ignore by the woman working in the print and copy. So I did self service. Theres a $5 minimum charge for computer???? Which I did not know and .31 cents each additional mins??? The computer was so slow. I printed 7 pages. 7 pages?! Cost me a $1 a page in black and white???? I was in a hurry and accepted the charges but never again. $1 is way more than .16 cents. I would rather pay $2 something minimum without these hidden charges. I left with 7 pages, less than 4 mins and it cost me $10.03!!! $10.03???? If she meant copying means .16 cents then say so. What is the purpose of the copy print staff? When I need something done I get a finger point and told what to do then I pay to do all the work... How does that work out...the 20 mins it took to send and print 12 separate emails with attachments instead of 1 email with all 12 attachments... as I enter each code I hear the children who are being paid to talk and play on their phones while I do the work their service desk say they are there to do... read more

Staples is a place where I rely on many times to get prints done, but unfortunately their customer service is non-existent. The manager was staring, undressing every female customer as they walked in. Totally inappropriate. That same employee was rude to me when I tried getting the warranty that I initially didnt want in the first place when I bought an item a year ago. 60 dollars towards a false promise that they couldnt keep. STAPLES WEBSITE IS INCORRECT AND THEIR DELIVERY TIMES ARE LONG I tried to purchase an external hard drive from Staples. I looked it up on the Staples.com website and was offered 1 hour pickup. The site also showed them having the one I wanted in stock at my local store. I decided to just stop by and pick up the hard drive. When I went to the store not only did they not have the item I was told by the store staff that this hard drive is an online only item. I try to support brick and mortar stores as much as possible. However since they directed me back to the internet I checked Amazon, found the hard drive I wanted, and bought it for less and it will be delivered sooner than Staples was going to deliver. HEY STAPLES in the days of Amazon Prime you really should have an accurate website. I will continue to buy printer paper from Staples but will make my larger ticket purchases elsewhere. read more

Horrible services, I went to print 3 certificates the girl at the printing center told me I have to wait 1 hour when there was no one there ! I asked to speak with the manager she told she was the manager . She came back with a guy who unpleasantly print the 3 certificate for me and told me next time he wouldn't be able to help me like that again that I would have to wait . I print some papers for some reason the printing machine didn't have the option to do double sided I ask for help to a girl who had short hair with glasses who was so helpful with me but couldn't make it work so the girl (manager ) said she'll do it for me when she handed me the papers gave it to the guy who helped me unpleasantly to print the 3 certificate, when I came to work and check the double sided papers she mix everything page 4 was on page 1 double sided in one page . My husband and I came on 9/8/19 to have our seating chart printed out for our wedding. The associate that had helped us that day was rushing us as we were telling her the print size we wanted. We were told that our order would be ready in 24 hours. On 9/9/19, Danni helped us when we returned to pick up our seating chart. As soon as she brought out our seating chart, we saw that it had been printed in the wrong size! I was frustrated and upset that the previous associate did not print the chart based on the selections we made. Danni, seeing that we were both visibly upset, right away offered to reprint the chart the way it was ordered with a glossy finish. She said it would be ready in 20 minutes, so we went to Michael's to buy a frame for it. Our seating chart was ready once we returned. She helped us put the seating chart in the frame and trimmed the edges a little so it would fit perfectly. Once we were ready to pay, Danni gave us a discount for the inconvenience. Printing Services are always a mess. The people who work there are so busy talking to each other that they're not paying attention to what they're doing. The last time I came, they printed a poster the wrong size, so they reprinted it again... the wrong size. I needed the poster for a theater set piece, and we were opening in one day. They finally got it correct the day we opened. This last time I came, my friend and I were waiting in line for a while, when a young pretty girl came up in line behind us. An employee came up from behind and helped her first. I didn't say anything, but seriously, guys, STOP FLIRTING! They finally got my blueprints and told me they'd notify me when the job was finished. Four days later, I'm still waiting. I finally had to call. I'm NEVER using their printing services again. It's a fiasco every time I do. Staples corporate, you need to serially look into this store. Had a report bound here. They did any excellent job. Brought it in around 6pm and they originally quoted one hour for the job and they had it done by the time I was done paying at the register! Before this place I called other Staples locations and several Office Depot locations and they told me they couldn't do same day binding or if they did it would cost extra! It was very frustrating! While working on our Family Trust, my Laser Printer started printing Streaks. It was the afternoon of December 23rd. I went to the Staples website and ordered a new ink cartridge. The morning of December 24th, I was looking at my cellphone, only to discover that the Ink Cartridge had been delivered before 9:00 AM. I came in a hurry from the DMV office to print a document that was time sensitive. Ricky was the gentleman at the printing desk area and was the most unhelpful employee. There was no one in line, I asked if he could help me print from my email. And he said I would have to do that from a print station. I asked if he could help me please b/c I've never used a self printer. He told me just to stand there and wait for a staples employee to come help me. He stayed behind the desk and never got anyone to help me. Other employees just watched me. This is completely unacceptable!!!! Made a quick stop with my boys to drop off an Amazon return and while my visit was quick, the first impression that I got out of the store and the employees was fabulous. Both ladies that we interacted with were especially friendly and nice and really cared about me as a customer. I was greeted as I walked in and they even had a small dialogue with my kids. Although the people helping me were nice (...ish), there was like fifteen employees working on the floor on a Monday at 4:30 PM yet when I needed help it was nowhere to be found. When I finally was able to speak to an employee, he didn't know how to and couldn't Find anyone else to help him....really????? Then, when I was being rung up I was overcharged as the sale discount didn't get applied...whatever it happens. But then he didn't know how to override the price and once again couldn't find ANYONE available to help them when I saw like five people standing around. As a business owner, it's sad how little motivation these employees have and I don't understand how this company can go on any longer with such shitty customer service at almost every location. I came in to browse and I inquired about office 365, anti-virus and computer repair. The first rep Andrew was knowledgeable and gave me confident that my issue would be resolved. I returned with my computer and Aaron second rep helped me out and he was really helpful. I was very lost and have been to other places but the staff here was knowledge in computer repair and software and resolved my issues and gave me answers. This really eases my worry and I am happy to have found a staples that has competent and knowledgable staff. How since we reorder all the time. Not a care in the world they simply say pick another type of design and they will print those. They expect me to do WHAT. Went in for an ink cartridge, and while there checked out an external hard drive. Made a selection and took the ticket up for a check out.. And then, it happened.. The store's manager, Tianna, was SO overtaken by hunger she could not bring herself to peel away from ordering her pizza online. Yes, papa john's took precedent, leaving me hanging. After about 5 minutes of consulting papa john's online menu, our cashier finally had to walk over to the manager and give her our ticket so she could retrieve our hard drive. They were out, so it was a no go.. Oh well, no interest in the sale, anyway.. Next time, I will go in w lunch all around..maybe it will spark the motivation to work rather than troll for food :-) One star is for the cashier.. I am so disappointed with the print center for this store. I usually always come here for office needs and printing services, but lately, they have been super busy and only 1 or 2 employees working. You can tell they are working hard and you see the line of people. Turns out these two girls have helped 5 other people that came in after me and I am still waiting. Not good service at all. .
