They've got rows with different sizes of washer and the price varies based on size, the lowest being around 4.25 for 25min cycle. You can get quarters from a machine at the front that takes 1s, 5s, 10s, and 20s. *Fair warning, it did eat a 5 of mine at one point and there wasn't really anything I could do. You can also purchase dollar tokens with a credit card, but keep in mind that many of the machines are not full dollar amounts. There was a drink vending machine and a snack one, the snack one also had some mini detergent bottles and clear plastic laundry bags. I didn't try the ATM but there was one. The soda machine offered tap but tap pay was not working so I had to use dollar bills. The dryers were honestly the best part, they're huge and 25 cents gets you 5 minutes, and I found I could dry what I needed within 20 minutes. Overall, a good place to go if it's what you need to do.

But this location at least had a ATM so I got some money and just said screw it because I needed to do my laundry and didn't feel like driving and driving around. Put in $20 in the change machine because the ATM had a minimum of $20. I used the $7 washer and realized after putting in the quarters I had about $3 left. Now I'm not good at math but to have $3 left after only using $7 in change. Yeahhh I was missing my money so I put a complaint via email and the Texas area manager got back to me asking me to reply back with a date and time of when to meet one of the managers at the laundry so I can get reimbursed. I told them 8am the following day. So I showed up with laundry because I ok I'll just use the reimbursement to do some more laundry. Got there and walked inside, there was only one person doing laundry and no one else. Waited in my car in front of the store and. Emailed the manager of who suppose to meet but that I was still waiting there at 8:19.. waited till 9am and never got a response back. No one else was in the laundry. I also found the guy on-site very helpful and nice. I don't like places that use the cards because they tack on hidden fees and your laundry ends up costing more as a result. I also don't like using my debit card everywhere because I've had ID theft and think coins are fine. Plus, saw older gentlemen washing and know it's harder for seniors to adapt to new technologies so think it's nice there are still places that cater to old school preferences. It is a bit expensive to do leather jacket cleaning, but for the experience and process, I would say it was totally worth it. They texted me to let me know when they would arrive to pick up and to drop off. They gave me a clear time approximation and even beat it (they estimated 6-8 weeks but I believe it only took about 2-3?). My jackets came back wrapped really nicely, and the delivery driver took proper care to deliver at my door. In fact, I wasn't home and she asked how I would like my jackets to be dropped off. The thoughtfulness and consideration Ian's provides can't be beat. I also appreciate that they have an app so you can easily plan your pick-ups and drop-offs. If I have any articles of clothing that will need dry cleaning in the future, Ian's will be top of mind.

I wasn't going to argue over it so I just paid and left, it just was a little disappointing. Overall I'd recommend them, they offer cleaning without all the chemicals which I think is very appealing. I brought blackout-lined linen drapes to EcoClean Austin for professional cleaning. The drapes…read moreoriginally cost approximately $733 and were sent in specifically for dry cleaning. After the service, the linen face fabric had shrunk significantly (approximately 5" in length and 3" in width per panel). The shrinkage was severe enough that the blackout liner now extends below and beyond the face fabric across multiple panels, making the drapes unusable as intended. After I raised the issue, I was told by the manager via voicemail that the drapes were "washed," despite them being submitted for dry cleaning. EcoClean offered only a refund of the cleaning fee and maintained that their employee followed proper procedure. I was also told that if the drapes meant so much to me, I should not have brought them in and agreed to the waiver. The representative additionally shared a personal story about shrinking their own drapes during the conversation, which felt dismissive given the extent of the damage. I understand textile cleaning carries some risk, and I expected that going in. However, this level of shrinkage on blackout-lined linen drapes--combined with the mismatch between requested dry cleaning and what was communicated afterward--is something I would want other customers with specialty window treatments to be aware of before using this service.

Was told to pick them up on the following Tuesday and was provided a pink slip and told that I could pick them on Tuesday morning. I did not notice that the pink slip they provided, did not have a price . I showed up on Tuesday and they were not ready and I was told to return in the afternoon. I returned in the afternoon and was told that I owed 66.00! Wow! I asked how the price was determined, she replied they are all $20 plus tax. I questioned why the price was never written on my ticket and she could not give me an answer. I also asked why the short dress was the same price as the other two. She could not give me an answer. There was nothing special about these dresses and next time, I will wash them myself or find a more affordable and customer service friendly cleaners.
