I only wanted a health trim as I haven't had my hair cut since January 2025, and I am trying to grow it out. I checked in online - it was an hour wait, and I drove over when the wait time got to around 20 minutes. I walked in and was greeted by the staff; Brennan (I believe that was his name!) came over and asked if I had checked in online, and when I said yes, he confirmed I had arrived and told me the wait would be about 8 minutes. I took a seat and sure enough, not even 5 minutes passed before Cammie was available and took me back. Cammie was lovely and very personable; she asked me what I was looking for and I told her I just wanted a health trim. She assessed my hair and noticed that the length was uneven, and she said she would fix that and asked if I wanted layers, to which I agreed. She worked quickly and the experience was very pleasant. She was very kind and our chat was lovely, and I was very pleased with the outcome of my haircut! It was $21, which isn't bad at all. My old hairdresser charged $45 for haircuts, so I was more than happy to pay $21 and a tip. I recommend Cammie for sure!! I will return here in the future for hair cuts. From my observations, the salon was clean, well-kept, and smelled very good haha - the staff were also friendly and everyone who was getting their hair cut seemed happy and at ease with their stylists.

I booked online was given 36 minutes . The time kept getting pushed back. I booked for two appointments one for me and my son . There's was no one in the lobby and my son went first . Then other people started to arrive and then the manager Tiffany called someone else without any explanation to me when I said I was next. She said I wasn't and proceeded to take someone else . Then when another hairstylist was available after she completed my son's hair they called another person. I mentioned I was skipped over twice and the response was "okay" with attitude and disgust that I would even have a complaint. I will not come here ever again . even the screen that has the names and times wasn't plugged in so there was no way of tracking where in line I was . Maybe next time when a customer doesn't understand the line protocol you would take time to explain instead of argue and try to embarrass someone in a store filled with people.
