I had three watches that all needed links removed or added because they were either too loose…read moreand/or too tight. My mom always goes here for her watch repairs so she brought me here during Easter weekend and the owner removed the links within a few minutes and installed a new battery in my watch all for free! He was very nice and I would just like to let him and his crew know how much I appreciate their hospitality and great customer service. This is East Haven's oldest jeweler too.
