But if you are not financially motivated or have not been sufficiently ripped off by other cab companies then let me add some extra incentives for you. First of all this is a family owned and operated business. The owner is especially personable and is a very over the top, extra mile kind of guy. The drivers have all been really good and the owner (who also drives as well as dispatching) has driven for me on a few occasions. They are always a pleasure, very good about getting to you on time or ahead of time. What more do you want in a cab company? And before you ask, I haven't been paid to say this. They really are that good. A refreshing break from other companies. I will continue to use and recommend them to others. Give them a try. See for yourself.

Your options are to pay in cash or allow the driver a moment to call the office to tell them your credit card info over the phone. What century are they in? It is my own fault that I did not ask them what the cost would be ahead of time. However they are located on a small resort island, and it would be helpful and not difficult for them to post the price of an airport run on their website, or tell you what the charge will be, as well as their way of accepting payment in their confirmatory email.

Myers airport and our driver was no where to be found. We called the provided phone number that we were referred to and were met with sarcastic, condescending, rude man. He chastised me for wondering where our driver was. Then our driver arrived with a forward facing booster seat, when we requested a rear facing carseat for my 16 month old nephew. My sister refused to put my nephew in a carseat that was too large for him, rightfully so. It was meant for a 40 lb child and he is only 25 lb. Additionally, it was not secure with no directions on how to secure. The driver did not have a clue how to set it up. It amazed us that this company (the driver AND the owner) expected us to put a child in an unsecured car seat? They did not even provide guidance or know what type of seat it was so we could google how to set it up. We offered to have my mother drive 30-minutes to bring us the correct carseat. The driver rudely told us that he wasn't waiting for us and then proceeded to unload his car of our stuff in the street, stranding us with a 16 month old at an empty airport. I then received a lengthy message from the owner stating "they did everything right" and there was nothing more they could do and would be charging us $25 for gas. But wait, thats not even the worst part! When we called to discuss the situation, the owner again was completely rude and condescending, telling me that we were part of the "snowflake generation" and at least he can provide for his family and that he "owns a multi-million dollar business." UM WHAT?! It was the most outrageous conversation I've ever had with a human being, let alone the owner of a company we hired! Please please please do not use this company. Not only are they unreliable, they treat people like garbage and have no respect. I'm utterly shocked at this situation and hope this place goes out of business. Should have brought my own carseat and got an uber or lyft. BYE FELICIA!
