This company was horrible to deal with. Had to send at least 10 messages to try & get an appointment set up for a service. They have a 2 hour window of time for them to arrive for your scheduled appointment time. They take hours to reply to messages trying to set up an appointment for service. Finally was able to make an appointment about a week in advance, they confirmed the appointment. Then they just didn't even show up for our scheduled service appointment! Called to request service but they respond via text..They set up an appointment for the next day..they messaged me early morning for my info and set up an appointment for 3pm. Made sure I was home for the appointment, I asked them to call me for an estimate for service to replace the alternator so I was prepared..finally after reaching out again, I get a text/call from Roger like an hour before appointment to tell me they won't get the part till the following day! Wasted my afternoon, terrible communication ..Ok, no problem, I let it go cuz he seemed nice and said he can come out next day, so I agreed. He said he will send the estimate for service, and I was set. I text again later that evening to remind him about the estimate and if he could let me know what time he was coming out...well ummm, that was 4 days ago and haven't heard a thing from them since! First this in amazing company and would recommend their services! If I could give them a 10 star review I would!! Before I write reviews for a company like this I make sure I use them multiple times just to make sure it wasn't a fluke. I have not been able to get three of my cars worked on by this amazing group! I have all my cars with Full synthetic and So happy that they offered that service and even a cheaper rate than some of those centers. I had them do front suspension and rack and pinion work for my 2004 Dodge Ram. My truck drives honestly better than when I first bought it in 2004! (They are presently working on fixing my driveshaft and seals and will post more after that) I have a 2005 Ford E250 that we can was able to fix some Check engine light issues and oil change I started buying cars at action and was able todo lots of maintenance work on my 2015 Toyota Highlander!
