Bring your car to this shop! this shop diagnosed my car's problems in no time, i had a problem for months caused by another shop (not auto worlds) where those people said i needed $1000 worth of AC work done, which i didn't do, and i needed break work which i did do. Brought the car to this shop, that $1000 AC well that was a $30 fix at this shop!!!!! they saved me $970 by being honest and truth full which the other shop wasn't!!!! also that break work the other shop did....well they didn't do the work, they did something to get the squealing to go away and make us think it was fixed, this shop took care of that issue and is providing pictures and the old parts for when i take the other shop to court for their fraud. This shops honesty and kindness is VERY hard to find in the auto repair world. I feel like 95% of auto shops are dishonest to different degrees, this shop is proving to be in the 5% that are honest and up front. I will tell everyone i know about this shop, if you live in JoCo and don't have your car serviced here you are making a mistake. I have taken my car here for 8 years now. My last couple services have been disappointing. I left the car there on a Thurs., they said they'd diagnose it on Mon. but, didn't get to it til Tues. Then they said they'd start on it that Fri. but didn't start on it til the week after (I would've rather driven my car over the weekend instead of uber than leave it there). The issue with my car was that the passenger heating wasn't working. When I picked it up, they had drove it past empty for a total of 72 miles. This seemed strange to me so I called to flag it to them and to get an explanation and they said they needed to drive it that far to check that the heating wouldn't fail. I have a VERY fun and rare car to drive so I can understand if the tech wanted to drive it further than standard. Another mechanic would have to comment on if the 72 miles wasn't standard but I would've appreciated at least an apology for leaving my car on empty. If they did joy ride in it, I would've laughed and would've appreciated the honesty. I just don't trust them anymore; too many over-promises and the service just isn't like it used to be. read more

Honest good quality shop - finally found a home for my auto repairs!! I had been having some issues with my tires, and my husband suggested that I take my car into Auto Worlds given thier high reviews online. I thought I was in the market for new tires, but wanted to get them checked out before spending that kind of money. Patrick at Auto Worlds was such a wonderful person to work with from the second I brought my car in to the minute I left. My front tire ended up having a screw in it which was causing a slow leak, which he told me they could patch. They also informed me that my back brake pads only had 1/32 of an inch left on it and he even went to the back and brought the brake pads up so he could show me what they looked like - so I knew they weren't trying to upsell me on additional services. This saved me a trip back to the shop, which I am sure I would of had to make in a week or so once my pads started squealing. They were able to balance and rotate my tires, fix the patch, and put new brake pads on for me in a matter of two hours. During that time they even let me borrow the shop truck to run a few errands I needed to make before heading back to work! I really enjoyed the customer service I recived there - and they made sure to let me know every detail along the way. It showed thier honesty and trustworthyness - which is a huge plus for me when dealing with an auto shop. Another selling point is that they only hire mechanics at this shop - so anyone who looks at my car understands the car as a whole, not just as a lube technician, or a tire guy, etc. I will not hestitate to bring my car back to them in the future for any kind of service! read more

After being disappointed twice by a shop in Mission I had been going to for years, I thought I would give Auto Worlds a try because they are close to my home. The courteous staff got me in promptly. I asked for an oil change and an inspection of my vehicle for any issues as I was about to drive to the East Coast and back. They changed my oil and advised they had also topped off my fluids and I was good to go! I left pretty pleased with the interaction. However, when I got back from Washington DC, I took my car to the dealership for another oil change. I went to the dealership this time because a family member had just gotten hired at that location after having been out of the industry for awhile. My family member pointed out that I had just driven over 2400 miles with only 3 of the 5 lug nuts on one of my tires. Now Auto World didn't do anything to my tires, that was an issue caused by the previous shop in Mission. However, when I asked them to inspect my car to make sure it was good for a long drive, they completely overlooked this issue! Also, the dealership showed me that my sway bar links were toast. I had them replaced immediately. I'm a little perplexed as to why Auto Worlds didn't do a better inspection. Did they not want me to pay them for lug nuts and sway bar links? I would have had them do the work if they had pointed out the need. I wish I could give these guys a better rating based on how friendly and pleasant they were, but their omission is pretty terrible. read more

More than once, they have sent me home with no charge or minimal charge, because I didn't need the service I thought (or was afraid) I needed. They're good guys. Just got charged $100 to tell me they didn't have the equipment to find slow battery drain and I should take to dealership. Told me they where going to charge $100 for no work done. Will never take a car to them again, total clip joint. Called another shop they confirmed this was not legit. BUYER BEWARE read more
