If you're not looking for good service and don't care about your time being of value this review is not for you. The owner Linda is super rude, has no customer service. I always go on Sundays just to avoid having her there if at all possible. If you continue reading these reviews, she's the rude lady everyone is talking about. They do sloppy work, but you get what you pay for.. none of them knows how to do any artwork except 1 lady who does pedicures. Last time I wanted 1 flower on my ring finger and was told it would be about an hour for her to come draw a flower on my nail. And if you want rhinestone ONLY LINDA can do it. So expect a longer experience if those 2 are with customers. After my experience there today i will not return. I work in customer service so I understand the appreciation of being a good customer. I always tip and I've never once complained even if it hurts or the nail isn't neatly cleaned (I always have to go home and file the side of my nails because there would be small chunks of acrylic or crooked/jagged sides) . I called to schedule an appointment to get ONE nail fixed from a set I had just gotten done there a week ago because I was going to be on my lunch hour and I needed to be in and out knowing i drove all the way from work to her shop. Linda replied "just one nail" in a rude tone of voice and told me to just walk in because it isn't busy. I arrived and told her I called about getting a nail fixed, she said Oh with an attitude, didn't say anything else like an estimated time or to have a seat, she just went about her thing. They had only 2 ppl working on nails so I suspect a little wait which is fine because I hate when customers come into my job asking for quick service for something that's gonna take some time, WHICH IS WHY I CALLED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. The last time I went there to get a nail fixed which was 3 weeks ago, she made me wait an hour and a half, took care of everyone else who came AFTER ME, and then fixed my nail. This was the worst nail salon. Came with friends to get a pedi, I was done in 10 minutes and they had 20 minutes longer. They lady said that she gave me a massage but I just didn't know or see her do it. How would I not know if someone massaged me. She got the paint on my skin and the clear coat gel on my skin. I asked her to take off all the dead skin off she told me yeah I'll just put oil on it and it will look smooth. It was the worst pedicure I've ever had. I talked to the manager Linda and she just said that it looked good. So no pride in quality I guess. If you want to pay $32 for a half ass rush gel job this is the place for you. This is my first yelp review. If I could leave a negative review I would. I came here because I was visiting family in the area. This salon is horrible! Save your money and go somewhere better. This salon is just money hungry And don't care about results. If this salon is convenient bc it's close to your house PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! My sister and I both asked for regular gel which is $22. They ended up charging us $32. When I asked why the up charge it was bc we received a "manicure" along with it (we didn't get a manicure). Also charged us for shape, we didn't get nails shaping done just a simple file. Lastly, the final results are awful. The gel polish is bubbling and it hasn't even been a day and so patchy on both of our nails. If you love you nails and health don't go here. Airbrushed walls, 7 open nail stations, 2 pedicure chairs, tile floors. Open space. Not too clean. Felt kind of cluttered and unorganized. I came in for a pedicure service. A lady did mine. Kinda sloppy job. but i mean my toes looked better than before i walked in. So i guess thats why they get the 2 stars. Friendly people, conversated with me for a little. There was an older lady and a man. It felt kind of awkward because they were talking about a customer that came in to ask questions about the service. So thats not professional. The pedi massage on the legs was really eh like a quick rub. not much to rave about. The lady was putting on polish and her thick long thumb nail was piercing down hard on the sides of my toes. and it actually left indentation marks. It hurt a lot but I didnt say anything because i was almost done. I was actually going to get a manicure too but I didnt want her to shred my fingers with her nail. *shudders* so i told them i had dinner plans. she shouldve paid attention to the deep indentation marks she left on my toes because they were well seen from where I was seeing them. and it hurt like HECK! Linh took care of me today and it was super quick! Went in not really knowing what to expect, and it was better than I thought. Sadly, they didn't have color I originally wanted but this one was similar so it's fine. PLEASE DONT GET YOUR PEDIS OR MANIS HERE!!! My mom and I went to get pedis and we were told to sit in spa 1 and 2. As we waited for our nail techs we were told to soak our feet. I soon noticed my moms spa was over flowing from the bottom. I called for the staff there and 2 came over and cleaned the mess. They didn't changed spa chairs and the lady continued to play around with the faucet trying to adjust it. The water begin to over flow again...this time I told the staff you need to change spas; I CANT EVEN STOMACH WHAT HAPPENED NEXT! While my mother was still soaking her feet I happen to look over and observed PARTICLES OF SKIN FLOATING IN THE WATER WHERE MY MOTHER WAS SOAKING HER FEET!!!! I was livid!!! As I told my mom to take her feet out and we were leaving the lady had the audacity to say, THE TUB NO DIRTY ITS MOM FEET; DEAD SKIN! I could not get out fast enough! I have also contacted the State department to report them as well!! This place does not CLEAN THE EQUIPMENT! BAD SERVICE. I have to give one star because I couldn't give them no star. If i CAN, i would give them -5 starts!! They cheat you on services. They don't follow all the steps. My sisters and I went in, i got manicure and they got a full-set. The lady who's station is in the middle front did not cut my sister's nails prior to putting the fake nails on. She did an half a** job didn't file my sister's nails correctly. She came out with lint in her gel polish and really thick never before seen nails. Which I normally wouldn't have cared because that's good, but the sign said $15, so I was thinking that's what it will be since I didn't get anything except one color, no design or anything extra. So why was it $27 ?? They said that I got coffin? Um no! I never asked for coffin and they charged me for gel too, when I said I wanted a regular!! You get what you pay for. This place is a hole-in-a-wall. The ladies try to keep to themselves, which can come off as rude but their silence is better than snapping off on each other or on the customer. The first time I went, the staff member was very polite. Although she didn't massage my legs like you usually would receive with a simple pedicure, but she did accomplish giving me a french tip, gel pedicure in 45 mins (I was in a time crunch and needed my toes done for a last minute occasion). I liked her service because she was straight to the point. The second time, I had the lady with black straight hair, short to her shoulders. She was good, but she trimmed my nails to where I had in-grown nails on the sides of both my big toes within 3 weeks. She charged me more than the first lady did but wish made me check out other salons. I would return here if I am on a time-crunch. Like I mentioned, you get what you pay. read more

The lady cut me twice with the sander thing, painted my nails pink when I told her 3 times I did not want any color, charged me for a massage but didn't give me one, and she managed to make every single nail shaped crooked.
