I used ro like them a lot. Lately their not as focused. I always get a full pedicure...everything. The last few times they had to be reminded to do the wax, the hot towels, the massage. I didn't even get hot towels or massage yesterday. Also got gel on om own nails. Shoddy. Probably will not be returning. Heels not looking very good either read more

If I could give this 0 star I would. The service is horrible! The guy didn't ask me how long or short I want my nails cut. He just cut them. When he put the acrylic powder on he over put them. They were all over my fingers. The shape was not accurate. Told him to fix it three times and now my nails are short asfff god! What a waste of money. Walking to the place been there several times now with his climate that's going on I don't think a person has a room enough to act a certain way I've always shown respect to her father and her mother why did he sit me down her father start the water to Cole not warm enough A woman of another race walked in he began to put on his gloves and sit in front of her to do her pedicure instead of me I nearly walked out I refuse to be disrespected and still pay my money it's not like oh if you wait and get treated the certain way I'll give you a discount or maybe free are you in the end I doubt if I would've stayed I'm getting tired of us getting treated like this when we are one of the number one contribute to Asian businesses it stops now for me I don't know the rest of you guys read more

This place is horrible. Their customer service skills are so poor. Went there because my usual place was too full. Just got a fill and a gel pedicure. The fill job was ugly, there was residue all over my cuticle. They used the same tools for my toes as they do for everyone else. The lady didn't even bother to clean them after using them on the person before me. It was too late by the time I noticed this. Please be aware of this, I'm glad I didn't catch an infection or fungus!!! read more

I went in after i read the reviews hoping it would be a good experience but boy was i wrong. It took 1 1/2 hours to do my nails and it looks like crap. She got the acrylics stuck all over my fingers and hand. Both my hands were sticky and full of crap. I was my hands again before i left but it still feels gross. read more

I got a pedicure about 3 years ago after 3-4 days my nails started to grow in a weird way. Now my two big toes have ingrown toenails on each sides of the toes my toes one especially is very puffed up and purple. My toe bleeds through my sock and hurts. I am now used to the pain I had every time I took a step. I went to the doctors about 3 times but I haven't seen any improvement. read more

Mia is awesome! She has been In the business for over 10 years finally opened her own shop a little over a year ago. I've been coming to her the whole time she's great all of my nails are always even, and not bulky like other salons around Fresno. I also get my eyelash extensions from her and waxing and every time is perfect. the only thing is that because she's so good she's busy quite often so if you come in and they're busy it might take a little while you might have a wait. but I do have to say the wait is worth it! read more

Ok if you're going to come here PLEASE just make an appointment with Mia or else you'll get less than what you want. I got the nail technician of jimmy or the guy there and it was shit work. Two of my acrylics fell off a day later, the acrylic lined over my fingers, and he just DOES NOT listen to what you want. I'm not rough with my hands, i have an easy job of computer/desk work so my nails shouldn't be chipping away easy!! My nails lifted so fast and cracked so easy. Jesus, it was NO. Prior to me leaving I asked him to fix my nails multiple times and he just wasn't comprehending what I was saying. I got fed up and just left even though he was not done. I walked away dissatisfied and upset. The only thing that made me like this place was my pedi. I do not know her name but she did a fantastic job! My paint job lasted longer than my nails. Pssft never again but if I do it's only for a pedi and I'll wait hours to get my nails done by Mia! Say NO to Jimmy. He's so unprofessional read more

If I could give this review 0 stars I would. I was pissed when i started to write this last night but point is, they dont care about customer service, they dont speak English, and they dont treat people with medical needs like diabetes with special care because of my 1st 2 points and they dont have respect for people. I will admit i came in close to closing time but I called a head to make sure it was ok to come in. I must have spoke to the only English speaking person there. I am from out of town and yelped what was close by my hotel and still open. The nail tech was an old man who couldnt speak or understand English. He has a very rough hand and communicates with you by tapping your feet. I asked him about pricing and he has no clue what i was talking about so he grabbed the old lady next to him. Immediate chatter in foreign language after. When the filing got too rough on my foot i tried to tell him about the diabetes. I tried to be subtle, i didnt want to draw attention. Nope. I ended up yelling and storming out of the there with no polish on my feet. They obviously didnt need my money that bad. I was taught how to treat people with respect, especially elders and I am especially sensitive with older people in the profession working on me because I am an Asian woman, and its a respect thing. I usually try to make the nail tech know that lll wait for a younger girl to work on me so they can rest or I will tip them really good for doing a good job. This place did not get or deserve that kind of shot. I dont normally yelp but I went out of my way this time because my experience was so horrific. read more

Horrible I wanted over a hour just to get a fill on my eye lashes and that took 30 mins for her to do and the nail shop is dirty how can you run a nail shop with just one person ? If you don't have nothing else to do ALL day then come here. They open at 8 am I got here at 8:22 and still at 9:30 haven't been helped read more
