During my appointment my technician accidentally used the wrong product on one of my nails and joked that she needed more energy. She fixed it enough that it wasn't a major issue, but it didn't leave me feeling very confident. She also spent time writing things down and handling cash during my appointment, and the total unexpectedly changed from $53 to $55 at the end without any explanation. I had enough money with me but I thought that was a little weird. The staff was friendly, and I liked the atmosphere, but the attention to detail just wasn't there. I honestly didn't even wanted to tip her but still did.. I hate going to nail salons where they act like they don't even wanna do nails in the first place.
