It's a few nail techs that does not speak English and particular I am speaking about the guy Anthony I asked for French nails, the nail service along to three hours and a half. He kept messing up on the French tips when I see it was a language barrier I asked that he calls Lonnie to translate to have him Redo my nails, the correct way $65 for French nails that did not last not even one week. The guy that sits all the way in the back in the back chair was the one that corrected my nails because he noticed that the French that I was complaining about was too thick. He did the coloring but for $65 for someone to be practicing on people nails is not worth it Also when I sat back was doing pedicures at the seat, had a client that was literally leaking blood from the bottom of her feet and continue to scrub her feet money wasted My nails are lifting the rush to make money off of us. I went to the place because I need to switch shops. I failed to get my techs name but she was the only African American tech there. She did an excellent job, she was very careful, and informative about upkeep between appointments. I'm not a huge fan of the color I chose but that's not a fault of theirs. The price was fair. The outside environment of the shop can't be helped. Lots of addicts in the parking lot, but also police to mitigate further problems. Almost got turned off a few times, a customer came in lost her cool and in turn the owner's son lost his. The lash bar is cash only which I was not made aware of until after she was finished. I was forced to go to the atm and no concessions were made even though they made no mention of it before the service. I don't have time for inconvenience. However, she did a fantastic job. Wow I have been a customer for a very long time so with deep sadness I would like to say today was the worst experience I've ever had. I am so grateful I woke up today with the intention of being happy. Can somebody explain to me why yesterday I got my lashes done only to see in the middle of the night the left corner was slightly lifted. Normally I would have been hysterical but I'm like oh okay I know they got me they'll fix it no only to my dismay the young lady that originally did the job had a horrible attitude as if I offended her by asking her to fix it. First of all I don't know if she was offended because I said it in front of a customer. First off I never asked for a new lash I just basically wanted it to be fixed. I thought that was reasonable. The young lady was I guess upset so she just made a complete 360 and I said being in this business you have to be more courteous nobody's out to get you I'm not out here trying to get free eyelashes I'm just basically asking you to fix it. Then she proceeded to ask me should she fix the other one by adding some more glue and I was like well it seems fine she was like no but it's lifting. Okay well if that's the case I can't see so I would assume you would want to fix it so I wouldn't have to return. Boy was I wrong the girl did it with complete disdain towards me. Then had the nerve to ask me who do you normally come to I didn't answer. She then had the nerve to say well maybe you should stick with them. Thank you Jesus cuz I am a child of God. I actually love 99.9% all the work I've had done there over the years. But what I can say 100%, I will never use her again. We all know when you find a good nail place you try to stick to it. but honey child another person would have lost it.it could have been a whole different scenario. They are great, they literally had 10 people waiting and I came in with my daughter and they took us in immediately. They have a great staff and their service is exceptional. I had a pedicure and a refill. Awesome work. The part that I really didnt like was that they didnt accept credid cards, which made it very difficult because i had to leave right in the middle to go to a bank. Stay away! I was a regular but will never return. They were the place to go to get your lashes and eyebrows done. Slowly all the best tech started leaving however Liz one of the owners still did a good job on me, consecutively. But over the years it's gotten unbearable. They have a sign that says no kids yet you can not even find a seat in there half the time because of a clients multiple kids. Their service is soo slow. They do not inform you if they will be taking a client that will have a lengthy service. My last straw was when I made in on a Tuesday afternoon. I wrote my name on the list for Liz. I was three people down, so I knew I was in for a wait. Liz watched me come in, I signed my name & requested for her to service me. After she finished the next two next clients on the list, she disappeared into the night with the third client. I initially waited 25-35mins for her to finish the first two & after waiting another 20mins, after she disappeared with the third. I asked how much longer will Liz be. I was then informed that she would be busy for the next 2hrs applying makeup/eyelashes. I was beyond pissed. I just spent the better part of an hr waiting to get service by Liz who was aware that I was waiting for her, & no know let me know she was booked. Nail were HORRIBLE!!! My friends rave about the designs they get done here and how they look great. Well let's say my experience was nothing of the sort. I even showed the tech a picture and received something totally different. They were supposed to be a simple white polish with marble polish on one finger and a gold strip across.. in a coffin shape. Instead a received what look like a stilleto nail shape with the tips cut off . Longer than anything I requested. When I told the tech go shorter she barely cut anything off. They use the stiletto acrylic nail to start off with and the white powder had some corners that were not covered. She then tried to paint on the marble which was ok nothing special and then painted on again a gold line across, which was not what I asked for. I told her they can't be long for work and was given the opposite. I wouldn't have complained but after everything I was charged $60 for something I hate. Great place! Heads up not the best location. Behind the strip mall is a not so nice area we're all the men hang next to the quickie mart. So lots of men asking for spare change or trying to holler lol. It's worth the awkwardness to breeze past the people to get a mani/pedi/ eyebrow wax. This is my place for eyebrow waxes 100%. Bad attitudes. Sign says no kids but this hoodrat let her daughter run back and forth. I waited 20 minutes for the girl to finish putting STRIPS on this hoodrat. Then when I sit in the chair the hoodrat comes back and wants another strip added. Mind you she looks no more attractive and another strip will have her looking like she is going to fly away. WORST NAIL SALON EVER. My friend and I went in this horrid place because of yelp reviews and it was the worst experience of my life. My friend wanted to have her acrylics rounded, and apparently they don't do acrylics rounded only gel. And DID NOT TELL HER THEY WERE GIVING GEL. It says $20 for acrylics and her bill was 38 DOLLARS. There's a fee JUST TO ROUND IT. THERES NO EXTRA TOOLS NEEDED. They didn't tell her she was getting gel. As for me, the whole time I was getting a manicure the lady tried to make me get a pedicure.
