I booked the Lux Pedicure to treat myself for my birthday, and it absolutely delivered. The service lasted about an hour, and between the massage chair and what felt like multiple leg and foot massages throughout the pedicure, I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Exactly what I was hoping for. Ashley was my nail tech (so she already got points for a great name and spelling it right lol), and she was wonderful, friendly, attentive, and did a great job. I had an appointment, and they took me right on time, which I appreciated. I'd heard from others that waits can happen, but that wasn't my experience, so I can only speak to the excellent service I received. I wasn't offered a drink (not sure if that's something they typically do), but I had my coffee with me, so it wasn't a big deal. If you're looking for a spa-like, champagne-and-chandeliers experience, this probably isn't it. But if you're looking for a quality pedicure with great massage time, friendly service, and a relaxing hour, I'd definitely recommend it. I'd happily come back the next time I'm in the area!

I got a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was done incredibly poorly, and they randomly painted one of my toes a different color than the rest. It is the only manicure I have ever had which was painful. She kept picking at my skin and caused multiple of my cuticles to bleed. I asked to have my gel removed, and according to the salon's official price list, this service costs $5. However, I was charged an additional $15 instead. What bothered me the most, though, was the attitude of the staff, especially the receptionist and the other employees.
