I want to start off by saying I rarely complain about anything, let alone write a review. I came here because my mom has been here twice and said they did an ok job on her nails. Came for a pedicure before going on vacation . They barely filed my nails and didn't take care of the painful ingrowns nails I have (which is the whole point of me getting a pedicure, I can paint my own nails). Started painting my nails before I even noticed. (I was trying to relax in the massage chair). They also cut me because they were rushing (there was no one even waiting). Probably the worst pedicure I've gotten. Person doing my nails was also coughing a lot and probably sick. They did wear a mask, but don't come to work if you're sick. I hope I don't get sick before my vacation. I won't be back. Also they have these giant fish in these tiny tanks with no where to go, no plants, no nothing. It's very cruel. read more

I went in to get 2 chipped nails fixed. She had me chose a base then used a different one then I picked And it turned out completely different from the rest of the set. She had redone the J once, then after the second time I went to tell her that it was backwards but she just said " it's ok" and walked away. Beyond disappointed! read more

I went to get my toes done, the woman who I had don't know her name was very nasty. first of all she didnt do a good job on my nails. she had left some nail polish that was left on my toenails I had to tell her that there was nail polish on my skin. then while was paying, she has asked me .Where's my tip. thought that was very rude. when I was signing the credit card she had said that she thought I was going to put it on the card. Went for a mani/pedi for vacation and got gel on my fingernails and regular on my toes. The gel peeled off in full sheets by day 4 on all 10 of my fingers. I've never had trouble with gel peeling off in the past so not sure what went wrong. I also paid for the upgraded base and top coat which obviously was a scam. They also came over to me while i was in the pedi chair and did my nails there, which I hated. It was very uncomfortable but it felt like I didn't have a choice. She basically did a half assed manicure on me and got polish on my cuticles on 4 of my nails. read more

Not even 5 days in nail polish came off i came back 2 days later to get 4 of them repolished and 2 days later the polish came off again. I paid for a full set with gel and tip well... had to tip twice and its okay things happen and now I come back to get them repolished and now they telling me to come back they won't charge me.. why would they charge me to get my nails repolished? Been a regular here for quite some time. Have a fav tech and love her.I brought my granddaughter with me (14 yrs) for mani/pedi eyebrow wax. My tech was great and the total time took about 1 1/2 hours. She takes her time and does whatever you ask. The lady who my granddaughter had took a total of 25 minutes for the same procedures. What does that tell you? Oh did I mention THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE PEDICURE TUBS WITH SOAP OR DISINFECTANT?? Just a big old sponge. Yep! Watched two different techs wipe down two tubs. Quick quick so the next set of feet get in there! It's all about fast $$$. Had no idea about this and am kicking myself for not opening my eyes sooner. read more

i've been going to this nail salon for the last five years and never had an issue then they had a young man come in and work for them and he did a crappy job on my nails and first time then I went back a couple of months later the same guy was there and I said OK I'll give him a chai well he did a disgusting job on my nails and now today is June 13, 2023 and I went back to the nail salon to have my nails done and this young man came over to me and I said no I would rather have one of the young ladies well I sat there for about 25 minutes, and when the young lady came over to me to do my nails, she looked at me like I had six heads had no idea what I wanted done , now my feet are there and I needed a pedicure. What was the problem? I don't understand I will never ever go back to that salon. The customer service is the worst I've ever been but I figured I'd go local and give them a shot again. Well that's it I'm done I do not recommend that nail salon to anyone. read more

Very pushy and not very nice people. I kept going back because they don't do a terrible job on the powder dip nails. The male owner did an amazing pedicure and back massage. Which is what kept me going back. Then I was never able to catch him after that. I found myself annoyed every time I had to get my nails done. I didn't want to deal with them anymore. I finally stopped going once one of the older women accused me of not giving her a tip as I was counting out 10$ to give her. I just got turned off after that. I went here for about a year. This place only has 5 reviews and some aren't great, so I was hesitant to try it out. But I went and got a gel pedicure and a set of acrylics. Overall, I'm very happy with the results. I felt slightly rushed to pick out a color when I first got there, but I believe they're trying not to have people waiting/standing around much due to covid, so it's understandable. Just moved to the area and this salon is close by. I was very happy with cleanliness, friendliness and results. They were all so friendly and sweet. Angela took off my UV gel nails and Anni did my powder gel manicure. Price was very reasonable for all that work and they did a great job. And a paraffin hand wax dip is included at no extra charge! How does this place not have any reviews yet!? Admittedly, I've walked past this salon countless times and never gave it much thought until a friend recommended them. We went in today and I'm so sorry I didn't go sooner! Everyone was so nice, the location and tools were clean, and they even gave us homemade ginger tea. The regular pedicure was $20 (basic, but cheaper than any other salon I've found in the area) with a $3 extra charge for the longer lasting polish (money well spent in my opinion). When I went to leave from the dryer, the young girl raced over to put my jacket on me, and even zipped it for me! Oh, and they did a great good on my nails! Highly recommend! read more

My daughter and I got our nails done for the first time at this salon and we were really pleased! I got a full set with gel polish and my daughter got a gel manicure. We had a time slot for 11:45, arrived at 11:35 and got seated right away. They take their time and do a great job!! Highly recommend and we will be going back! read more

I can not say enough about this high quality very professional salon. I have been a client for several years and the salon is clean and the staff are courteous and always smiling. Angela, the owner, makes sure to greet and take care of the needs of all customers, new as well as returning. I get uv gels and have gone several weeks without a break or fill because they use the best and top quality products ONLY. They are also up to date with the latest colors and techniques. The nail technicians are the best I have come across. They offer free hand paraffin treatments with all manicures as well as a decadent shoulder massage and wonderful warm cups of flavored tea...all on the house. I paid to get the weekly Polish put on my nails, the man that did my nail left them clumpy and with air bubbles, when I pointed out the problem the manager tried to tell me this was normal as if it was my first time getting me nails done, I had already paid I asked for my money back she told me no grab my arm and said come back tomorrow I'll fix them. It was my first time at the salon. Overall, I feel the place is okay. But, I'm not completely satisfied with my services. I realized my toe nail got cut/nip. It didn't hurt when I was in the chair but when I started to walk more the pain grew. It was pretty busy, I'm not sure if this cause undue distractions for the one doing my pedicure. I wish the person at least told me toenail was nip and apologize. It was have left a better taste in my mouth about it all. read more
