Visited for the first time. It's hard to rate this bc what food we ate was delicious. Great fountain sodas and lemonades. Salad was enormous, chicken sandwich enormous but the guacamole on my salad had hair in it and the bottom of our metal tray was covered in someone's hair. Complete turn off. Truffle fries were soggy and cold but the regular fries were nice and hot. The restaurant itself was an absolute freezer inside too. Came on opening day Monday and I was very impressed with their chicken tenders. Tenders were seasoned very well and the chicken itself was juicy and tender and crispy on the outside. I recommend the Lemon Pepper flavor which was amazing. Fries were cooked perfectly lughtly crisp the way I like them. Also they have some awesome flavored teas and lemonades. I decided to try this new spot out and dined in. The staff was very attentive, Kirsten greeted us and checked in on how our meal was multiple times. The food was ready fast and the 3 kiosks to order are convenient, they do have traditional ordering options available as well. The quality of the ingredients is definitely there, the chicken was juicy, I tried the first spice level and it wasn't spicy, i'll get the other one next time. The pickled onions on the sandwich paired very nicely with the nashville chicken. The brussel sprouts were good as well, sorta over dressed with sauce but the fresh garlic gives the perfectly roasted sprouts a nice flavor. I'll skip out on the drink next time, it wasn't anything special. Only downside of this place is it is pricey for a fast food spot, I understand quality and quick service increases price but close to $15 dollar sandwiches is pricey. I'd eat at this place again if I'm in the neighborhood but won't go out of my way to pick it. read more

We are visiting from Arkansas and got a TikTok for the opening and thought we would try it out. BEST DECISION EVER! This is the best crispiest juiciest chicken! We got the lemon garlic and sweet Thai glazed, along with the crispy Thai brussel sprouts, elote and truffle fries. The mango tea and lemonade were phenomenal. To top that all off, the staff there was so great! They walked us through ordering and made suggestions that were super helpful. Just an overall excellent experience! However, I just wasted $6.50 on the crispy brussels sprouts that were not crispy at all and had been probably sitting around for quite some time -- they were quite mushy. Jazmin was so nice to us and made us feel welcome and answered our questions we had about the menu! i know they're still a relatively new business, trying to figure out all the kinks so take this review with a grain of salt -- i ordered starbird on ubereats because i had seen so many positive videos about it on my tiktok from a lot of local denver content creators i follow that went to the soft opening. i ordered the 20pc nuggets where it said i would get a choice of 4 sauces but then it only let me select one... which fine. if i have to have 4 of the same sauce, it is not the end of the world but i was so excited to try 4 different sauces as they have so many to choose from & i feel that the variety of sauces is one of the things that sets them apart from other chicken restaurants in town. & for the hefty price of almost $30, i feel like allowing the customer to choose 4 different sauces is the least they can do. i put in the instructions section of the nuggets asking for the 4 different sauces i wanted just to see if it would work but to receive no sauce at all was incredibly disappointing. especially because i didn't have sauce at home and thus had to eat my chicken plain. the chicken itself was fine. i felt some pieces were over breaded & some pieces were hardly meaty & i was like, they're counting this as a nugget? ok... i also got the elote, a side of fries, & the chocolate chip cookie. the elote was delicious. the fries were soggy & not crispy or warm at all. the chocolate chip cookie was just mid. don't really see myself going back but i would go if a friend was dead set on going. read more
