I've been to many Bonchons around the country and the quality and flavor is always so consistent. This time though, the wings were abnormally large! Two of us got the Large (24 piece) wings Half n half (Spicy/Yangnyeom) and could only finish around 2/3. Took the rest home for lunch the next day. I always get the Spicy but this time, I also tried the Yangnyeom. It was sweet, tangy, sticky, and mild spicy. I would recommend getting wings Half n half so you don't get tired eating all with the same sauce. Service was great as well. Our waitress constantly checked in with us to refill waters. Would definately recommend this location to satisfy your Korean friend chicken cravings! read more

I am usually a huge fan of Bon chon and think it's one of the best and most convenient places to get k fried chicken. But on 5/9/2026, I did a big order for a group of friends (the k-meal for 6-8), and after a couple hours, we all felt sick with some of us vomiting up the food. I wouldn't have assumed it was Bonchon if it wasn't for the fact that within 3 hours of eating it and nothing else, we were ALL feeling nauseous. Everything about the food felt and seemed consistent, but the chicken tasted extra meaty and chicken-y. After, I tried calling the restaurant to express concerns for food quality, but my call was not received well and I never got a response back. These are NOT those wings and drumsticks! I'm a big guy (6'4" and 250 lbs). I was full after 5 pieces. I took photos of my take-home pieces. The drumsticks are 4" long! These are adult chicken pieces--not the tiny squabs that most places serve. I chose the Yangnyeom sauce. A little sticky sweet with a gentle spicy heat. Great combination! The Pickled Radish (included option) is a nice balance for the sauce. Just order it! Service: Perfect! This place left a lot to be desired. The food was fine. I don't think I would necessarily come back. I think the fries were the best dish. However, our server was amazing. He was so sweet patient, and so attentive. You could really tell he enjoys working there. He's the main reason this place is getting 3 stars, because honestly I would give 2, but he really was fantastic. Also, the music was 10/10. I'm not sure if people come to like drink here before going out, but the vibes were there. Came here on a Thursday night around 7p. The place was pretty empty so were were seated quickly. The server was nice and helpful with the menu. What we swallowed: *PORK SLIDERS: These were pretty good but something was off, maybe the coleslaw? Usually a favorite but I don't think I would order these again. *SPICY FRENCH FRIES: Hot, crispy and tasty. *WINGS HALF-N-HALF: Crunchy, and really good flavor on both sets of wings. I came in today with my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary and we had a server who was completely busy and from the start we were patient to be seated, happy to be served, and all in all saw how well she was doing with 7 tables and 2 people at the bar by herself. With the idea of her handling the restaurant on her own, we felt bad until we noticed another female server walking around not taking tables but rather seating people without helping our server in taking these tables she sat. Overall we had a great experience and great service, but we felt bad and wanted to give our server a good tip to keep to herself but she told us tips are shared amongst them. If this is how it's going to be, I believe you should have servers that help their coworkers because I don't think this is fair. read more

This is not my first time at a Bonchon. This is my first time at this location. Getting seated took about four minutes. I noticed there were two people working the floor: The hostess and the waiter. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place maybe had four other tables with diners.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I think the hostess thought I was ordering take out even though I said I wanted to dine in. I eventually got seated. Then it took another four or maybe even five minutes to take my order. I was annoyed at this point. I ordered water and the lunch wings lunch special. My food came out fresh in about ten minutes. Worth the wait! The Yangnyeom flavor was good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I wish the ambient air wasn't so hot. I think they set the thermostat to 78*F. So many different options to choose from and it all looked amazing -- Pork Buns: 5/5 great, soft bun with delicious pork belly and slaw. HIGHLY recommended -- Seasoned fries: 4/5 probably the 'worst' thing we ate but something had to be last, right? Still a really good crisp and great seasoning on them, just not the most amazing fries I have ever had. (High bar, I know) -- Bulgogi: 5/5 Huge portion that comes out sizzling hot with a side of white rice. Great flavor and sauce on the ribeye meat with sauteed onions and mushrooms to go along. I visited on Tuesday and just learned there was an issue the day before and the restaurant had to be closed. Well, they were quick at fixing it because I didn't see no sign of any problems! Except maybe when we were told they were out of the correct syrup for Shirley Temple and that it may taste off if we insisted on getting it. In the end, my friend got it and didn't complain so I guess it tasted ok. I started with Korean tacos filled with chicken. Very glad they used soft and not crispy shells. Although I asked for the chicken to not be spicy, they still were tasty. My coleslaws were a bit too peppery I thought. Then came the bulgogi, oh my word! It was sizzling on the hot plate kinda like a fajita! It was the best tasting thing of the night! Not only that, the meat was tender and would qualify for melt in your mouth! There was a good mix of onions in with the meat and as per my friend, they did a great job at retaining the texture of the onions! Hubby ordered the Japchae, it was fine but in my opinion, too "watery" as in saucy. I like mine to be more like a lo mein if you will. My friends ordered a bunch of different items: Takoyaki (the best among their selection tonight), potstickers, fries, cheeses rice cakes and some hot wings. The wings looked nicer than tasted. The flavor unfortunately only stayed on the outside (skin) and didn't penetrate to the meat. I felt Bonchon resembled more like a fast food restaurant than a proper sit down place. This was my first time trying Bonchon, and it was great! I sampled the Korean tacos, seasoned fries, and the chicken strips (1/2 and 1/2). Everything was good, even with takeout. The takeout did diminish the crunch of the fries and the chicken a bit, but the fry I had on the way home was perfectly crunchy (although under-seasoned -- the fries definitely needed more salt). The spicy chicken is spicyyy, which was a nice mix with the soy garlic flavor. The serving sizes are generous too! Look forward to coming back for the signature chicken! read more

Good Korean food is always tricky to find, but I got to hand it to Bonchon, the food was real good. I got the Korean tacos, a meal in itself. These were on the level of "could not be better". There was zero fat, they were juicy and tangy. The sauces topped them perfectly. For main course I got the Bulgogi, it was good. It was also HUDGE. So much food, I couldn't come close to finishing. The Bulgogi was good as I said, but the tacos blow everything Else away. You can see my pic only shows one taco, that's because I ate the other before I could take the pic! I would recommend getting the tacos and a main course for 2 people, and sharing. Plenty of food for 2. Yelp elite brought me here, but I'll be going back, those freking tacos were so darn amazing. This time I started with a bottle of Terra beer ($9) made with australian hops. Almost clear in color. Very light. I tried the steamed shrimp shumai which I never seen before served with a honey mustard sauce. Very nice and I tasted the shrimp. I next got a plain Sesame Ginger salad served with 2 tubs of ginger dressing($10.45). Nice & crunchy, but got a 3rd tub for free. I couldn't resist getting their fried chicken (4 wings & 4 drumsticks with spicy coating with coleslaw) for $15.85; I needed a 2nd beer. I got Kloud, a darker brew that was much better.
