The photos we received for our wedding turned out wonderfully -- our families were so happy with them, and we were grateful to have those memories captured. But sadly, we're now past 8 months since our wedding, and we still haven't received our highlight or full video, despite following up several times. We also asked for a few specific/missing photos (a large group reception shot and a portrait of the bride with her immediate family) that still haven't been delivered. What's been most disappointing is the lack of transparency and communication. We've been incredibly patient, giving space for the creative process and trying not to rush the team. But after so many months and repeated follow-ups, we're left feeling anxious and in the dark. We've just repeatedly been told "next week" for months and now we've reached a point that we've been entirely ghosted. We trusted Isle Media to preserve the emotional essence of a once-in-a-lifetime day -- and now we're afraid we may never get to relive it the way we had hoped. For a service of this cost and significance, this level of delay and silence is deeply disheartening. If/when our remaining photos and videos are delivered at the high-quality standard you would expect from Isle Media, I'll gladly update this review -- but as it stands, I wouldn't want another couple to go through this and therefore can't recommend their services to anyone looking for an event photographer/ videographer.

Don't hesitate to book Isle Media, they're absolutely the real deal and know what they're doing. Made our special day even more exceptional! Thank you Justin!!!

There are musubi, bentos, fried chicken, fish patties, shrimp, sushi, noodles, and all kinds of other local goodies. The line can look intimidating, but it moves pretty quickly. The poke is obviously one of the big reasons people come here, and there are a ton of varieties to choose from. The spicy ahi and crunchy garlic ahi are especially popular, and the mochiko chicken gets a lot of love too. We did like the mochiko chicken a lot! This is definitely a grab it and go kind of place rather than somewhere to sit and eat. I can see why locals make this a regular stop because you could come here several times and still have plenty of things to try. My favorite turned out to be the poi mochi!

We interviewed with 3 different planners, and ABC ended up being ultimately the perfect fit for us. We loved all the work we saw on the website/social media, and knew that we needed a comprehensive package of some sort since we were busy healthcare professionals working in NYC. We had our initial consultation call with Mackenzie, who was so great, eased our minds, and laid out everything we needed to know to help us make our decision. We made a decision before the end of the week, as we felt the involvement of ABC and their ability to both help design and contact vendors on our behalf with us being so busy would be helpful (and it really was!). We chose the elite planning package - we basically had bi-weekly video calls where we went over specific talking points and their orderliness and helpful input really helped us round out our tough decisions. Whenever we needed something more urgently, we were even able to text Mackenzie and Sammy and they were always so willing to assist. Sammy eventually came on to become one of our lead coordinators and we could not rave about her more! Even when we ran into some challenges in the months leading up to the wedding (unexpected vendor changes, inclement weather, etc) Sammy was always 10 steps ahead and really ensured that we had the best outcome possible even before we knew what was happening. We were being photographed outside by the water on the NORTH SHORE with a storm approaching (IYKYK) and Sammy was by our side with a platter of pupu's and cocktails ready to be blown away! Even with Tropical Storm Lala literally making headway for our wedding, Sammy (along with Natalie & Autumn) helped make our wedding perfect. We are so grateful and could not recommend them more. :)

They are organized, responsive, reassuring, and so much more. I especially appreciated how seamlessly they handled all the behind-the-scenes work and the communication with our vendors -- it let us be fully present and enjoy our day. If you're looking for a coordination team that truly cares, ABC is it. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!

Great person. Janice was very thorough during the prep, however, there were many issues during the…read morerehearsal day & on the wedding day. For starters, Janice told us that she had another wedding the same day in the morning AFTER she had my then fiancé & I sign her contract. There were issues in Janice not coordinating clearance for my 91-year-old flower girl & her caregiver to drive up the special utility road for the rehearsal AND wedding day; resulting in my flower girl & her caregiver driving 40+ minutes TWO DAYS in a row, just to be turned around by security. The result was that I had NO flower girl on my wedding day & my officiant announced to my seated guests if anyone had seen ______ (my flower girl's name). Causing confusion and frustration to my guests, bridal party, my parents, and the groom, & myself. My mom was talking on the phone with my flower girl's caregiver trying to figure out what was happening & why security turned them around, while also trying to rush back to get her makeup touch-up. My mom tried to call Janice's phone to ask for help in coordinating my flower girl's arrival, however, Janice did not pick up. Later Janice said something along the lines of I don't keep my phone on me when I go to the ceremony area.....I couldn't help but think, "You're the VERY ONE who SHOULD have your phone on you in case anything happens or we need help. During the Reception, she was in the back by the DJ the whole time and when I was thinking that the DJ forgot a special family dance song...I, the bride had to get up from the sweetheart table at the front and walk across the side of the dance floor to flag Janice down (twice because there was an interruption) to ask her if they skipped/forgot about the special family dance. Her team also did not set up the game supplies to be under the sweetheart table, so I had to walk over to a maid-of honor and ask her to get the box at the pavilion labeled "reception." Since Janice had a wedding in the morning when my bridal party arrived to Kualoa Ranch, her sister and significant other came to help set things up. The makeup artist's scheduled time on the itinerary was off from what was communicated to the makeup artist...so we thought the makeup artist was late. The sister didn't know much about how to help set up things and even said she was tired and hungry...so I, the bride gave her a banana to snack on. I honestly could go on...but will just say that I would NOT recommend this company for your special wedding day.

A Coordinator is someone who coordinates and is responsible to get things in order and help alleviate the stress that happens at an event. I understand it's a difficult job, but it's your profession nonetheless. Janice was like a deer in headlights and seemed like she had no idea what was happening at all. Her commitment to her job was almost non existent. She's was supposed to be at our rehearsal at the church, but apparently didn't plan her day well as she was only half present during our rehearsal. She agreed ahead of time to be there and changed it up because she "forgot" she had another event to be at. It is your job to get your stuff together. If you can't make it, say you can't! Don't agree to it and cancel and assume you have a handle on the wedding when you obviously don't. She was also late on the day of the wedding because of her alarm! Oh my goodness! All our vendors ended up contacting the bride because Janice wasn't available! Worse yet, she asked the bridesmaid and groomsmen to do her duties because she wasn't there. The ceremony didn't go as planned, but we improvised. Poor execution on her part since she wasn't at the entirety of our rehearsal! Reception was also dismal! Information was given to her prior, but was never checked out to account for errors or changes, as we had to, again, improvise on our own! I've worked in the wedding industry as a photographer and videographer and have with many Coordinators over the years. Wedding Planner 808 (Janice) is one I DO NOT recommend as there is no consistency, zero punctuality and no integrity to her craft. As with any profession, it can be difficult, but at least show up to do it. Save your hard earned money and look elsewhere!

We chose their full-service package as this package included sourcing vendors for us, but hiring them turned out to be the biggest mistake of our wedding. 1. Subpar vendor sourcing The vendor recommendations were completely misaligned with our vibe and significantly overpriced. They provided only a single option per category with zero room for comparison. We ended up having to research, vet, and book almost all the other vendors ourselves to get the vibe we wanted at a much more affordable price point. 2. Day-of logistics & communication failure Despite asking for our bus driver's contact details in advance, the team did not coordinate with him. Our driver had to repeatedly call us directly on our wedding day while we were trying to get ready and enjoy the moment. When we brought this up to the team, the excuse given was simply, "Oh yeah, we have never worked with him before." As professional planners, coordinating with new vendors is the bare minimum expectation. 3. Rude and unprofessional attitude on the day A wedding planner should keep the atmosphere calm and positive. Instead, Tessa created unnecessary stress and hostility: a. Disrespectful to Our Officiant: Our officiant, a close friend who walked us through marriage preparation and flew all the way to Hawaii, politely asked Tessa a logistical question and was bluntly told, "Now is not the time to be asking these questions." Right before our march-in, she was openly talking rudely about him in front of our entire bridal party, killing the excitement and making everyone feel uncomfortable. b. Aggressive tone with groomsmen: During the groomsmen photoshoot, she snapped at one of the groomsmen for chewing gum, aggressively telling him: "Is that gum? You either spit it out or you swallow it." 4. Zero Accountability We hesitated to write a public review and reached out privately via email first to share our experience. Their response did not include a single apology or acknowledgment of their shortcomings. Every single external vendor we sourced and hired on our own was fantastic, but Fred and Kate Events consistently added tension, failed on coordination, and treated our closest friends and family with disrespect. Would totally look elsewhere for wedding coordination.

Our floral arrangements were absolutely breathtaking--regal, romantic, and so magical that it truly felt like stepping into a fairytale. She did an exceptional job using her creativity to showcase our personal style in every detail, and her design recommendations fit our personalities, and our vision so perfectly. She brought everything together so cohesively that the entire day felt beautifully curated and deeply personal. When we had to unexpectedly change venues just a couple of months before the wedding, Louise handled the transition with such calm confidence, and care that we weren't even worried. From the start we already knew we were in the best hands, and Louise proved it once again by making the transition to a new venue totally seamless and helping us secure new vendors who were a perfect fit for our new space. The video beautifully captured our ceremony, guests, emotions, and little moments that made our wedding special. Watching it made me emotional in a good way because it felt like our story was being told. What makes the photography even more frustrating is that we didn't pay extra to choose our videographer, yet the video was one of the best parts of our experience. Meanwhile, we paid $700 to choose our photographer, and the photography was one of the most disappointing parts. Our day-of coordinator was also kind, supportive, encouraging, and helpful with managing our time and photo/video ideas. Overall, I'm grateful for our beautiful video and our wonderful coordinator.
