Don't bother stopping here for coffee if you expect to be in and out, especially if you mobile-ordered. It says it closes as 11:00pm on the Starbucks app, but when I stopped here on my way to Vegas, the front doors were already locked at 9:27pm. The drive-thru line was long, of course, so it took 20 minutes sitting in line to get out 2 drinks. Even when we got to the window, they seemed confused about what our order was, although they were friendly. I'll just take it as they were in training. Drive thru is slower than snail even though inside the store is practically empty. The matcha Frappuccino was the most water down and terrible tasting I've had. I normally order ahead on the app since there's usually a line so I placed my order and it just so happened to be that there was no line when I got to the drive thru, I tell the barista, and she immediately snapped with attitude and told me "next time you need to give us 10-15 minutes". I said okay and went to the window because oh well what can you do loll? I get to the window and not only was she extremely rude, she gave my fiancé and I our drinks tilted (almost spilling both drinks) and unfilled. I understand they don't always fill drinks and normally fill up the cup with ice but they didn't even do that. I don't like leaving reviews and it may sound like I'm over reacting but I also worked food service and I treat service workers with respect and this girl was just so rude! read more

This is my go to spot for Starbucks. The workers there are very nice and my drinks have been perfect. The store is always clean and they are stocked up with napkins and straws. I would recommend. I just went there today and again the drinks were perfect. I would recommend to try Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. It's the best. I always tip too :3 read more

Stopped here while driving through town. It was 8 am on a Friday and they were fully staffed. They had a sales associate taking orders outside of the drive through to keep the line moving. I placed a mobile order and our two coffees were ready in 6 minutes. The staff greeted me when I came in and were very helpful and friendly. I used the restroom and it was decent which I appreciate as we are on a road trip. The coffee was hot and as ordered. read more

Staff is inept. Took 20 minutes to get a basic black coffee as they served 30 people that came after me with their drinks.

Asked for a grande vanilla bean and the barista told me that they didn't have any lids for whipped cream so it would have very little whipped cream so I downgraded to a tall so I can get more whipped cream since I enjoy whipped cream and they still put the smallest bit of whipped cream. If I would've known how much whipped cream they would have put I would have stayed with the grande... I don't know if the barista was being petty for downgrading or what but do better read more

I've never have experience someone being racist towards me or my family at a Starbucks location, as soon as we entered this location the cashier girl looked at us unwelcoming. The cashier was taking another order and she was really nice to the other customer , but as soon as we started ordering she drop the smiles and the good attitude . The whole time we were ordering she was mad , talking to us with a very rude tone , rushing us. When we were done ordering we did noticed the cashier girl being nice to the next customers, and when I asked for her name , she didn't say anything, and continued with the attitude, Cristi was her name. I have never been treated so rudely at a starbucks ever! I ordered and was told I couldn't scan for two stars because there wasn't any money on the card in the ap which is wrong, second I ordered a drink and a grilled cheese sandwich and a cake pop, I went to the restroom and my order was ready when i came out but they put the cake pop on top of the hot sandwich and it melted, so I asked the person who was right in front of me and she said I have to ask at the register. I told her I asked her and she said 'I am on drinks'! All she was doing was wiping the counter. Then the manager asked what the problem was I told her I needed help, that the cake pop was melted and I wanted a new one, she grabbed the cake pop and crunched it up and brought me a new one, without an apology and tossed it at me! read more

Starbucks! Starbucks in Adelanto! First I'm going to say I'm not much of a big coffee drinker unless it's full of chocolate, caramel and whip cream! Also I'm usually one of those dudes that would usually brew at home just to save some some dough but I did get one of those cups that gives you free refills for the month of January. So why not use it??? Now on to the review. This is a pretty busy location for the drive through. I couldn't sit there. It's a good thing I didn't drink coffee before I got into the line because I might go through a panic attack! Lol I looked inside and was surprised to see there was one guy in there and he was already sitting down. So I decided to park and get down. At that moment a few other people must of had the same idea because as soon as I got out of line others did also. I hate it when people copy me! It reminds me of my third year of ninth grade when everyone flunked! Ok ok back to the review. As I went in I noticed a really cool homeless dude smiling and talking another dude. All wrapped up in his blanket laying down with his feet on the bench! He had the thick fluffy Mexican blankets from Korea or China with an animal print in it!! Lol. Look I give them props on letting the dude stay in there. He wasn't bugging anyone but they probably could put a little rules like the laying down in a blanket. Kind of made me feel like I should of knocked before I went in. Lol. It's all good though. Dude needs to get warm. The people that beat me into the store were helped quickly and I was served promptly also. The place was clean and smelled like fresh brewed coffee! Ironic isn't it? Well maybe not? We stop by here A LOT on our way to the Sierras and I waited after multiple visits to write this review. Yes, it's Starbucks... how can it be below average? Let me tell you the ways. Our orders have been messed up on two different visits. Another time, they completely forgot 2 of our drinks. We waited for a while to be considerate since it was a little busy... but had we not followed up, our order would have never been made. They are always out of something. This time, I thought they only gave me fizzy water when I ordered a mango dragonfruit refresher... but they forgot to inform me they ran out of the freeze dried dragonfruit to make the drink pink. Flavor was there, just no dragonfruit. Lastly, this location is not the cleanest. The restrooms are unkept and pretty gross. read more
