We stop by here A LOT on our way to the Sierras and I waited after multiple visits to write this review. Yes, it's Starbucks... how can it be below average? Let me tell you the ways. Our orders have been messed up on two different visits. Another time, they completely forgot 2 of our drinks. We waited for a while to be considerate since it was a little busy... but had we not followed up, our order would have never been made. They are always out of something. This time, I thought they only gave me fizzy water when I ordered a mango dragonfruit refresher... but they forgot to inform me they ran out of the freeze dried dragonfruit to make the drink pink. Flavor was there, just no dragonfruit. Lastly, this location is not the cleanest. The restrooms are unkept and pretty gross. read more

The wait can be a minute sometimes but they are usually very clean and friendly. I've witnessed their patience on multiple occasions with patrons that are trying to figure life out at the register lol thanks for the delicious coffee choices! This location doesn't have many outlets for computers and things like the others but it's still a great place to relax and enjoy your coffee with friends or alone. read more

Nice Starbucks with a different layout from most. It has a drive through if you prefer (know that it will probably take longer than stepping in if judging by the many vehicles waiting). Ordered coffee and bagels. Got a bagel broken into 8 pieces. Ask them to replace and they did. (Although I don't understand why they even offer it to a customer). It is OK. Bathrooms are nasty. They have tons of employees but apparently monitoring the cleanliness of the restrooms is not a chore.

Stopped here on our way home from Tahoe around 10pm. They had a pretty decent seating area and a good amount out electrical outlets. I did notice the 'recycling garbage' bin was completely overflowing. I ordered a pumpkin steamer, extra hot, and also their greek yogurt with strawberries. The drive thru can get crazy busy here, but the staff keep it on point. Nice, swift easy lines. Though, I must say, the parking lot is a menace! Be careful because people are prone to NOT be paying any attention. For the studious types, there is a good amount of space for studying. I had just driven 7 hours and had a few more to go so I decided to stop and get an iced salted caramel cold brew. The order came quickly enough but it was terrible. Warm ( maybe 3 little pieces of ice floating at the top), and not sweetened. And if you've ever had one of these drinks you know how it should look: nice and dark at the bottom, lightening as you go up until you see a beautiful light colored sweet cream sitting at the top. Aahhhh. Anyways, that's not how mine looked. It looked like they had mixed it and tasted like they forgot a few ingredients. So disappointing! If you've never had one of these drinks, try one. They close down the entire store when they have deliveries and there's no way of knowing when that'll be. They're supposed to be open until 11 but I show up around 8 to unfriendly employees telling me they're closed. This is the third time this has happened to me while driving through the area. I'm surprised Starbucks would schedule their deliveries during business hours and even more surprised they can't sell a cup of coffee just because some supplies are being delivered. read more

I came to this starbucks at 12:30pm on 9/28/22 and the girl at the window gave me such a bad experience. She should not be working in customer service if she has such a bad attitude. The one taking the order should have given me my drink instead because she was way nicer. This is the 3rd employee here who was super rude. They always have no smile and big attitude for no reason. Rolling eyes, no "you're welcome" and when handing off my drink, they go "here" with an attitude Like a simple cheery "there we go!" Would suffice. When I ask for a straw or napkin, they have this aura that I am bothering them... on the flip side, a girl with dyed hair is my favorite employee because she is so nice and helpful I wish I knew her name. read more

The floor was disgusting as if a 5 year old birthday party had just happened, napkins, straws and garbage everywhere and you can only imagine the bathroom.... This was just a quick stop for a drink on the way home from Mammoth. You could say all the Starbucks are the same, but that's not true. The people who work there make or break it. This place had a good team. They had one line going, but when they saw people waiting they opened up another register to get us through quicker. I like that, great customer service! Also tried to order chocolate covered almonds and instead of asking me if I wanted something else since they didn't have it, they went ahead and just put espresso beans and regular almonds in my order. I've been coming to this location for about 6yrs now. For the life of me, they can not make my drink right! I was told by an employee that this location has a lot of turnaround with baristas, that this store is the busiest in the High Desert w/ the most revenue. Its a VERY busy location, and my drink is never made on time. They know me because I put in a mobile order almost every morning (spend too much money). So I decided to write a review. I'm not one to complain...I drink the SALTED CARAMEL COLD BREW -with this drink the foam at the top is what makes this drink. My drink hardly ever has the foam on it correctly. Either the foam isn't thick or they don't add the salt. When you go every day and pay $6.00 for a drink you want it to be made right. I go here because its the closest to my home. Anyone that orders this drink knows its the salty sweet foam on top that makes this coffee delicious! read more
