While I have seen some amazing staff leave this location, the Staff have always been very welcoming and love have small talk while waiting for me and a couple others' drinks. I want to start this review out by saying I'm not necessarily trying to talk badly about the girl at the window on 5/23, cause I do get it.. but like, come on my dude. To start, I am autistic. Not 100% great with deciphers social situations. It was super busy and there was a crowd of people and nothing close to what looked like a line. It looked like everyone was just waiting to be called, so I peekaboo'd around the window as to not block anyone and she sternly told me to hold on. Perfect, as you should with someone who tries to push in front of people, but I immediately apologized with a smile and backed away and waited to be called. She asked the name on my order, looked to the side, and told me it wasn't ready. (I had a feeling already that the drinks were done). More context for this next part, I have lupus and epilepsy and the heat makes me sick. It was really hot. 30 minutes went by, she still said nothing. Neither did I, cause I'm not the type of person to do that. I respect customer service workers. After 30 mins, I'm getting super dizzy and frustrated because I knew she was making me wait on purpose but I thought 30 mins was excessive. I dealt with it cause I get what it's like to deal with rude customers, and she doesn't know me. So I was as patient as possible, I went back to wait in the car in the AC cause I couldn't stand outside anymore. My boyfriend goes up to the window, and what do you know, they've been in the fridge ready the whole time and have done some melting already. Look, I get wanting to stick it to rude customers, except that wasn't me. I just hope this gets back to her and next time she takes into consideration that someone who immediately apologizes and doesn't bug you again might have just done something on accident, and that's not the person to "stick it to". Came here to get two large golden eagles but a little unsatisfied with the crazy amount of ice that the cups are filled with, for my wife and I, we did like the coffee, it was pretty good, the service was quick and employees were friendly. There is no dining area, but you can order at the window. They have a two lane drive thru that merges to 1 window. make sure to take a look at the menu before ordering because the employee that will take your order does not carry a menu on hand. Any other Dutch Bros we ever go to we never have this problem at all whatsoever then on sticker days, we always have to actually ask for our stickers with our drinks when they should automatically give them to us with our drinks like all the other Dutch Bros do. That's a really long time if there are 10+ cars ahead of you. Only one order taker outside when there's 20+ cars in the lane. They really need to work on the customer experience at this location. I come here about twice a week. I understand things take time. On this day there were three employees around one car because they knew the customers. No guiding of the cars when the lanes merged. I was in the drive through for over 20 minutes. All of the employees inside were conversations with this one vehicle and acting as though the rest of the customers didn't exist.
