Meh, stopped in on our way to Vegas. Ordered a venti iced coffee with NF milk. Horrible! Tasted bitter and weird. Asked them to remake it but it still turned out tasting watery. A family tradition of ours every Christmas is to drive around Victorville and look at all of the houses beautifully (or not so beautifully) decorated in lights. This year, before embarking on our little journey, we stopped by Starbucks to pick up some beverages in their drive-thru. It was Christmas Eve, around 7pm (an hour before they were scheduled to close) and they were really busy. The gal working the drive thru was THE NICEST Starbucks employee I have ever encountered... and I worked at Starbucks! Just about Every time I've gone which is just about everyday. The same guy in the morning messes up my drink. I don't think he reads. He put regular milk in my drink instead of oat milk. I wasn't able to get my drink for a few days from being sick to my stomach. Because of his mess up. Than the next time I go he put regular espresso instead blond. Today I asked for blond espresso and got regular espresso. I asked for oat milk and it taste like regular milk, my drink taste horrible. They need to fire his ass. And I know it's him because I look at the person that makes my drink especially there because someone always messes up and it's usually the same person. Next time I go I'm getting a picture. Now I know people reading this probably dont travel out to Victorville much but what a GREAT STARBUCKS. Maybe all you LA to Vegas travelers can stop through. Without giving away my age too much, do any of you remember how starbucks was when they first opened in the LA area. The calmness of the stores. The friendliness of the Baristas. The constant and pure old jazz playing with the likes of Duke and Billie. Well this Starbucks is exactly like how they USED to be. Its sad that they have turned into this conglomerate with rock and a whole bunch of other shit blasting through the speakers, with baristas barely knowing what they are doing and a bunch of yuppies and buppies mean mugging their way through crowding the place and sending off negative energy. This STARBUCKS IS GREAT and makes me miss the way all starbucks use to be. It was hardly crowded. The barista was super friendly and we even got into a conversation about how she liked my hair, which never happens at other starbucks in the city because they are rushing you through to not piss off the angry woman behind you. My soy latte was great, they didnt mess it up and the icing on the cake for me, Billie Holiday softly crooning through the speakers completing that coffee house vibe. As I stated most of you probably dont make it out this way (I was here this past saturday 10/11, I had to go see my 5 month old nephew what a cutie!!) but anyway, on your next trip to Vegas or for those of you that live out this way, give this starbucks a try. It has a drive through for those of you in your rush to Vegas and is in a shopping center but right on the corner. I literally made a Yelp today because I can't get over how great my experience was, I had the warmest and friendliest barista take my order outside in the drive thru yesterday morning, he told me I was a "baddie" and that he loved my outfit, this may seem personal but after having a recent phase of feeling ugly, it really meant a lot getting compliments like that, and he asked about my friend and I's plans for the day and sounded genuinely interested and did it all while taking our order in a timely fashion, it's not everyday an employee can genuinely brighten up your morning like that. Drinks came out to perfection, I ordered an Irish cream cold brew and normally other locations in the high desert mess it up somehow but they made it exactly how it should be made, and as a former barista trust me I know how it should taste when it's made right. read more

The staff changed again, and this time, it wasn't for the better. This used to be my favorite Starbucks, hands down. I loved it. But then Kevin and Jack disappeared, and so did all quality. How it takes them a half-hour to get a bagel and a frap out is beyond me. And no joke - this morning I waited five minutes at the speaker before a barrista even said anything, and when she did, I was told to wait until she could take my order. Thirty minutes later, I had my drink...and a soggy bagel I swear they microwaved instead of toasted. I had a wedding to attend so I stopped at the Starbucks and this poor man is by himself with a line full of cars in the drive thru and a Starbucks full of customers now it's not his fault it's the Management's fault. What is wrong with this picture i ordered a tuxedo mocha frap (first pic). I was given tge 2nd pic when i questioned if this was the tuxedo mocha frap i was told yes. I don't understand how you guys mess up my drink everytime I come in. It's literally 2 ingredients. BLONDE ESPRESSO AND HALF N HALF ICED. I came in this morning for my mobile order. I watched the guy make my drink and I saw him you and I saw him use regular milk, I asked the girl who handed me my drink if it was made with half n half, she said yes. I had already been there 12 minutes I couldn't wait any longer I was going to be late for work. And I asked again are you sure. She said yes. And sure enough it wasn't. I left. Just so frustrating. It's literally 2 things. Like it states what kind of milk to add so obviously the guy making it was just too lazy to grab the correct milk out of the fridge. This location is horrible! I've had to have my drink remade so many times because they don't read the tickets here. You might as well just drive out of the way to a different location. My father in law got a regular coffee and noticed it was bottom of the pot burnt bitter. He asked the server if it was fresh and he said yes. As my father in law turned around to leave, he saw the server throw out that pot of coffee and put out a new one. Why couldn't they just give him he next fresh pot?
