The venti drink came out to $2.69 because the Oat Milk (they ran out of soy milk) was an additional 80 cents. That's ok! I was happy with the cinnamon taste and refreshing beverage! This is a takeout only place. It was really busy. The young male cashier did his best. He kind of had a pause in service when he stared an Asian female customer who started yelling about waiting so long for her order. She probably was at the incorrect location. Shopping fuel... Today was an all female team, and we were amazing! This sort of centralized location in the Pearlridge Mall is always been pretty busy whenever I pass by and today as I did have a bonus to fulfill, I decided to take advantage and refill her my shopping exploration. They had an expediter at the counter, so that the barista could focus on making their drinks which really helped the flow between the walk-ins and mobile order because there was a lot of drinks. Not only did the expediter helped out the flow it answers any questions guests may have without feeling likely had to wait for the busy staff to get their answers. 6/17/24 Needed some caffeine after I picked up an online order from another store, so ordered off the Starbucks app my usual grande iced Hazelnut shaken expresso with oatmilk. This Starbucks is located uptown right by the food court & is usually very busy where you'll see a line to the register with people wanting to order & and the pick-up area gets crowded with people waiting for their orders. I got there about 11:45AM. Surprisingly, there were no lines at the register or pick-up area. I figured that even though it was a Monday, the mall would have a lot of foot traffic from kids since school is out for the summer. So it was refreshing to have my drink sitting on the counter waiting for me. I have been to this location several times over the years & have never had bad service. Sometimes the counter area is dirty from spilled drinks but today, the store looked presentable and clean. There were at least 3 baristas behind the counter. The baked goodies at the counter area looked yummy & they had a good assortment of drinking cups on display. My drink was prepared to perfection. The only thing I have a gripe about with Starbucks is their drinks are way over-priced & they put way too much ice in their drinks. Who wants to pay almost $7 for a drink that's 3/4 full of ice? And if you ask for lite ice, they shortchange you on the drink itself, Yes, to the yelpers that have complained about the cup being half full or not filled all the way when you request for less ice, I totally agree with you. This has happened to me on several occasions from different Starbucks locations. That is not good customer service. I love my mango dragon fruit refresher. One of my favorite drinks at Starbucks. I am more of a fruity drink kind of girl but I enjoy coffee too every now and then. This location is located inside the mall near the food court side. Definitely not busy on a week day. I like coming here. A venti mango dragon fruit refresher costs me around 5 dollars and some change. It was a nice treat for me as I don't spoil myself here but I walked around the mall thirsty. Employees were descent. Today I am feeling determined to grab some drinks from Starbucks. And despite my GERD I fearlessly decide to grab some Frappuccino. Besides, walking around with a guy who is so picky on his wardrobe I got stressed already and my throat is dry and thirsty. Pistachio Frappuccino - first time and excited at the same time worried. It's love at first sip. Not my personal favorite but I can definitely grab this again if I am determine for some coffee. It was a fun tasty drink - can't go wrong with Frappuccino! Customer service is exceptional! Love those guys working at that time. They were so friendly and efficient. I rarely grab drink at Starbucks and I am so glad that I got the service that I deserve! One and the same. So what's the different from this Starbucks to the one down the street (literally 500 yards) or any other one? Well nothing. I mean, when you check in 10 Starbucks' pop up automatically. They serve the same drinks and offer the same food items (if available due to the shipping fiasco). I know you have been reading all my Starbucks reviews so far. The only things that separates this one is there are no seats at all for this location since there is a food count. And no internet since you can use the mall's. Overall four stars. Great people and great coffee. Not quite five because they don't have anything that really stands out. 9-24-21 Two days in a row we purchased pumpkin frappaccino. Perfect seasonal beverage. It was blended just right not a heavy pumpkin taste more like a pumpkin chiffon cold yumminess. Once you see the Starbucks advertisements for their Pumpkin Smash emails you know that soon it will be followed by all those Christmas special beverages boldly announcing that the holidays are coming fast. Not only did the cashier get my order wrong, but she could not understand 25% sugar. She kept asking me how many pumps of liquid sugar I wanted. I said, "whatever is 25% of what you normally put." So, she asked, "how about 4 pumps? Or was that 8 pumps?" I wasn't sure how much liquid sugar is one pump, so I opted for the lower choice she gave me. I don't visit this Starbucks very often. Whenever I have to travel this way for work, monthly or so for meetings, I'd come super early to pick up coffee and a bite for breakfast. It's great that they are open earlier than the rest of the mall to accommodate the opening employees' needs for caffeine! Although my visits may be far and few in between, I've never had a time where I go to order something and its not available. That can be quite annoying when starting your day off! This spot doesn't have any seating, its basically a small store with no doors or windows. The one thing that's a bit awkward is waiting where everyone walks through the mall. My rating is not even close to one star! My friend ordered herself a cappuccino drink and She got a fruit fly flavor at the bottom of her drink! How disgusting and gross!! I don't usually buy their breakfast food only their baked goods. And majority of the time I settle for a refresher. Today (3/16/2025) I was hungry but didn't want to stop anywhere else and just settled for Starbucks breakfast (sausage, egg, bacon, wrap). Because why not? I knew it's not that great and honestly it's plain! But whatever work was busy so I wanted something quick and would keep me going for the rest of the day. After a few hours of eating the wrap. My stomach and back started hurting and as the day went on it was getting worst. To the point the pain was so unbearable. So I decided to cut work short and go home. I live 30 mins away so I wasn't sure if I would have made it. I felt like I wanted to pass out and just call a family member to come drive my car home. I thought maybe it's because I've been so busy with work lately that my body is just worn out. Anyways, I manage to make my way home. (Thank god it's Sunday! So no traffic!) as soon as I got into the shower I puked my soul out. About 3-4 times. And continued to puke throughout the rest of the day, I had puked probably over 15+ To the point I even puked out the pills I had taken earlier in the morning. My body wanted every thing OUT! I was coming down with a fever, my back still hurts, my stomach was still hurting. I wanted to cry. I later found out that I am going through food poison from the Starbucks food. I didn't eat anything else all day long so I know it came from Starbucks!. It's now 2:30am I just want to sleep! I'm exhausted and my body is going down with another fever which is making my body stressed so my nose is bleeding. If it doesn't get better I'll have to make a trip to the hospital! Great. DO NOT ORDER MOBILE ORDER before 10am. They show mobile order available even though the mall doors are all locked before 10 am so you can't get your drink. I ordered at 9:15 am and during my drive over there I got the "your drink is ready" notification. When I arrived all mall entrances are closed and locked. This Starbucks does not have its own entrance. I called multiple times no answer. I finally got in because someone exited the mall door and I got in. When I got to Starbucks and said something to them they said mobile order is for mall employees.... The app does not indicate this so the customer viewing the app thinks they can order their drink here!!! WHY would they offer mobile order if you can't get to their store for 45 minutes. Maybe I came at a bad time. I hardly ever come to pearlridge but I had a few hours to hang out and get a coffee on my way to town, so I stopped by pearlridge. It's like a different country here. Anyway. The line was probably 10 people deep but I was in no rush, my drink took about 15 minutes to make and there was a huge crowd of people standing in the mall walkway waiting for their drinks. They call my name and I weave my way through the crowd to pick up my drink. I take a sip.... it's not right. But, alas, I decide I'm ok with not having them remake it. There are no seats in this Starbucks. You'll have to head around the corner to the food court if you want to sit down. I have never been so disappointed in a Starbucks yet. I almost never ask for food/drinks to be re-made but this was ridiculous. 1st employee made my drink with at least half the cup being filled with milk and forgot the whip. Tried to drink it but there was no coffee taste at all. Had it re-made by another employee and it was 2/3 milk but they remembered the whip as it was written on the mobile order receipt. Just as bad, we just asked for more coffee but they did not deliver. I did not have the heart to ask them to redo the drink again. I come to this location in the morning when I'm working at the women's center since its the closest one. I was really sad when the Starbucks at the old Borders closed but happy that there is still one left at the mall. Located in uptown Pearlridge (Macy's side) near the food court, the line usually moves pretty fast or pretty much non existent when I go at 730am. There are a bunch of old folks who have some sort of breakfast club in the food court in the morning but they are mostly settled in by 730. Occasionally there will be one of them in line ordering 5 or 6 coffees but they order it brewed so it doesn't take long. I love their hot white mocha. I will also order it with caramel walls to make it extra sweet. The Baristas already know me and punch in my order as soon as they see my face. They are very pleasant and I always feel welcome here. I wish I could remember their names but I'm so petite I can't see their name tags over the counter but I do remember their faces and their constant smiles. They do look happy to work here. If I didn't have my dog Muppet, I wouldn't mind working here part time, but he wouldn't like me being away from home so much. Of course I have the gold card from being a frequent customer and occasionally get deals and coupons through my phone app. I average one free drink a month and try to use my special offers. I discovered a refreshing drink today from Starbucks. It's an iced green tea. I don't know if it's already sweetened but I tasted some light sweet with minty flavor. But I like it! This Starbucks is inside the mall so there's always a line. But the staff are efficient so line moves pretty quick. My latest discovery is paying through Starbucks app. Instead of carrying your gift cards you can load them up on your phone app. So cool! read more

The location that I am reviewing is the one near the Cookie Corner of Pearlridge. Uptown, I believe? After eating at California Pizza Kitchen, my friends and I wanted to get Starbucks before going home. It was about 30 minutes before closing and I did not know what type of service I was getting myself into. I was delivered rude and sarcastic customer service during my stay at this location. While ordering, I accidently said my drink order wrong and there were two guys and a girl working, the two males were straight out laughing and discriminating me at my mistake. They were rude, unfriendly, and had a type of hostile attitude towards me. Ive also did some research on Yelp and found out that this particular location has been lacking the customer service than other Starbucks'. I feel like that I wont be shopping at this location again due to this service. I feel like that this team should be retrained on how to embrace the Starbucks customer service and deliver exceptional service. I felt really modified. So, I filled out a feedback form on the Starbucks website. Overall: Customer Service needs to improve and Traffic level can get pretty busy. read more
