They ask me about my weekend, they ask about my son and my husband, they're kind and efficient. I kind of wonder if Alaska's clean, glacial, mountain spring water plays a role in the coffee being so good up here -- I haven't had a bad cup yet -- but I must say, Boom stood out enough to inspire me to leave this review. I also appreciate their large cup being a true large -- it actually seemed bigger than most, which I appreciated. Our barista was helpful and had a very kind demeanor. The fact that this place is open 24/7 is a major bonus in itself. We will definitely make a point to stop by next time we're in town, and you should too. Customer service was good but not excellent. The people were friendly. They said they were going to call us when food was ready but we ended up calling them. I believe the food was already sitting there. (That's why my burger was warm). We asked for extra paper plate for our salad but they ran out. Over all experience was ok.
