My daughter ordered Pumpkin Spice latte and Pink Drink from the drive through at 10:00 am. She received her drinks and came home. When she got home she quickly realized they gave her a Tall Black coffee and cold brew. We tried calling several times and nobody ever answered the phones. read more

I came through the Starbucks on Zeeb rd today at 12:19pm. I told my barista that I was dairy allergic. And I requested my drink to be made with soy milk. About 45 minutes later I was in JC penny's... When I started with a queasy stomach and immediately had to run to the restroom. After getting violently ill that is when I called for the store manager, at Starbucks. When I described this situation and told the store manager that I would then have to be going to the hospital. I was offered a complimentary drink upon my next visit. At no point was I offered an apology that she would follow up to find out what happened so that this wouldn't happen to anyone else. Or even a consolation to the inconvenience of my day. Or at the very least a concern for the fact that I was having to head to the hospital or discussion as to who is to pay for my hospital bill. As I stated earlier, I did say I was dairy allergic and that my drink needed to be made with soy. When you work in customer service people's food allergies is Paramount. read more

I asked for whipped cream and it even said on the cup "add whip". The barista didn't add whip, so I asked her, "could you please add some whip?" She looked at me like she was annoyed and didn't remake it or make room for whipped cream. She literally added a quarter size amount of whipped cream. She was very rude and unprofessional. My family's experience here was positive. We were a party of five and received our drinks and snacks in a timely manner. Drinks tasted great and service was friendly. The place was packed with all but two tables taken. read more

This Starbucks is always out of things it's been out of stoppers for a month, and is always out of foodstuffs. I would expect this in the evening but first thing in the morning??? Wow.. I really hate to do this but I really want this business to understand they need improvement.. The employees have no structure whatsoever. I usually order from the app and when I walk in to grab my order, there's usually no less than 6 to 8 people standing around "customers"... and employees just randomly doing odd tasks..none of them paying attention to anyone. No one knows what's going on, the last two times I had to literally yell Hello to a worker for her to grab my drinks that were sitting there, this was after 5 min minimum of me standing there attempting to get her attention. Also, they seem to sell out of stuff a lot and a couple of the girls have been on the rude side more than once.. I think they hate their job honestly...ha. .. ahhhhhh! Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Starbucks. In spite of having 6 employees, no customers in line, nobody greeted or welcomed us and seemed rather bothered to have to take our order! When the order was ready, instead of calling out our name it just sat u on the counter mixed with other people's orders. I asked "is this our Order?" As I sifted thru the bags. HORRIBLY SLOW SERVICE EVERY TIME. This location is new but it's honestly ridiculous. The drive-thru line was all the way out the parking lot so I went inside. Well there's only 4 people working, 2 of which are just staying around. Obviously you need more employees on a Monday morning... but then again this has been my experience every day of the week here. I love the new Starbucks in Ann Arbor!! It is a FULL cafe so they offer iced drinks as well as hot! Great muffins and scones - I always get the Apple Fritter or the Blueberry - Baked to perfection every morning! I love their latte's as well - They offer soy milk and I just can't pass up the taste! I was in and out within five minutes - Very pleased with this new Starbucks location in Ann Arbor!!! read more

I agree with the recent reviewer on this Starbucks being out of items. Stopped 2 times a couple weeks apart and again out of what I wanted to order. I'm going to have to avoid this location and stop at the Ann Arbor Saline Rd location. read more

Every time I go here, they always forget to give my mom her coffee and they always mess up our order and we have gone there many times, but every time they forget the coffee and she has to go up to the counter and remind them, and the other customers behind us receive their stuff while we still wait. Also, when we got the coffee today after asking them once again, it was disgusting. She had to throw it in the Garbage. read more

Although this is the closest Starbucks location for me, I chose to drive another 15 minutes because the service here is lackluster. I've been here several times when my order was not correct. The parking situation is grim, and the employees act like they have to go out of their way to fix your drink.....uh it's on the side of the cup...not happy? We'll be happy to make you another one. Was very excited when they opened as this location is on my way to work. Prices were raised already and they haven't even been open six months. Wouldn't be as bad but service is exceptionally slow. (Whether you're inside or using the drive thru). Please work on being faster! (I would not have made the choice to raise prices until I had efficiency/speed down pat! ***update: 9/15/16 received my coffee this morning from "Stevee" who did not speak or smile. No "good morning" no "thank you" - nothing. She should not be working the drive through if she can not handle basic customer service. This starbucks had less than stellar service. I was looking at a long day on the road, saw this on the exit sign, so thought to myself- nothin like a butterscotch latte for a 7 am pick me up. But lo and behold, I got to the window to order and disappointment struck. Apparently, they were all out of the syrup and its just a "seasonal option." Can't fool me. I copped a butterscotch latte just yesterday at a starbucks. As expected, it was a long drive home. I better have still gotten my member stars for settling for a white mocha. read more

I stop by here at least once a week after shopping at Meijer. Just about every time I get a Frappuccino, they end up doubling up the cups because they over fill it. Doubling up doesn't eliminate the mess, I still end up with it on my hands, and thus the inside of my car, etc. Seems the basic standards need to be reviewed and reinforced. I've had enough, BIGGBY will be getting my business going forward. At least there, I can expect the same level of service and the same quality of drink time and again. read more

On Friday, July 14, I went through the drive thru before work to grab a quick cold brew. Unfortunately, I was waiting and waiting......and waiting some more because a woman two cars in front of me ordered TWELVE drinks through the drive thru (WHO DOES THAT?). Anyway, yes, it took a while. However, the baristas and cashier are rockstars because they did not get flustered and just made her drinks as fast as they possibly could and sent her on her way. Been out of at least one or more menu items I specifically made the trip for - not once, or twice - but three times. More incredibly is that I mentioned making a special trip all three times to which staff (different person each time) shrugged their shoulders and said "sorry". Are the servers not empowered to impact customer satisfaction at this location? And if not, are they trained to at least offer to have a manager look into it?
