I went inside where there was no line, ordered an ice tea and they forgot about me. I went up there twice to ask about my order and finally someone arrived at the bar and made everyone else's drinks after me. My cup was left alone in the tea section and ignored. Customer service is subpar at best. Half of the employees are good and the other half treat you like you are beneath them and you should feel honored to be in their presence. Got called the wrong name today and when I asked if she meant me and I pronounced my name correctly (not sure how it can be hard to pronounce Daniel right but seems she couldn't), she just shot me a dirty look and walked away. If you really want Starbucks, I'd recommend going to the instore location across the street inside of Safeway. The service is better and the drinks themselves also taste better. read more

This is the consistently slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Unfortunately, it's right next to my office so I'm forced to make the trip here...about every other day. I've waited 15 minutes in the drive through, with only 4 cars ahead of me. Then, when I decided it would be faster just to walk inside, boy was I wrong. These baristas need to get it together. A 15 minute wait for coffee is unheard of, especially at Starbucks... And to top it off, it's never even really busy..well, not enough to justify the wait time. Being that this store is so close to my job, I really hope they can make some improvements. I have an extra star because the drinks are usually made well. read more

This is the only location I've been to that always makes it seem so dramatic to customize our drinks. "But that'll be gross" or "we can't do that". From the moment you walk up to the front door the entire place is just filthy. Spill stains on the concrete and tables outside to trash and crumbs on the floors inside. Dirty windows, bathrooms, can only imagine how dirty it is behind the counter. The front door mat has been in same spot for a week. No one has pick it up to sweep or clean. Theres no music ever. I saw an employee go from half wiping tables to handling cash to making drinks all without once washing her hands. The employees obviously aren't happy, they move slowly and therefore there's always a line of people waiting for a simple cup of coffee. The wait line is obviously due to the fact that the employees are moving slowly and not working together. The place isn't that busy, lines back up due to slow moving employees...very inefficient. Since moving to the area I have visited this location six times. Five of the visits they have been out of the ingredients for the very standard pink drink. Today they were out again so they suggested a different but similar option. I decided to try it. Once the drink was made and I had already paid they stated sorry "We are out of the fruit that goes in it." I spend $6 on a drink that is made of pish posh that they have "left". I think they need continued education on how to order if products are in demand. Also, my drink is terrible and feel that I should have been offered a refund for the inconvenience. read more

The Baristas Justin and Anthony make my day everytime I go there. They are so cute!!! I love starbucks but the fact that this one has a drive through makes it all the better. I like how they know me by my voice or my order. There is one guy there that creeps me out... He is an older guy with this weird stalker voice. It does get crowded in the morning though... But they get you in and out fairly quickly. BTW did I mention how ridiculously good looking Justin is? He's the Barista with that wonderful smile. Can't wait to go there tomorrow morning!!! I went inside to order and stood at the counter for more than five minutes before I was even greeted Although there were eight employees behind the counter. There was only a couple cars in the drive-through and one woman who ordered before me inside. I ordered an iced vanilla chai and it came with no vanilla even though I was charged for it. They didn't even make the woman's drink who ordered before me. Her friend who ordered after me got her drink and they had to ask about the first one. Stopped by at 8pm on a Friday night. One person in front of us in the drive through. The service was very slow of the person in front of us. Not sure what the guy ordered but it must have been hard to make. Once I arrived at the window my order was ready. Ordered a double carmel ribbon crunch with no whip. I don't think I've ever left a bad review for a Starbucks, as they tend to consistently be very good. To the credit of the baristas it seemed like a busy day. That being said, there were maybe 8-9 baristas working who all seemed to be working on something. But the front register was left unmanned for at least five minutes and the line kept getting longer. The whole place was packed, but it seemed like it was just people waiting. After a very long wait, my fiancé got her drink which was missing a few components. Mistakes happen, that's fine. But once we got the attention of a barista, she seemed annoyed and disappeared for a bit. The drink wasn't called when it back to the bar. After coming here often, for years.. I haven't gone back in the last 6 months. The drinks are consistently not great. You can order the same iced coffee, or some other coffee concoction, 100 times... and it can literally be different every one of those times. They aren't consistent with how they make drinks. I find it easier, and more consistent to just drink coffee at home now. When I get the urge to buy an over priced coffee beverage, I mosey down to Daisy Mountain coffee in tromanto. They at least are consistent. They are also incredibly busy, which isn't their fault, but they certainly don't handle crowds well. Sorry Starbucks. read more

If I could give them a zero I would. Tonight (Oct 22, 2021) we made a split second decision and decided we wanted Starbucks. Considering we live directly behind it, the drive was only going to be 30 seconds. We had 15 minutes before closing. When we got to the order speaker, no one would speak to us. I said "hello" repeatedly and still nothing. So I drove up to the window and could see all the lights were still on so honked my horn with two short beeps. Still nothing. I then called the number (the people in my car really wanted coffee) and a girl appeared on the other side of the counter and looks right at me.....then shakes her head no. Never speaking to me directly, or answering the phone. I politely told her "you're not closed yet" and she shook her head again. Not only could she have come to the speaker when I was saying hello (I know she was alerted I was there) but it's super rude to leave me sitting there without any response at all. I would've had more respect for her had she said "sorry I really wanna go home and don't feel like having another customer". Even then, if you tell the public you're open until a specific time.....then be open! Thankfully I live close because it was a total waste of time. Thanks to the girl who would rather skip out early than help a customer, that specific Starbucks has now lost my business! I'm sure the company will know who she is because from what I could see, she appeared to be the only one there. But she was caucasian, with long, dark brown hair in a pony tail. The service here is really bad. I can't recall one pleasant experience at this location. Most recently, the drive thru cashier forgot my sandwich and was very unapologetic as she proceeded to turn her back to me and continue her conversation with the window open. It's amazing how many varieties they have for seasonal drinks. Fall is my favorite time of year and they always have drinks that get me in the feel for fall. There customer service is great, and I can always count on them to give me new suggestions on coffees or remembering my order as also my name. I am always excited to walk into Starbucks because all the employers have outstanding charisma. Due to COVID-19, no one has been able to go in but they still do a great job with interacting with customers through the window. This Starbucks is easily the slowest one you'll ever visit. However, I'm patient and can generally deal with 'slow' if there is a friendly smile and helpful person at the end of the line.... that RARELY happens here. This Starbucks generally has the stereotypical baristas that are snobby, sometimes out right rude and uninterested. To be fair, there are some girls that work there that are very polite and friendly... however I only seem to get them 1 out of every 10 visits. I handed one guy $2 in quarters as a tip because I was out of cash and he very dryly said, "what is thissss... a tipppp?" I told him yes, and instead of 'thank you', he said, "yeah okay."... so rude, so awkward. Also, a warning, don't bother sending your drink back, if THEY make it wrong (& I'm not talking about a "special order", I'm talking about a drink right off their menu that they left lemonade out of). I POLITELY asked them to remake it because it was wrong and got attitude immediately. For $5... I shouldn't get attitude due to YOUR mistake. read more

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The girls are so rude and act like your bothering them if THEY make a mistake. I was treated very poorly by Anna and I'm not even sure that's her name because her buddy was reluctant to give me a name! There is zero customer service skills here and the drinks are made horribly. I will not be back, the girls are there in the late afternoon and work the window...they should find another job if they don't like serving people. For being the only's drive-through Starbucks in the anthem area I think they do a really good job of keeping the pace as well as making sure every customer receives the right amount of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. The service here is absolutely horrible. Just horrible! The drive-thru wraps around the back of the building and into a medical facility parking lot (definitely not the best of situations and could absolutely be a nightmare). The drive-thru baristas come across as rude and not very customer friendly. I've been inside several times and each time the counter baristas are also less than customer oriented. The lines in the am on this Saturday was extremely long adleast 5-6 cars in front of me, by the time you get to the window you expect to be greeted. However, the sliding doors are closed until they give your order. Yes, they said a friendly greeting but nothing above and beyond such as apologizing for the wait. Not one to write reviews but I just had such a bad experience I hope it can be constructive! I pulled up the speaker the person taking my order had no emotion and seemed like they Hated their job. I got to the window wasn't greeted for a whole minute. It felt so tense inside the second I drove up. After waiting awkwardly a lady came by and grabbed my card no conversation just my total and do you want a receipt. She kept pilling drinks up by the window that weren't mine. Then another barista came to hand her my drink, she questioned it, the barista who made the drink said, "yeah the cold foam just hasn't been foaming up very well lately" and the other said, "it's because people haven't been doing it right." They handed me the drink, it obviously looked different than normal and I asked if my drink was made right she said yes shakily and proceeded to take an order on the headset. This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The larger woman who wears a (dew rag), is consistently rude while taking drive through orders. She has refused to make simple drink accommodations such as a a cold brew with no cream or sweetener. Every other Starbucks I've been to is quick to accommodate and execute this request.
