I am a Starbucks lover and visit almost every day. But today, Starbucks let me down. I ordered a chai latte and had it delivered to me at my school. I am a classroom teacher and don't have the freedom to do anything about it while I'm working. My drink tasted like they forgot to add the chai flavoring. It tasted just like milk. I left it sitting on my desk the rest of the day, with the intention of stopping by the store for a replacement drink on my way home. But, when I got there they refused to make me a new one. I guess they didn't believe me. This isn't the starbucks I love. read more

Starbucks is......well you know they're ubiquitous in every corner of thy land. This store is in Arcadia. It's clean and staff (Vincent-mentor and Sarah-trainee) were affable and professional. They treated me like a duke of westeros. I got my hot drink, protein box and spinach wrap. All are lovely. This store is clean and organized with a lovely atmosphere. Parking: Parking is always available as this Starbucks is located within a plaza. Outside: Minimal outdoor seating. Outdoor seating is not as comfortable as other Starbucks locations. Interior: Lots of seating areas with most close to an outlet. There is a large communal table at the center with smaller tables against the walls on either side. Walkways are pretty open. I've also brought my dog in and sat at the corner for training purposes and my dog did not get in the way of people walking around. Service: Service has always been great. The baristas are very friendly and helpful. I've never met a barista here that wasn't friendly. Their happiness always seems to turn my bad days around. Food: I ordered a banana nut bread toasted and it was the perfect breakfast. It is a bit on the sweet side, typical to other Starbucks locations and goes very well with a vanilla latte. read more

So I've loaded the Starbucks app on my granddaughter's wallet so she can access food/drinks while doing her homework. I always view the receipt and, on my end add a gratuity. Today in viewing the receipt, I noticed she was charged for two cake pops. I asked her about it and she stated that she did in fact only order one, but they did give her two. She tried to clarify with the barista that she had made an error. Her response was, ' I can take it back, but I'll have to throw it out.' WTF. my child felt bad and said, it's ok, I'll keep it. Wrong answer chick! You made the mistake. You refund the child and let her keep YOUR mistake. She guilted her into keeping the unordered cake pop. They ain't cheap! $3.45 each! I know for a fact, that this is not Starbuck's usual policy. She took advantage of a child. I might add that I spend no less than $20 a day at Starbucks.. and always leave a nominal tip, which is definitely not required, but not today. read more

My local Starbucks. Nothing too fancy but it does the job. Most of the baristas and cashiers I've talked are nice and friendly . Some people have off days which I won't knock them for that. I get it. This Starbucks is fairly clean each time I come in , whether it be morning , noon, or late night . The parking is plentiful which is always a good thing . They have some outlets where you can charge your phone or laptop . I've been recommended some drinks by the baristas when I wanna go for something different and they're usually always good . My usuals are always consistent in flavor . I usually get a matcha latte with soy or if I don't want anything with caffeine I get a hot chocolate with soy. They open pretty early at 5am which is good for when I'm just being an early worm. read more

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has some indoor seating available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my drink from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is massive since they share the lot with several other establishments. Drink: I ordered the nitro cold brew. I love Starbucks cold brew, and the nitro variety is even better. It's smooth, unbelievably creamy, and has the characteristic cold brew sweetness and low acidity. It's a testament to the idea that something simple can still be great. Staff: The staff here are very fast and friendly. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum. read more

I ordered a couple of coffee travelers on Saturday, December 22, 2024, for a family event. Instead of choosing the dark roast, I decided to go for the medium roast and selected the Pike Place roast. It was a pick-up order, and the staff was very friendly, having my coffee and cream ready. However, when I arrived at the event, everyone noticed that the coffee looked watered down and lacked coffee taste. It was very light, and I was so disappointed with how my coffee order turned out. One of my favorite Starbucks to go to. Workers here are really friendly. Every time I come in, I am always greeted. They are also pretty fast. I usually place my order through the app and get my drink within 3-5 minutes. Drinks are usually pretty consistent and they are located in the same plaza as Vons and LA Fitness so the parking lot is big with plenty of parking. They have a few tables inside and also have about 3-4 tables outside as well. read more

Met Jess, Alexa, Joseph, and Hannah. Wonderful genuine, comforting, quick, and at the same time very kind and awesome service. Hannah has amazing tattoos. It was neat that we found something in common that we have and enjoy. Hannah is so wonderful she totally made my day. We kept it quick, but it's nice to genuinely relate to each other fondly. The chocolate brownie warmed, and my iced Carmel Macchiatto was very good. Their triple filtered water is always refreshing. There is 1 unisex restroom, luckily, with no number code to enter, thankfully. It is very spacious and clean inside and outside the Starbucks, with a bunch of parking in a very huge parking lot, being next to a Vons and a bunch of other great neighboring places in the plaza. read more

Came in to pick up a refresher drink. Staff are very friendly. They are practicing covid safety protocol. Drink is always great as how I like it to be. One thing I noticed about this store is that staff are willing to spend time to do a little chat with each customers. I asked one of the staff, and she told me that they are trained to socialize with each customer. Good job! We all need to socialize a little, especially during covid! I ordered my usual and I asked for light ice but I did not get easy ice. Ive had better experiences in other starbucks and Ill probably avoid this location for a while. However the store is clean the only thing that ruins it would be the smell of urine in the dining area because of the homeless. The customer service was alright I felt pressured to tip more than 15% because of the cashier staring at me. The drink was not good and I always get the same drink at every starbucks. Thank goodness for T-Mobile Tuesdays...yay! This week, T-Mobile gave the first 500,000 subscribers a $3 gift card to any Starbucks! Mahalo! I went to this Arcadia, Los Angeles, location to redeem my $3 gift card for a Peppermint Mocha... since it's a seasonal drink! It's a refreshing pick-me-up! This particular Starbucks has free parking in the shared lot. It's a cozy, rectangular-shaped store with all of the basics - free WiFi, quality products, convenient restroom, and efficient service! The service is actually more than efficient - the staff here are friendly! Bri, Maggie, and Robert were manning the fort while I drank my Peppermint Mocha. Robert even offered me a free cup of iced water! He was gracefully concocting the various beverages without missing a beat! He apologized appropriately to customers whose orders had a glitch and took time out to chat with familiar patrons. Robert even praised staff by asking them if he had told them that they were doing a good job - and if he hadn't told them yet, he meant it. Wow... I wish I had a boss like Robert! Every month CarCadia happens here in the parking lot. Tons of cars get together for Cars and Coffee. I usually end up ordering stuff via mobile as I am walking around checking out the cars. I wait a few minutes then grab my drinks and go. This time, I completely forgot I changed the name on my account since I frequently place orders for the Mister when he is putting in extra time at work. Service here is friendly. My double shot on ice always tastes good. Bathroom is clean. However it is gender neutral and the toilet seat was left up for me. If you stand to pee, please put the seat down. Even if you use your foot, just put it down. They dont have paper towels, they used the air dryers which I hate. I am more of a dry and go. I don't have patience to sit there and wait for my hands to dry. read more

This used to be a fantastic Starbucks, but the service went down. Now it has dropped to almost nothing. We aren't regulars by any sense of the word, but we have been to this location many times. In our last three visits there have been errors with our orders. In our most recent visit EVERY single drink in our order was wrong - all four of them. Not small errors either. One was hot when it should have been iced (they make them differently for hot vs. cold). One was the wrong size (smaller than what we'd ordered and paid for). Another was the wrong size and the wrong drink all together. And the fourth one was missing ingredients. Yet, all of the labels on the cups were correct to what we had ordered. Staff is always so friendly, and will always make small talk with you, even if you're only picking up a mobile order :) I picked up my mobile order this morning, and they're giving reusable red cups with a purchase of a holiday drink. They were pretty busy, but I said thank you after picking up my drink on the counter, and the barista called out to me while she was making drinks so that she could give me one of the red cups (totally forgot they giving them out today)! She's so sweeet!! The drinks are always great! My favorites are caramel brulee frapp and strawberry acai lemonade :) parking is super easy too since this Starbucks is located in a big plaza with other dining options and a Vons. read more

One of my favorite Starbucks locations. The Starbucks closest to me are chaotic drive-thrus so it's nice to go to a chill, clean cafe location like this. This used to be next door to a nail salon with half the size for the retail space. The nail salon was not renewing their lease allowed Starbucks to take over. Knock down a wall and build it out for a bigger store. This made a little boutique space into a real Starbucks spot. This Starbucks location has been here as long as the Vons next door was a Pavilions with a Starbucks inside. I never understood why there are two locations this close in proximity. When you walk in here, you can walk around the community table and hop in line to order. At the pick-up window, there are bar seats. Almost like you can talk to the barista like a bartender. I guess there is a difference between the two. You can charge your smartphone wirelessly with this NFC capable or with those rings. Of course, some have helped themselves to keep these rings rather than returning it for others to use too. Thanks, you greedy morons. There are a few patio tables and chairs outside for fresh air. This time we chose to kick back in these crushed velvet lounge chairs. Definitely campers here who are studying or just wasting time like we are shooting the breeze. I think it's a regular thing that all table tops are ignored. Meaning no one behind the bar ever comes out from behind there to wipe these cup rings off. It's not just this location but other locations share this practice too. That's what earns this review 3-star from me. read more

Out of multiple Starbucks the Arcadia location should be bigger and better but it doesn't really seem that way at all. It is super cramped and I just feel like I should always order take out because they don't have enough places to sit and eat/drink. Located pretty close to Burlington and a few other stores Starbucks has a large parking lot due to how many stores they are sharing with! A supermarket is right next to it as well I always forget if it's Pavilions or a Vons but I think it is a Pavilions. If you want to get Starbucks and you are in this area, this is the place to come and grab it and go. That is all I got folks! :P read more

Went there today and order a "Hot decaf americano" venti size with extra half half milk, the cashier was a man about 30 years old and he was very rush (don't know why, there was no one waiting after me). It's as fast when the drink was ready, but it was iced americano venti, so I told the bartender that I ordered a venti hot americano not iced; he didn't say anything and threw that iced americano away and started to make a hot one for me, nevertheless I could feel he was not happy about remake this drink. He finished very fast and I got the drink, asked "can I get some water?" He stared at me and asked "what?" I repeated the sentence politely, he didn't say anything but grab a cup of water for me. I thanked him and left immediately, when I came back my car and drink the americano: like hot water, hard to taste any coffee scent. I threw it away and will never go back to this store. Didn't know why most of this store's workers are always not in good mood, not willing to serve clients. This is one Starbucks store you want to avoid if it's possible. read more

Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte doesn't have 2 inches of foam at the top. Less foam means more drink! This Starbucks has expanded their sitting area and changed things up. Clean in and out, but too noisy to sit there in your Buddy Holly glasses and Adam Levine tight red jeans writing your screenplay. Best bet: buy a big sweaty cold drink and then go walk through the clothing aisles at Burlington down the way. When they yell at you for having a drink in the store, yell back that they are a third world thrift shop. read more
