This store is great! The customer service is always stellar I would come to this Starbucks anyday!

The staff here worked their tail off most of the day. They are great at what they do, which is make a whole array of coffees. No two orders are the same all day long. Yet they all have smiles they all greet you when you come in. And when they know your name they are happy to call your name when your coffee is ready. From Leslie the manager to all the rest of the staff I can't thank you enough by the way you make me feel every time I come to get my coffee. That is why I tell you all I appreciate you. We always go early in the morning and the staff are so kind!! They write kind notes on our cups and know us by name. It's a nice touch. It's might sound silly, but their cold foam can't be beat!! The new lay out with marked parking and drive thru is awesome. Our new fave!! read more

I have had several bad experiences here. The shift lead Ciara and Store Manager Leslie lack customer service and are extremely rude. Worst location I've ever been to. This is coming from someone who visits Starbucks anywhere from 2-3 times a day. read more

This establishment used to be so nice..until they weren't. Me and my sister came up to starbucks and they said they were open because they open at 5am. but they weren't. There was no lights on in the store and definitely no one at the drive through. The drive through was also supposed to be open. We sat in the drive though line with a bunch of cars behind us for 15 mins. However they never took our order. Like cmon starbucks. I thought you were better than this. Also their food is horrible. Get better options. We called them and it went right to voicemail. So we tried again and they hung up on us. So we left. read more

I don't know what's happening with Starbucks lately. I pulled up and noticed there was a long line in the drive-through so I started to go in. I placed my order and the girl told me at that point that there was a 45 minute wait. 45 minutes! She said that there were a lot of mobile orders. I don't understand how there could be a 45 minute wait for a drink. I should have driven to South County. I want this store to succeed. It's in the town I live in. Unfortunately it seems like I might be the only one. There are 15 cars in the drive thru so I walked in, to see 20 people waiting. I promised to bring drinks home otherwise I would have bailed. I keep hearing the word REMAKE at the end of the orders being called out. Theres an issue that needs to be figured out. Multiple mobile orders seem to be dropped. People waiting are noticeably displeased. I repeat I want this location to succeed, but they will have to do it without my future orders. (The pics attached show stock that has been sitting at the counter where the orders are placed for atleast 10 minutes and theres something(coffee-i hope) spilled all over the credit card terminal. ) read more

Order is usually correct. The drive thru is HORRID. You can wait over 25 minutes from the time you begin sitting in the line. You can never not wait 15 minutes unless you go later in the evening. read more

9 AM Sunday morning. I went into this Starbucks location thinking I would get my coffee quicker because the line for the drive thru was 13 cars deep - the last car being a black Tahoe. I paid with a credit card and gave a generous tip. My husband waited outside. I placed my order and waited...and waited...and waited. I watched people come in to grab their coffee and leave (they used the app). I watched the cars in the line go by one by one. When it got to the the black Tahoe, I went to the barista making the drinks for walk-ins and the app ( a different barista was making drinks for the drive thru). She looked like she just rolled out of bed. Her hair was flying in all directions and asked her where my order was in the cue. She said it would be a couple of minutes. Okay, a couple minutes wasn't so bad, so I waited. After a half hour went by, my husband texted and asked where I was. I told him I hadn't got my order yet. Since we had a hockey game to get to, I went to the register and asked for a refund. I told her what I ordered. She put it in the register and it came up less than what I paid (without the tip). I told her I paid more, but since they didn't give me a receipt, I couldn't prove it. Then she told me she couldn't refund the tip. This added insult to injury. I not only did not receive my order, but I had to pay for waiting over a half hour without receiving my order. She told me to take it up with corporate. You bet I'm going to take it up with corporate. read more

Since I work in Arnold, I visit this Starbucks nearly 4 times a week. Unfortunately, this is by far the most crowded and backed up Starbucks in the St. Louis area. The employees usually do the best they can, but the shear volume of drive thru, online, and in store orders is very overwhelming due to there not being another Starbucks in the area. Regardless of the day and time, it takes no less than 15 minutes to wait for my order and sometimes approaches a half hour. Starbucks needs to either increase the number of employees on the clock here, or better yet, build another drive thru within a 5 mile radius! read more

My friends and I pulled up to the drive through at the Arnold location to order and we said hello. No response. Another hello, no response. We were confused and unsure if they were open. We continued to say hello, progressively getting louder incase there was something wrong with their volume but no response. Eventually we quieted down and assumed they were closed, just when we were rolling the window up we hear a voice say "Are you guys done yelling at us yet" we responded with we "Were trying to see if you were open because we hadn't heard anything" the employee replied with an attitude that she was helping a customer at the window. We told her you could have said hello, with the same attitude she gave to us. We told her we would take our business elsewhere and she said rudely "Okay, bye!" my friends and I have never experienced that kind of thing from any employee anywhere. We called the location and asked the employee who answered to speak to a manager. We then found out that the employee who we were calling about WAS the manager. She said and I quote "I AM the manager and you can fuck off" I am flabberghasted that any employee would speak to a paying customer that way and honestly am disappointed. I myself work in retail and I would never speak to a customer that way. read more

This is a cute little stand alone starbucks (not tucked into a target store like so many) nice decor staff is friendly....I do not drink starbucks coffee but I like that I can get a hot or iced black sweetened tea. If I could give them less than one star, you bet I would. I've never had anything but problems at this Starbucks. While I've only been there twice during travel, I believe it is the worst run Starbucks I've ever been to. The first time: no cars in the drive thru, almost no one in cafe, yet we still got sandwiches that were burnt and bitter shots in our espresso drinks. I mean, if they're that slow, they can probably check my Bacon Gouda sandwich to make sure it even has bacon...Why is quality so crappy when the wait is nonexistent? The second time: just stopped by and had a huge line for a wait. Now, I understand that, it was a busy time and that's out of their control... but we ordered with no difficulty (and no screen to double check our order) and assumed everything would turn out okay... I was wrong. We ordered a triple venti cappuccino and instead got a triple venti americano which is MUCH different. You guys can at least double check the order at the box or at the window to assure the quality of your product, it's like your job or something. read more
