We have been coming here for years and daily since it's our neighborhood starbucks. The customer service has plummeted all the way down - as low as it gets over the last year! To the point now, you get your food in pieces and often incomplete. I cant say for certain if this was done maliciously or intentionally, but the person working the drive-thru is incredibly rude and gets triggered when you ask for a stopper, bag or napkins. That was the case today, we asked for a stopper , got a major attitude for it and then noticed when we got home, bagel looks like this. This Starbucks hired a company to come out and dump nests still actively full of babies. We sat and watched as the guy dumped nest after nest, and even dropped multiple babies on the ground. When asked, the employees lied and said that they didn't hire the company when they in fact did. We won't be using this Starbucks again. They could have waited 2 weeks and no babies would have been harmed. read more

Me and my fiancé came to this Starbucks through the drive through and we weren't too sure on how to order a specific coffee we had wanted to try... so we attempted to say how it was pronounced and the lady over the intercom asked us next time to simply come inside... ok well that's just ridiculous we didn't really have any time to come inside and nobody was behind us.. she told us to pull forward and we showed her the picture/receipt of the coffee we had wanted to try, after saying she would make us the coffee she had asked us if we didn't mind coming inside and picking it up inside. I came by at around 9:40 PM tonight. When I tried the front door, the right side of the door had been deadlocked but the left side hadn't been locked properly. I assumed this meant they had tried to lock up for the night but had messed up. Google said they should have been open until 10 but I know that's not always accurate, so I thought nothing of it, and turned around to leave. But as I was walking back to my car, I realized that they might not be aware that they didn't close up properly. I've worked retail before and I know how often people forget to lock (or unlock) the other side of double doors like these, and I know not locking up properly can cost people their jobs. I've been coming here for years and felt I was on pretty good terms with most of the staff, so I decided to do the friendly thing and walk inside to let them know. As soon as I started pulling on the doors again, both of the people inside started pointing and talking to each other like, "can you believe this". Having worked retail, I had expected that I reaction. But when I entered the lobby, they both started repeatedly shouting "We're closed!" without even turning to look at me. I had expected them to be surprised that they had left the door unlocked? But that didn't even dawn on them, they were too busy shouting at me. I got close enough to tell them, "I know. I just wanted to let you know that your door is still unlocked." They couldn't hear me over their own shouting, so I repeated myself. This time, one of them replied, "We know." So I said, "Oh, you do?" assuming they had meant to leave it partially unlocked for some reason. But he continued: "You made it in here, so obviously we know." Oh. No, "oh damn, thanks for letting us know," or anything like that. Nope. They were gonna keep treating me like an assh*le for choosing to try to help them out. This same dude who I've known for like 9 years, between this store and his old location, turned on me that fast. So I told them they were being effing rude and left. Oh, suddenly they could hear the words I was saying, how interesting! Sorry for potentially saving your jobs, you dirtbags. If I had known you didn't deserve them, I wouldn't have bothered. Y'all can act like you're nice as hell when you're being paid for it. Thanks for showing me who you really are. Even if I were personally okay with coming back to this location after this episode (and I am absolutely not), how could I? When the staff has decided after all these years that I'm an assh*le now? This is my most convenient Starbucks. I wish they hadn't hired such aggressive jerks. I guess the point of this review is: the staff can turn on you in an instant, for any reason. To me, that speaks to a negative, toxic work environment. I'd recommend going elsewhere and not supporting this kind of culture. read more

Just a quick note. They've gotten sloppy at this location. It seems to be the mid-week evening staff. They try to hand me drippy cups because they overfilled them. The one day they wiped it off with napkins and left sticky napkin chunks on the outside of my son's drink cup. Another time, after I complained and had a sticky hand, they dropped his drink into a second cup. It's wasteful and annoying. I'm the driver. I don't need a sticky hand. Thank you for listening. It's a Starbucks, if you've been to one you know what to expect, they're all the same. The reason I'm rating this one though, is because going through the drive through is special. There's always this one chick ( I think she works at the hair salon) who always stands in back by where you order and loudly fights with her boyfriend on the phone. I love Starbucks and generally have a really good experience. But this time I ordered a soy latte (have a dairy allergy) and received my drink with milk. The cup even said soy. They really need to be careful. Someone with a severe allergy can get very sick from mistakes like this. I'll give this location another shot. I don't know the new guy's name but he's amaaaaazing. He made me a 1/3 cup of whole milk, white mocha syrup, 2 shots of espresso over ice!!!! It's so good. I swear all of the staff at Starbucks are the sweetest people ever. I think his name is Cody? He's amazing too and I always get so happy when I see him at the drive through! Maybe I've never been during really busy times, but I think they have a good parking lot/drive thru set up that prevents "traffic jams". Most of the staff here are just rude. Zero acknowledgment when you walk in to get your mobile order even after making eye contact. A simple "I'll be with you in a moment" would be nice. When you do get your drink they never say thank you, so I thank them and they say ... nothing. Not to mention when you lift your cup that's suppose to be no foam you can sense how light it is. 1/3 is empty. If you're going to discount my drink I had better get a discount on price. I was looking forward to a Starbucks coffee to start my third 12 hour nursing shift in a row. I went to this location near my house on my way to work and ordered to be drank at work. When I got to work I opened the top to add a sugar packet and found my $6 grande drink was not even filled all the way!! I know it was early and I drove off with out even checking but this was my third day in a row all I was wanting was a great tasting pick me up but instead found this overpaid coffee wasn't even full. Love! The baristas here are attentive and super friendly. I usually go through the drive thru at this location strictly because I am usually in a hurry. I've been there when there is quite a long line, and I can honestly say they are excellent at getting through the busy rush and getting my drink right! If I ever do go inside, the baristas inside are just as friendly. The atmosphere is extremely inviting and comfortable for grabbing coffee with a friend or working on personal projects. The best Starbucks location around! Compared to the other places I've been to, this one is the best voted by experience and friend recommendation. Barista's are super friendly and not the super fake type that you'd see in some places, waiting until they run the clock on their shift. This location is also one of the few that are opened quite late. Other locations have curbed back their late hours, so I stopped going there for that reason alone. Closing time at 9 PM on a Saturday night, what? Anyway the best overall and I can't highly recommend it. Perfect location too right on the corner of Army Trail and Route 59. read more

Everyone at this Starbucks takes the extra time to remember my name, favorite coffee drink, and greets me every time I walk in. I've been dining at Starbucks over 15 years and it's a winner when it comes to coffee and customer service. The pre-prepared food items could use some improvements but they are pre-portioned and I get a bonus for being a frequent purchaser. They are also extremely tolerant to a tough, demanding customer base. Starbucks is high priced and people know they can demand a high level of service to go with that price. I would like to see more huge coffee cups for sale and more USA produced products. The made in China cups are ok but lack depth and quality. Drive thru is atrocious (service-wise). Holy smokes--20+ minutes at 3:30 (well, 4p) for a hot chocolate is not acceptable. You know expect a wait when there are 5-6 car in front of you; you do not expect the attendant to being shooting the shtick with the car in front of your for 4-5 minutes while their drinks are not even started. When it was my turn, after the long wait, he is filling the cup holders as my drink is waiting...WTF. lukewarm at best when asked for extra-hot. oh well. Ok...this was my first and last visit to this Starbucks. While I was waiting in line inside, there was a delivery going on and the delivery guy drops a full heavy box right on my ankle!! Ouch...the guy at the register felt so bad, was really nice and gave me a brownie for free...he is the only reason I gave two stars instead of none! I ordered a Starbucks double shot on ice...which is an espresso drink that is shaken so it is foamy. Well, they handed me basically an iced coffee. So I kindly asked for it to be remade. They obliged...came back looking the same! Not as nicely, I explained how they are suppose to shake it and then add a bit of milk. The tall guy with glasses...looked like the manager, told me they aren't allowed to shake it! What?? That's what a double shot on ice is! He then told me he will remember how to do it for the next time I come in?!?! So I said OR you can make it right NOW! He rudely obliged this time. I limped out to my car where my family was waiting (remember, I'm injured from the fallen box!) and asked my husband to go back in to grab my drink and guess what!! He came out with the same wrong drink. He asked me, when did you start ordering an iced coffee? I said NEVER! He looked down at the label and said "what the hell?!?!" And he stormed back in for them to try for a 4th time!! This time it was made right!! Come on!! For what I pay for that drink I'm not gonna settle and the staff there shouldn't either!!! read more

Just picked up my Venti white chocolate mocha. I thought it felt light when it was handed to me. Drove 5 minutes home and decided to pop the top and check it. Starbucks is as Starbucks as does. What can I say? I've never had an order issue or service problem. The baristas are friendly and let you do your own thing is you find yourself hanging around for a while. They know the difference between a skinny and a non-fat latte so that's always helpful! I would come here again, the lot is sometimes hard to get into just because of it being off of 59, and in a sort of awkward spot. It's a big-ish Sbucks so it can allow for more people, and this seems to be a popular spot. I'll definitely be back! read more

I frequently stop at this Starbucks. Today & ordered an iced drink and within 30 minutes the milk was chunky. I took some pictures and took it back a few hours later. This Starbucks enjoys blasting their music, especially in the evening. I love my music as much as the next person, but the reason I come to Starbucks is to utilize the relaxed atmosphere most coffee shops have. I have studied at countless Starbucks locations (both suburbs and city) throughout high school, college, and so on - and I have never experienced such obnoxiously loud music that logically results in customers practically shouting to have a conversation. I came for the food today, not the coffee. Starbucks was one of the few places to find gluten free breakfast sandwiches and the egg bites for days of avoiding grain. Today I am told they have discontinued carrying the gluten free breakfast sandwich. And to add insult to injury, they will not give out salt and pepper for the egg bites. The ones I had today were very substandard. Didn't even taste like eggs. Tossed after second taste. This owner has lost a customer. Other Starbucks at least offer the salt and pepper. read more

All I ordered the morning of May 5th around 10am, was a grande mocha frapp with no whip and easy ice as well as a sausage cheddar sandwich for breakfast and the wonderful young lady at the drive thru window with her glasses and pony tail was just a ray of sunshine.
